AGoode PlumbingExcellent. This was a two-man job, and Mike and Mike fixed the problem with expertise and the highest professionalism. This was old plumbing, which brings its own challenges. For the last part of the job they asked me to show them the location of the main water cut-off value.(so that I knew where it was in an emergency).. After giving the wall and floor a few days to dry, he returned to open up the wall behind my washer and replace the drain and both valves. Brad didn’t mind explaining his approach to the problem and answering all my questions. His work is so neat and beautiful, I almost hate to conceal it behind new drywall and tile! I am 100% confident that my kitchen plumbing problems are over! A special mention, too, of Dana, who handles phone and text messages and manages scheduling efficiently and cheerfully. My home warranty company sent a licensed plumber to fix , I paid My deductible , he spent three plus hrs in my home , and left with my sink still clogged with NO access to use my kitchen sink. I googled and ran across RJ who told me over the phone what they thought the issue would be , assured me that they would attempt to avoid the more costly and extremely messy service I was Told I needed. Steve showed up timely , professionally , and very personably and was able to clear my drain very quickly , without the recommended hydro jetting! I am definitely a very happy customer !! AGoode PlumbingVery happy with the service provided by Goode Plumbing. For months we we cold water temporarily coming from all of our cold water taps and hot water even filled our toilet. After replacing our hot water heater pump did not fix our problem, Chris and Joe from Goode investigated our shower to find a significant leak which was creating a loop of hot water throughout the condo. It took a while and a couple of service calls to figure out where the problem was coming from, but once the problem was located, it was fixed efficiently and cleanly. Couldn’t be happier to finally have this problem (which confused other plumbers) figured out. All Goode employees I dealt with on the phone and in my home were very friendly, professional and patient in answering my many questions. Pricing was fair as well.- Maria M.

AVery well! Cameron came and gave me an initial quote. When I remarked that it was more than I was willing to pay, he suggested another model (without sound insulation). I accepted his new, lower offer, and signed a contract. I had forgotten to show the 5% coupon from Angie's List. I sent a message (through Angie's List) asking whether I could still get the discount. After some hesitation, the answer was positive. When Cameron arrived to do the work, he explained that he had brought a lower-capacity furnace, because for my small home the higher-capacity version was unnecessary and would have difficulty fitting into my small utility room. I later read on the internet that for a small home, a high-capacity furnace might actually be less efficient and not last as long. Cameron installed the furnace well, and gave me the full 5% price discount. My brother later wondered whether the lower-capacity furnace might also cost a little less, and whether that was the actual "source" of the 5% discount. That may or may not be true; but as long as the furnace is able to heat my small 1-occupant home, I have no reason to complain.

AI submitted my request at 10PM in a Saturday, he called me that night to make sure it wasn’t an emergency. He gave me a quote over the phone and showed up on Monday earlier than stated since the drive was not as far as he expected. The heater was replaced in 2.5 hours, the bill was paid. I was in the process of remodeling my bathroom and had asked about super slow leaks on the plumbing in the bathroom. He took care of that while he was here, I would absolutely hire Joe again for all plumbing needs,
