    My wife and I have been using Phil as our primary mechanic for the past 10 years. We have always received prompt service and extremely fair pricing. The repairs have always been performed at a high level and I have had zero issues. Over the years and numerous vehicles we have had, we have had brakes, tires, air conditioning, shocks, tie rods, sway bar end links, alternator, and many other repairs. We have even used their tow service which was great and reasonable. No matter how busy they may be, I always feel they go out of their way to ensure our vehicles get repaired in a timely manner. Thanks to everyone at B&B!

    Mark is awesome. He remembers who we are and what kind of car we drive. He treats us like regulars. I don't know, like walking into cheers. I was paying a lot more somewhere else. You gotta have a good car guy. It's great. I've never had a problem. Very responsive.

    I have always had my 2012 Kia Optima serviced at Gary Lang Auto Group since I bought it. Their service is fast, friendly and accurate. The wait time is short (usually about 45 minutes) and the customer lounge is very comfortable. Their charges are most reasonable.

    Great experience! I dealt mostly with Ed, but the entire staff at Northtown was professional and nice to work with. I brought our 2005 Toyota Highlander in for several issues. The communication about the work that needed to be done was exceptional. The work, which included replacing the timing belt, water pump, brakes, etc., was done in a timely manner and at a very reasonable
    cost. We will be taking our other cars there for service as well.

    I scheduled a 105,000 mile service for our 2005 Toyota Highlander last week.  When I arrived at the shop to drop it off, no one was at the front desk.  A mechanic in the back looked at me through the window, but did not notify anyone I was there.  A short, blonde haired female employee then walked out of the maintenance area.  I asked if anyone was there to check cars in to which she replied, as she was walking past me, ���He���s in the back and will be out shortly���.  She made absolutely no effort to help me.  So after waiting, being ignored, and treated like they were doing me a favor by taking my money, I walked out.  I never even received a call asking why my car wasn���t brought in as scheduled. 
     I don���t really know how to rate this company since the $1500+ work they were going to do doesn���t really seem to be that important to them.  I guess they are making enough money they don���t need new customers.

    The mechanics at Crystal Lake Midas are extremely helpful and honest. I've been taking my car there for a few years, and they never invent new problems or try to sell me extra services. They do excellent work at a very fair price.

    Steve @ B&B plus quoted me approx. $250.00 to find the problem, because in order to get to the HID headlights, the front of my car had to be removed.  He found the problem, shot photos on his phone and showed me how water was gaining access to the wiring connection behind the headlamp housing.  He cleaned it up, property water-proofed it and problem solved.  Oh, and he only charged $160.00 for the final bill.  This is the second time I've been to B&B.  Last time my timing belt broke and they fixed it perfectly - my truck runs great and the cost was well below the average for this type of work.  This family is the best in the business - father and sons.

    I received the gift card in the mail. It was a great value. The card worked very well. The attendant in the station was very friendly and  ran the card thru with no problems. This was a great deal. I would do it every week if I could.
