    Came when they said, a big point for me. Steam cleaned and vacuumed two couch's and love seat. Young's cleaning service Needed water but other than that they had everything and cleaned up after very well.

    The areas that I asked to be cleaned were cleaned far better than I expected.  Furniture was moved and the area underneath were cleaned thoroughly.  Hard to get to areas behind the refrigerator were also cleaned and the kitchen looked better than it had in a long time.

    Great job. Workers were professional and polite.

    2  young men cleaned gutters and windows( inside and out w/screens).

    The day was extremely hot, and I felt for them being on the roof.

    I've used this company before and will again. I'm very happy with the work.

    Usually one is outside and one is inside but with the heat they both came inside( my windows will tilt in).

    A little more dirt with them removing the screens on the inside but considering the heat, I was okay with it.

    It was great.  They were professional.  They got here on time and they explained the services to us thoroughly.  They did a good job at coming to help us.  They charged us more than the $99 deal.  We were charged an extra $40 because the lint of our couch was a little over than what they were applying for the offer.  The couch turned out great.

    Shaun arrived on time, introduced himself and his 2 man crew. Explained what each person would do. Started work right away  and was completed within an hour ( 13 windows). Before leaving he asked if everything was to my satisfaction... it was, thanked me and left. My windows have never looked better.

    The true test of their work was experienced on June 30th with the high volume of rain. I saw no overflow of water splashing over the sides of the previous areas which had caused water to splash near the foundation. So I would say mission accomplished. Definitely will use them again.

    First, let me state that the owner (Paul) is very personable and professional.  He explains the process well and seems to be very much in tune with how to conduct a business including excellent customer service.  I expected to wait 3 hours for my car.  I dropped it off at 7:00 and it was done by 8:45!  I was very happy about the responsiveness.
    Overall, I was satisfied with my car.  I paid $300 for the showroom detail.  I think that it ultimately was pretty well preserved, so not too much was going to look different as far as the exterior.  My car is 5 years old but not driven much, with only 33k miles, so you can imagine that it looks pretty good anyway.  I was concerned that the leather was starting to look like it might crack and wanted to "treat" it to a detail.
    My only concerns are:
    1.  When I picked up my car, it was in the 2nd lower level of a garage so it is virtually impossible to fully inspect it until you have it in the sunlight.  I was a bit disappointed that the "oxidation and light scratch remover" seemed to leave some scratches on my hood.  I expected it to be very smooth...
    2. The entire car was in fact shampoo'd, however, I was a bit disappointed that the leather seemed to be "wiped" down versus "cleaned".  I went to Walgreens afterwards, purchased Armor All leather cleaning wipes and Armor All regular wipes and cleaned the rest myself.  The "fabric" parts of the car were not cleaned at all.  The regular wipes took care of that as well.  Certainly not what I wanted to do myself since I just paid $300 for a detail.
    Yes, I would recommend someone to Detail Kings, but I'd tell them to be specific about the parts that they expect to be addressed.  I was looking forward to my entire interior being cleaned, but I had to finish it off myself.

    I filled out the requested form indicating 2 dates that I could have the work done. Tiffany chose  the farthest date out that worked best for her, which was Thursday April 17 at 8 AM. On Wednesday, April 16, at 6 PM I read a text on my phone from Tiffany, indicating that I needed to choose another date because she was unable to make it the next day. Keep in mind that the following Sunday April 20, was Easter and I had friends/family coming over. I called Tiffany and gave her Monday April 28, which she agreed on . I made sure it would be at 8 am also and explained to Tiffany that I worked nights.Tiffany never asked what work I needed to have done. On Saturday evening, I sent Tiffany a text to confirm our appointment. She responded saying that she would have to push back my time to 11:30 rather than 8. I was upset, since she was providing 3 hours of  service and it was pushing the work time back into my sleep time. I didn't have a choice in the matter since part of the work that I needed was changing the curtains in my living and dinning rooms. I had the clean curtains ironed and waiting to be hung with her help. The next day while waiting for Tiffany, approximately an hour before her scheduled time, I get a text from Tiffany indicating that she would not be able to make it. Needless to say I had had enough,. Tiffany and I agreed that it would be best for me to have my money returned. I think Tiffany is very unprofessional with the way she handles her business. In cancelling appointments, I feel a phone call rather than a text message is best, ( not everyone has text message). For her not to ever ask what services I needed I felt was odd, since this was the first time I was using her service. She completely disrespected my time, by waiting until the last possible moment to inform  me of changes on both occasions. I'll never use or recommend her .

    This company did a very good job. They were very conscientious and any concerns I had they went back and re-did it. They were also very polite and thorough. They were able to get the job done in a timely fashion. I am planning on using them again.
