    On July 3rd, our refrigerator stopped getting cold, the bottom freezer worked but the upper refrigerator was around 70 degrees. Dave had us defrost our entire refrigerator for a recommended 4-6 hours, top and bottom freezer, which we elected to do overnight. The next day the refrigerator was restarted and both top and bottom worked. This got us through the 4th of Jully weekend until he could come out and replace the faulty computer on July 5th. I thought Dave was nice, very professional and knew his stuff.

    It couldn't have been a better and easier process. Joe picked up the new microwave at Lowes, installed it at a rental location in Gilberts, disposed of the new one, and did it within a day. He then came by my house to drop off the paperwork. Unbelievable service! He's got a customer for life. Thanks!

    I called Matt about making a repair to our dryer. An appointment was scheduled and he called to let me know he was on his way. I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Matt. He was prompt, courteous, pleasant to talk to and explained exactly what the problem was and what he was going to do to fix it. The price was extremely reasonable. I have never used this company before, but will certainly do so again when the need arises.

    Prompt arrival to troubleshoot on a Friday. I understand the need for a $72 service charge on a house call to troubleshoot. Technician determined the door seal on the dishwater needed replacing and the part was ordered. Total time for this visit was 15 minutes. We scheduled a repair date for Friday, 6/3. Upon technician arrival, I questioned the billing amount of $172 which included the service charge plus an additional $60 for installation. The seal replacement and check took less than 10 minutes. Normally, the service charge includes some or all of the labor charge especially since the time spent way less than one hour. I mentioned this to the technician and he said this is how Cornerstone bills. He offered to take off $20 and I said that's a start, in the end he really only took $15 off. So for 25-30 minutes of actual troubleshooting and work plus a $52 seal, the final bill totaled $153 which does not seem reasonable. That equates to $101 or so for service and repair for less than 25 minutes of labor. Maybe this is standard practice, but I won't be using Cornerstone next time. Unhappy Customer

    Just putting the finishing touches of window treatments in our new great kitchen and couldn't be happier with the outcome! We took out a wall between an unused, small family room and the kitchen. This also meant re-routing the furnace vents. (We needed to replace the furnace regardless so the timing was right.) We contacted Mega in January and chose them based on reviews and the fact that we believe in supporting local family businesses. This was a first-time experience for us. We learned a lot about this "relationship" that is formed with the Mega sales, engineer, crew and also other services (the design team at Shapes and HVAC). Jeremy (sales) was very professional and prompt with answers to our many questions. He and Don (engineer) helped us patiently to resolve challenges with our design along the way. - and there were many! Our space is large enough but the shape is more rectangle and permanent fixtures like doorways, patio door, windows and even a fireplace to deal with made design challenging. We had about 12 versions of the renderings before we confirmed the final. We quickly learned that this was going to be a slow process if we wanted to be happy with it in the end. Once the designing was complete (which took over 4 months) the other steps were quick (the demolition and the remodel) We moved into the functional kitchen mid June. Of course there is wait time for the cabinets so then we started shopping for the counters , flooring, backsplash, sink etc. MEGA helped guide me to resources to keep me on budget. There were many items to choose and purchase and they even guided me through all of that to make the best choices for us. That was very valuable and time saving for me.They were always available and always got back to me quickly. (Heard them say jokingly that I "needed my hand held" but take no offense because we paid them to do just that and I knew I needed it.) If there is any company striving to making the 100% mark in service it is MEGA. Three months after completion I've noticed some nail pops and a screw that was stripped and making a cabinet pull-out drawer a little loose and I called them and got immediate response. In the beginning we hesitated to pay someone to coordinate everything for us but found early on that giving that responsibility to MEGA was not a mistake. When a question came up about anything from electrical, paint, plumbing etc we had a go-to-guy and solutions were immediate. You don't get that when you, the homeowner, hold the clip board. The crew was always respectful of our home, keeping it clean and staying on task to get it done as projected. They also interacted well with each other and that impressed me. We elected to have a lock box put on the house so they could come as early as they wanted. The workers came in and out and didn't act as though our little dog was an inconvenience. The carpenter who did the cabinets, trim and flooring was great! He worked every minute he was here and left the area spotless each day. His work is noticed by all who see our kitchen in the details he put together. The crew who put the old cabinets up in the garage really surprised us with their precision just for the garage! They also interacted well with each other and that impressed me. I loved that they always showed up in their clean, MEGA trucks! I would hire them to do my next big job! get it done as projected.     They fit me in on a busy day and Dave arrived ON TIME!  It was perfect.  He came in, analyzed the problem, had the correct part, fixed the problem and took my coupon from the Yellow Pages.  He was prompt, courteous and professional.   I would definitely use them again!

    My freezer stopped making ice, and I requested a service call from Guaranteed. Mike was very responsive and professional in trying to diagnose the issue. His first attempt worked for about a week, and then the ice maker went on the fritz again. Mike came back out, called the manufacturer, made a few tweaks, and I'm happy to report the ice maker is kicking out full loads of ice. I would certainly call them again should any of my appliances develop issues.

    I would like to start by saying the work Command Service did on my home was OUTSTANDING!!!!!



    This work was being done due to water damage to my home so I had been dealing with the insurance company (ugh) and interior/exterior contractors (ugh and ugh).  To this point the process to repair my home had been frustrating at best.


    It was refreshing when the technician (Jake) showed up at my home on time.  Jake was professional courteous and was appreciative that I had chosen Command Service to work on my home.  Jake took his cell phone out of his pocket, put it in his truck and got right to work.


    Due to all the contractors in and out of my house the place was trashed.  As Jake put on the protective "bootys" I told him that wasn't necessary as the house was already a mess.  He replied, "Yes sir, it is."


    When Jake went up unto the attic he noticed two issues that could cause future issues.  He came down, reviewed the problem, offered the solution, called the office for a price for the additional work.  Surprisingly he had the necessary equipment and materials to do the job.  No running to the Home Depot for two hours like others had done.  I was very impressed the technician was completely prepared to complete the task at hand.


    The job was completed in the time frame I was given by the estimator from Command Service and even with the extra work that needed to be done the job came in within budget.  I am very pleased with the work Command Service did on my home.  I have already used them for other services they provide.  I would highly recommend Command Service to anyone who asked.

    It was an expensive repair due to having to special order the replacement handle. They tried finding me a handle from a used microwave but none of them fit and we were forced to go the special order route. The labor portion of the charge was very reasonable. It took about a week for the handle to come in and he was able to install it in short order. No problems at all.
