They were friendly professional and cleaned up after themselves. All my questions about the unit were answered so I understood what they were talkin about. Their pricing is reasonable. They promptly provided info I needed to get the permit from the village for install. There is nothing negative about my experience with them. AAll Temp Heating & Air ConditioningTechnicians are great at All Temp. Totally worth having them come out to look over the equipment prior to upcoming winter season. They changed out a minor part that cost less than $10.00 on the igniter unit. I think it was more preventative maintenance that anything else. Every time I've used them, the technicians are always showing me any concerns & discuss a solution. Considering the honesty that I feel coming from the guys that are out in the field performing the service, I'd strongly recommend using this company anytime. It's got to be a company culture thing. AAwesome. While I probably could have scrounged around for a slightly better price, the speed, professionalism and quality of the work more than made up for it - and currently being unemployed, I don't say that lightly! They literally came THE NEXT DAY and did the entire install - remove old unit, rework the ducting, install an air cleaner, dress the wiring - all in one day! The job was done with expert quality - no loose wires or hoses lying around, everything square - and they even came back a few days later to make sure the sump pump and humidifier wire working correctly. finally, they called me a week after that, to make sure I got the Peoples Gas rebate paperwork together! I'd recommend them to anyone!

AI have been a customer of American Weathermakers in Chicago since 2005. As a Comfort Club member, they come twice a year for maintenance on my hot water heater, furnace, humidifier, and air conditioner. The annual maintenance has extended the life of these items. The technicians and office folks have always been experienced and professional in all conversations. In July 2020, they installed an Aprilaire Model 1410 Air Purifier onto my furnace. Now that I am working from home full time I was looking for ways to improve my indoor air quality. In December 2020, it was time to replace my 15-year-old hot water heater. The hot water tank was starting to get a bit corroded on the top and I deiced to replace it before I was forced to replace it. For both visits, the technician adhered to Covid protocols. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and the work area was cleaned up before they left. They walked me through the products before leaving. I will continue to use American Weathermakers for my HVAC needs. Thank You American Weathermakers!

FThe work on replacing the evaporator coil was extremely sloppy. The installer sprayed a solvent all over a sidewall (drywall) as well as inside onto the furnace burners and inducer fan. Also, the drain line was mounted horizontally, which caused the water to backup into the evaporator coil housing. This caused water to leak. Overall, a very poor quality install. I would never use or recommend All Temp to anyone.
