    Parked my car in front of a restaurant. When exiting my car wouldn't start when I noticed a man from Neal Tire. He checked the car over and couldn't get it to start. He drove me home and had my car towed. He also returned when problem was resolved so I could pick up my car. Great service!!

    Terrible
    1st repair - had our car for 3 weeks, 2 weeks without knowing what was wrong and not able to get any parts. i contacted Chryler company directly and they somehow got a part that they didn't even know what they needed, within 2 days.
    2nd repair - car was leeking fluid and i drove 35 miles to dealership service department. for over a week, they never did tell us what was the problem with the car. Ends up that the water pump had failed and they were backordered from chrysler, but they never told us this information until we had to get upset with them. i recieved a phone call from the car rental company, telling me that the rental car would have to be paid for completely by me. this was 2 weeks into repair..... and I DID NOT EVEN KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG OR WHY IT WAS NOT FIXED.
    Our problem with everyting is this; when we purchased this car new from Landmark Jeep, we expressed our concern because we live 35 miles away, to get service performed. Our salesman told us that was no problem, he would personally make sure we had a car to drive while repairs done. Well, then he left this dealership, and this was only his promise not the dealerships. we had to rent a car, fine, we can deal with that. But then when we take car over for repairs ( and these are not just minamal problems) we were not told what was being performed and what the problem even was. On the second repair, if they had just told us, the part was back ordered, i would have understood that and had no problem waiting. But we recieved a run around and they would not tell us what was going on.
    There was just no reason for any of this to happen. Their customer service was terrible. we traded this car within 2 years just so we would not have to deal with them anymore. Felt that we were lied to, just to make the sale and treated like trash by the service department.

    I take my personal vehicles, and my company fleet vehicles to Ken's for any repairs needed.  I have been using Ken's Garage for a couple of years now, and in all honesty I wish I had made the switch years ago! I thought they only worked on foreign cars, but boy was I wrong.  The guys are incredibly friendly, honest, and they explain things in detail so that a person with very little auto knowledge can truly understand. They are great at diagnostics, and I really appreciate that they call for approval if they find something that should be taken care of that wasn't discussed when I dropped the vehicle off.   Every time I get a vehicle back, it is cleaner inside than when I took it to them, the job is done perfect - exactly as they said it would be, and the price is more than fair .

    Any time I have gone in there, they have tried to get me in as soon as they could. If they can't get me in, they will set up an appointment for me. They fix things that I know are wrong, but they don't come up with a long list of things that need to be fixed. They take care of the problem. At some other places, they find a long list of repairs that need to be made. They were very easy to work with. I have had several repairs on our Jeep and convertible, and I'm very happy with all of them.

    He is overwhelmed all the time. They are very busy but there is a reason for that. Unfortunately he is a scrub skin. He knows his customers which is very nice. He is very professional and laid back. He gets the job done right. He guarantees his work. I have never had anything but awesome service from these guys. In comparison to others the price of his labor is reasonable. He is there but it takes time for him to start working. I know him for so long it is like I know him personally. I give him a hard time. He is always on time. He may not look professional but he is very professional. They own the place and have a couple of people to help them out. They don't sit behind the desk the whole day. He just got a computer a year ago. He has voice mail but he does not know how to get the messages of off it. I shifted 35 miles away but I still use him. I would continue to use him again in the future.

    My back light had gone out and I couldn't figure out why.  He found out what the issue was.  It was an electrical issue.  I use him because he works on foreign cars.  He is an excellent mechanic who has always been right.  I have never had one bit of trouble with him.  His price is pretty reasonable.

    DRAKE'S PREMIER AUTOMOTIVE
    I have used Drake's for multiple repairs on this vehicle and a Porsche Boxster and the work was outstanding, the service was very professionally done (he is a Porsche certified Mechanic) and best of all the work on both cars cost less than the original qoute and the service was far better then that performed at the dealership for a much more reasonable price. I plan on using Drake's exclusively for my vehicles and would (and do) refer friends and family to Drake's for any repair needed.
