Company's rep was with me when I met with Insurance Adjuster to make sure the adjuster is seeing and compensating for all the damage the storm has caused to our one side of the house. Company was in touch with insurance from the beginning of the process till the very end. Workers shows up the very next day and had the work finished in a day. Cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. Definitely would hire again for any construction projects. processional, efficient, timely, respectful of our time and property.

Kris (owner) was excellent - very responsive, professional and very competitively priced. One item that I had poor experience in the past was in regards to the clean-up; no worries here as the team protected the shrubs around the house during the work, utilized a tarp to limit the risk of nails in the yard, rolled the yard with a magnet and I even saw them raking up the small pieces of materials and blowing out the gutters at the end of the project. All work completed to my satisfaction and very timely. I would utilize KG Roofing again in a heartbeat

They will call you in the middle of the day of your appointment asking all the questions they should ask during the appointment. If you do not speak with them at the time they call, they will cancel the appointment on you.

    Final Cut Painting and Construction
The cedar staining generally went OK, however, they left brown stain over a portion of one of the roofs (this was a new roof). Gutter and lights were OK. New cedar boards they installed are beginning to separate in some areas. The major problem is the deck. My deck was constructed by Final Cut in a poor manner and needs to be re-done. Final Cut used the existing deck as an exact template for the new deck. All Final Cut had to do was rebuild what was already in place. Therefore, exact dimensions, cuts and the like were very clear to Final Cut. The result of Final Cuts work on the large deck is as follows (Attached are some pictures): Fasteners (nails) used for the deck are rusted and discolored Fasteners (nails) used for the deck are not flush with the deck surface Deck boards are not evenly cut and therefore not flush where abutting the facing structure Wood used for the vertical posts is severely cracked (in some cases) Connecting railing is separating at the joints   The smaller deck had some but not all of these issues (mainly due to the much smaller size and scope). Unfortunately, the extent of the poor quality was not as obvious until about 3 months after the job was completed. I informed Final Cut of the problems in October 2013; when it became evident that the nails were bleeding though and it makes the deck look terrible. They indicated that due to the weather; they would be out the next spring to take care of it. I waited patiently for them to resolve it and they did not. No proactive action or communication was taken by Final Cut. I re-requested it to be resolved in the summer of 2014. By that time, it was very clear that other results of Final Cut work such as the splitting boards, separating joints and the like were also a big problem. In fact so bad, that re-doing the entire deck is required.   The Final Cut response was to blame Menards for poor quality materials (the nails and boards). They took no responsibility whatsoever. Per a Final Cut request, I took pictures of the boards and discolored nails for them to send to Menards. After a few months of not hearing back from Final Cut, I asked what the status was. Final Cut had assumed that I was completing a customer complaint form and sending it to Menards. Firstly, it was not my responsibility to do this and even if I wanted to do their work for them I could not as I did not have the receipt for the materials that Final Cut purchased. In March 2015, Final Cut sent me a copy of the letter that Menards sent them as a complaint response. In the letter, Menards is very clear that the “recommended fasteners” were not used (letter attached).               Please note that I contracted Final Cut for the entire turnkey service (determining materials required, purchasing the materials, installing the materials and standing behind their workmanship).  Final Cut purchase of materials from Menards was entirely their decision. In spite of that fact, Final Cut as general contractor blames Menards materials and as you might imagine, Menards does not take responsibility for Final Cut’s poor quality work or their use of the wrong materials. When Final Cut sent the Menards letter to me, clearly indicating that Final Cut did not even use the right materials for the job, I asked again for a plan to resolve it. I asked for a plan by March 17, 2015. No response.   Overall. It has now been approximately 583 days since original notification to Final Cut. Final Cut does not stand behind it work, does not take ownership for its services and in this case didn’t even use the right materials

They were quite dependable.  Everything was finished beautifully.  If we have any questions, they were able to answer them.  They showed us the products and how they are going to finish something because we had some unusual features on the deck of our house and we did not want to lose the wood finishes that helped finish that deck attachment to our house and yet we were going to have siding put on.  We just want to know how they are going to that because they can?t remove the deck and they can?t remove the portal on.  So they showed us how they were going to do it.  The workmen were very friendly and they were never intrusive.  They are a standing group and I will give them a pretty high mark.

We have not done this before so I don?t know how to rate the cost.  But there?s a lifetime guarantee and we had one of our shutters that did not work and did not fit because by the time that everything was put on the front of the house, it would not fit our big window in the front and they came back and they re-made that.  With the way they finished everything, I was satisfied.  They cleaned up everything and there was no one sign that they were here.  They just did everything and the house looks beautiful.

They did the house and the garage.  I could not be happier with them.  I will use them again.

This is a family-owned business, and it is run the way you would hope a business would run!  Every appointment was kept, right on time, they stuck to their estimate, they were always available for questions day or night, and their installers were absolutely expert craftsmen.  The products are absolutely gorgeous, and we've had many people stop to comment as they pass the house.   I can't imagine how someone could do a better job!

Dave the owner, went over all of my options with me and showed me samples as well. My soffits and gutters are white but my siding is clay. Dave suggested doing white downspouts until they reached the siding and then have clay color on the piece that extends down the siding. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Dave was professional and knowledgeable. Lori who handles the paperwork portion couldn't have been more pleasant and accommodating to work with. The workers were neat and courteous.

    Will County Siding & Windows
The sales person talked me into purchasing an upgraded Gorell door that had "Energy Master" glass with a life time manufacture warranty and 2 year labor warranty.    The first install went fine and the door looked great, only issue was that all the drywall around the window had been cracked really bad and repair wasn't covered.
A few months later water was pouring in the house from the bottom of the door, the company was responsive in sending someone out to fix it, claiming that the first installers must have blocked the drain???
Then within the first year the "Energy Master" glass started breaking apart between the panes of glass I called to tell them and was told the company that "owned" the warranty went out of business and there was nothing they could do to honor that warranty that would have to PURCHASE another door, they might give discount on labor.

This experience with Titan Construction was the best experience I have ever had.  His men are true craftsmen and Bill Powers (owner) was absolutely wonderful to work with.  His estimates and the time and effort put into the remodel was reasonable and he and his workers were very accommodating.  I will never hire another company to do work on my home.  The great thing also was that full lifetime warranties were offered which are transferable in the event that we should sell our home.  The house truly does not look like the same place.  I am very very satisfied with the work we had done.  If you are looking for true professional craftsmen, look no further than to Titan Construction.

Very professional and easy to work with.  We have no complaints.
They actually found a problem with the architect's plans and were able to remedy it and help us get some money back from the architect.
Our home is solidly built and we are very proud of it.
