Furniture was removed and replaced on our deck. Our flower beds were covered. The utmost care was taken to avoid damaging our property. One never called back, 2 were ridiculously expensive and A& D came in slightly above the last quote. But their professionalism won them the job & they lived up to their excellent rating. They asked questions, made recommendations & did a great job of cleaning up after they were finished. I didn't pay a dime until the work was completed and I was satisfied. AA&D Exteriors IncIn May 2020, A&D Exteriors completed 2 large projects for my wife and I: 1) they replaced our asphalt shingle roof, and 2) they installed vinyl siding to replace our cedar siding. We are extremely pleased with how both projects turned out! Kevin Kowalski was the project manager for both projects, and he was a pleasure to work with. He came to our house to evaluate what we wanted done, and he emailed us detailed proposals for each project. The prices were very competitive, and we signed the proposals to move forward. From start to finish, Kevin kept us informed about the status of things, and he always answered our questions promptly. A&D Exteriors also has a designer, Heidi, and she came out to give us her ideas, including helping us choose colors. The roof replacement was done first, and it was completed in 1 day. Eugene was the foreman of a large crew of 7. They came at 7:30am and were done at 3:30pm. Importantly, the crew did a terrific job of cleaning up. Something we particularly liked was that they didn’t put a fixed dumpster in our driveway, they used a dump trailer on wheels to avoid doing damage to the driveway. The dump trailer was dropped off the night before, and was taken away the same day after the roof replacement was finished. The siding project was next, and Arthur was the foreman of a crew of 2. The 2 of them did an amazing job putting up the vinyl Board and Batten vertical siding and the LP SmartSide engineered wood trim to closely match the existing look of our Tudor style house. The work was completed in 4.5 days, and the house looks great! They also did a thorough job of cleaning up. We give A&D Exteriors our highest recommendation!- Peter S.

Chris did an outstanding job of keeping us informed on timelines, explaining the project in detail, and answering any questions we may have had. Heidi was extremely helpful and knowledgeable once we entered the design phase, too. The projects were completed quickly and were done with a high degree of craftsmanship. They even went above and beyond with a secondary "clean-up" of the yard to ensure no nails or particles were left behind. All in all, a great experience!- Matt R.

AIn the summer of 2020 we noticed a number of houses in our subdivision were getting new roofs as a result of a recent hail storm. We contacted American Storm Restoration and from beginning to end their performance and customer service was outstanding. They of course provided a free roof inspection, advised us that we needed a new roof, and then handled everything with our insurance company. Once our insurance agreed to a price, the project was scheduled. Amazingly, when they had an opening in their schedule American Storm Restoration was able to come out early to do the work. I have never had a contractor show up early to complete their work before. What a refreshing way to do things! They also came back later (but not too much later) to do the gutters and downspouts. All in all, this is a great company and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a roof replacement.

AExcellent every time! Very professional and organized! The roofing crews operate as a well oiled machine. We are highly impressed with Hills Roofing in Woodridge, and would rank their crews and work with the highest "yes" rating! We live in Downers Grove, IL. Everything they do is very professional. Their crew workers and job bidder Kevin are highly professional, knowledgeable, organized and efficient. Kevin Hultsch bent over backward to get us a quote and then update the quote for us a year or more later. They have done various repairs for us over the years, always professional and organized. Kevin goes up to roof with his iPad and takes photos to show you when he comes down off the ladder, so that homeowner can see and understand what's going on. We finally bit the bullet last week and had them replace our 24-year old roof and skylights. We are so very pleased with Hills! The crew is highly professional, experienced, knowledgeable and organized and personable. They stay on task, are hardworking, diligent, and efficient! Hills has a helper for the roofing crew, the helper runs around clearing up the old shingles off ground and getting them in dumpster, bringing shingles or plywood up ladder to the roofers on the roof, cleaning up the site constantly. He even used a nail magnet "vacuum," like device to clean up all the nails in our yard each day before they left. The group of them together, two guys on roof and one worker on the ground, were like a well-oiled efficient machine. They were diligence, focused and hard working The workers are personable and knowledgeable. We absolutely 100% recommend Hills Roofing, and their crew of Roman, Luca, and Philipe, the site supervisor Jeri, and their estimator and customer service man Kevin Hultsch. Fantastic all around. In years paste, we have used them for years to shovel snow off the roof (prevent ice dams and leaking) and for any repaors we had.. Fantastic!

AMy wife and I contemplated replacing our original windows in 2018. Like any good consumer we obtained quotes from several providers - the “Big Names” and Everlasting Exteriors of Illinois. We succumbed to “sticker shock” for 30+ windows and decided to put it off. Well, at the beginning of 2020 we decided we could not wait any longer and reached out to all of the players we previously spoke to. All came in with a higher price due to inflation than they had less than 7 months before. Yet, Mike with Everlasting Exteriors was honored that we reconsidered him and worked overtime to earn our business. We went with him and he expeditiously scheduled the installation of our windows, which took place in March. They are picture perfect! His team’s level of professionalism and attention to detail are rivaled by his sense of customer service. I will be using Everlasting Exteriors to replace my specialty windows!
