    My husband and I were told by two other people that the level of coldness that were experiencing was as good as it was going to get. We knew better as our AC was performing better two years ago. I went on Angie's List on a Friday evening, put in what type of service I was requesting. I was given a list to choose from. I looked at the reviews, I chose Best Rates. I received a call back. I was told about pricing upfront there were no surprises $89.00 for the diagnostic and $50.00 for a weekend fee.An appointment was set. On Sunday the day of the appointment Ish was in constant contact. He was professional and courteous. He arrived at the time he said he would be at my home. Ish came up found the problem and solved it. He kept my husband and I informed of what he was doing and what the causes were for our lack of cold air. He took pictures and they were attached to the invoice. He told my husband and I that he would return on Wednesday to clean the condenser and he did. Again calling to inform me when he was on his way to our home. The AC has been running colder ever since. I am very pleased with the service that has been provided to me by Best Rates Heating and Cooling. Ish is professional and very customer service oriented. I will call him again and I recommend him.

    ATCO tech Chris, arrived as scheduled to do a routine check and tune up of my AC unit this AM. He cleaned condensor coil out and vacuumed leaves and debris from the bottom of the unit. He did a great job! Looks like new! I have been a client of Steve's at Atco since 2002. The company installed radiant floor heating when I first purchased my home in 2002 and 3 years ago installed a new AC system. I have relied on them for troubleshooting help and routine yearly maintenance checks of both systems for the past 17 years. Staff and techs have always been easy to deal with, respectful, friendly. professional and knowledgeable.

    Last month I woke up to find the heat had gone out overnight. It was 54 degrees in my house. S&S Mechanical were responsive and able to schedule an emergency appointment to come fix my heat right away. The technicians were professional and explained what had gone wrong in easy to understand terms. I would definitely call them again if I have issues in the future.

    Update Heating And Air Conditioning
    It went real well. We have an older furnace that we will have to replace most likely next year; however the man who came to tune-up our furnace did not try to pressure us about the age of the furnace as other companies have in the past. We would love to get a new furnace but cannot afford the cost now, and we hope the furnace companies will upgrade the technology needed to lower the cost. That would be a plus, of course for 1000's of homeowners. The cost was very reasonable for his visit, and we plan on calling on them again, for sure. Also, he called in advance to let us know when he expected to arrive for the service; and the person who answered when I called to set up an appointment was very professional and had a nice personality. We give this company 5 Stars !!!

    This Slibuy.com come with another name such as KarenBarn from eBay listing. Karen and Slibuy.com ([*** Link removed ***] are the same Crook and fraudulent company. I purchased a lot of Kiwi Keys, and most of them are missing the cylinder and the actual keys. How the **** you can install the lock without the cylinder locks!! I also purchase several Hampton Bay light kits from KarenBarn, All items received with missing light bulbs and electrical box connection. They stuff the bubble wrap to appear that the box is full of parts. What a crook. How the **** you complete the installation the light track kits without an electrical box and missing bulbs?!@ I also purchase a lot of 22 Glacier Bay shower head, it arrives with only 5 shower head, and most of them missing the shower head and hose. KarenBarn ([*** Link removed ***] combined several lots of my order into 1 shipment after I have made my payment from PayPal, it takes them 3 weeks to deliver my order, upon inspection from FedEx, I discovered that there are several items are missing. I take pictures of the individual of order, to show that the missing item is not on the FedEx tracking list. After several weeks of back and forth between the seller Karen Barn and PayPal with no results, I call my CC Company -BoA to charge back and got my full refund. You are playing a Russian roulette with the KarenBarn and Slibuy.com. They are crooked and scam seller that take your hard earn $$$ from you. Shame on them! Fool me once shame on me, fool me twice shame on you (KarenBarn/Slibuy.com).

    This company put my furnace and central air 11 years ago. I had them for regular maintenance for heat and air for $192 each year. I called because central air wasn't working. I am 68 years old and they said they couldn't come that day and tomorrow it would cost $192 for emergency call. I said I was in their maintenance program. They said that doesn't do anything for service calls only preventative maintenance. Also 3 years ago a maintenance tech was so rude to me because he couldn't fix problem, I told him to get out of my house. Tech manager came to my house and repaired a broken wire that the tech that tried to clean flame rod on their regular maintenance visit broke the wire.

    Items they sell are store returns, damaged returns, shelf pulls, or salvaged products. Some items are not as described, wrong photos posted, arrive broken or damaged, lost items, or items not even shipped. Their customer service people are rude. Items purchased that were sent by accident or not as described, they require YOU to pay to ship back. Online items are often mis-represented in regards to condition or description. When you email them with a problem, they send generic pre-prepared messages back to you... if they even respond back. They try to portray themselves as a small Mom N Pop business, but they are not. They are a large business that also has items for sale on ebay under seller ID Karensbarn. I have bought from them since they started the online auction and for awhile off of ebay and am DONE!!! Fed up with lack of concern over lost products, damaged items that werent packaged well, constantly paying to return items that arent what they advertise in the auctions. Beware.
