We've been using them for 8 years. They are very honest and timely. I don't feel that they charge any more than a regular mechanic and I trust they work on my car all week long, the make of my car. If they are working on my car, chances are they've seen the issue before, maybe even the week before so it gets fixed quickly. I will continue to use them.

What I like best about them is they do what they say they are going to do. On a couple of occasions my husband who has some knowledge of car repair has beg to differ with them, and they relooked at the situation and excepted his suggestion. So, they?re flexible and they don?t get cranky if you tell them you don?t agree with them and it?s a large organization. Except for my painter who I know personally, I tend to stay away from one-man operations because if they?re too busy and they can?t see you for 3 weeks and you could be in trouble. In a situation like this since we?ve had good luck with them before and we?ve bought every Honda we ever owned, which is many from them since we live here. We use them because the chances of them saying ?sorry we can?t take you for another week? are pretty slim.

I don?t comparison shop that kind of things, so whatever they charge is what they charge. We use them for oil changes, repairs, we buy our cars from them, everything. The situation in this case is that I lease the vehicle and I pay them in advance for the oil changes, so I really don?t know how much it is for an oil change. I?m under a lease agreement. I don?t have to check up on them. As long as I can drive away and my engine doesn?t cease, I figure they did a good job.

It was my first time to use them. I actually love them so I will definitely be going back to them. The people that work there are so friendly and so outgoing. They were making all of their customers feel welcome. It was like I knew a bunch of them. I had their first names. They also make customers feel special. That day they were feeding lunch to everybody and were just interacting with customers. Aside from just the environment being very welcoming, the price on the service was like $16 for an oil change. It's $19 with tax. They were really fast, efficient, and honest. I just love everything about them.

1st the key less entry did not work.  No big deal, I figured the battery was bad.  I replaced the battery and it still did not work.  It was taken in about 1 week after purchase, and it was told to us that the key was broke.  You must of broke it.
Then I see the service report of recommendations of repairs, when I just spent $2230.00 on a complete extended warranty.  Not one person said anything to us about the repairs needed, I had to read it, and why was it not covered under the brand new warranty I purchased a week prior.  I then decided why pay for a warranty that really is not a warranty, and cancelled it.  Instead of  communication of what happen, how can we fix it, I get email response to the effect of, the warranty will be prorated and the credit will not be 100% of the purchase price.

Getting ones car fixed can be a daunting experience. I?m a self proclaimed car junky who does a lot of my own work on my vehicles. In May my VW was caught in one of the most several hail storms that hit the Lake in the Hills area.  My vehicle was peppered with dents of all sizes and on every surface of the car.  Not being skilled in this type of repair, I needed to find someone who was. Searching Angie?s List I came across Certified Auto Hail Repair. They seemed to have all nice reviews; as a matter of fact so good I was a little skeptical.  I made an appointment to stop by so they could see my vehicle and give me an estimate and at the same time check out their work. From the second I pulled up, I felt very comfortable. Sam was very professional and excited to show me some of the current vehicles that he had been working on. Sam?s eagerness and quality of work showed me right away that he took pride in his work. I was convinced and made an appointment for the repairs.  The impressive customer service did not stop there.  Sam and his wife offered to have a rental car waiting for me if I needed it or a ride back home.  Sam?s wife kept me informed on the progress of the work with daily emails. This was especially appreciated since I was traveling out of the county during the repair. When the work was done and I needed to pick up the car, Sam and his wife were willing to show up to the shop early so I could pick the car up before work. The best of all the work was sensational. I could not find one flaw or smallest of defects. I wish at all auto repair shops could have customer service this professional in both work and treatment. I highly recommend certified auto hail repair to anyone needing painless dent repair.

I went to my usual gas station for my weekly feel up.  It felt great to have 20.00 to apply towards the purchase.  I would like to thank Angie's List for such a fantastic promotion.

I have bought 6 cars from this dealership because I really like dealing with them. They are very honest and down to earth. I appreciate their willingness to work within our budget and take care of us when we need service.

They were excellent and good guys. It's very sad that I don't have them anymore because I'm so far away and it's hard to find a good mechanic. The guy I used is a certified Honda mechanic, so I was getting a Honda mechanic from the dealer for regular shop price. It was excellent. They are great guys.

It was an oil change for $20 and lifetime alignment that I bought 10 years ago for $130. They are fairly good. I have no complaints about them. They were across the street. The guy seems like a good person, honest, never been ripped off anything, little work done here and there but nothing really big.

I trust them because I have been taking my van there for so long, and they don't tell you right? away, there is a problem, and you need to sort. They wait until the problem is there, and they will tell you to work on it. They are very honest about safety, like this is a problem, and it is not a safety issue. For this problem, I asked them if it would be a safety issue, and they said that if I hit a bump, the spring would come off and it could hit the tire. I don't like going to the dealerships, they tell you that things need to be fixed there. Algonquin are honest. I go to the dealership and see how much they will charge, and then I go to them and see if they are cheaper. They own up to things that they do, and they fix it without a charge.
