We were not able to get the job completed on the first day that Budget Right came out due to not being able to secure the actual physical materials in a timely enough fashion needed to complete the job same day. So we rescheduled, and the job was able to be completed in a single day. ABudget Right HandymanWe decided to redesign a portion of our backyard to replace a fence and have a custom fort built for our children. I put together the plans myself and I can't believe how closely the team at BRH were able to recreate it -- just from photos, not even building plans! BRH was great to work with from start to finish. Nick did a great job working with me to put together our project proposal. And the carpentry team of Jarred and Elvis were excellent. Great communication, Excellent work and just all around good guys to work with. They seemed to be just as excited about the work as we were. Would definitely work with them again. Total cost for labor was around $5000 and materials (a LOT of lumber) was around $2500.- Mary G.

AA&M Fence CorporationOverall our experience with A&M was very good. The estimator was nice, professional and very genuine. He had some good tips and recommendations, which is how A&M won the project over another company whose estimator just seemed shady. Despite a long wait (due to very crazy fence demand everywhere), they met their quoted install time to the week. We actually had to sign the contract on the fence before we even closed on the new house because lead times everywhere are long. We were expecting delays, but they were on time. We did have one bad hiccup during the project, in that an installer inadvertently cut the power line from our house to our detached garage. This was especially bad as we have a full concrete patio and walkway, which meant the only way to repair it without digging up (and re-pouring) concrete was to trench through our backyard from the house all the way to the rear and into the back of the garage. Suffice it to say, it was an unexpected expense. Now, you can always tell a good company from a bad company when things go wrong. They could have walked away and refused to do anything to help mitigate the damage, as the line that was cut was a private, unmarked line that we didn't know existed, they didn't know existed and isn't marked by Julie. It was within their contract rights to do nothing and leave us unhappily on the hook for a huge expense that wasn't our fault either. Thankfully, they found a lower cost electrician (who did it the same as our electrician would have) and shared some of the cost to repair it. It was still an expensive repair, but we think resolved fairly for both sides. And, in the end, we do now have a nice, new BEAUTIFUL fence that our dogs appreciate.- Mike O.

There was a problem with some fence posts which were cut the wrong way so a part of the fence was finished a week later but the issue was well handled by the company. FWe contacted Aztec to quote removal of existing and installation of a new fence. We set up an appointment for a few weeks later. About a week before our appointment there were new restrictions due to Coronavirus, so we called Aztec to confirm they were still meeting us the following Monday. Well, Monday came and we waited and waited. Finally called Aztec, and they told us they had no record of any appointments in our city. Very frustrating, because we came from out of town to make this appointment, and our neighbor also cleared his calendar so we could all meet. Since this is the way Aztec handles (or doesn't handle!) appointments, I can't imagine how well they would handle the actual job.
