    Pres Quality Construction Inc.
Jiri and his crews were extremely professional and on time. He listened to our needs and vision, and communicated clearly so expectations were aligned. His precision and attention to detail allowed us to have a well designed, well constructed kitchen remodel. We are thrilled with the results and thank Jiri and Pres Const for their skill and expertise.

Outstandingly well. Great service and always on time! The work quality was perfect. In the few cases where some cabinetry was incorrect they dealt with the dealer and resolved it with no involvement from me at all.

    iCA Cabinet Supply
ICA cabinets was amazing to work with from beginning to end. I was on a short timeframe to gut/remodel a kitchen so we could move in before our twins arrived. I talked to numerous big contractors and many of them couldn't do it in a short timeframe or their prices were so crazy, we'd have to try to salvage broken cabinets and paint them rather than get new ones. I was referred to ICA and I was nervous as i hadn't a clue how to remodel a kitchen but from beginning to end, Leon and his team were great walking me through the whole process. We were able to design an entirely new kitchen layout and Leon walked me through the parts of the remodel they don't cover but offered suggestions on who to use. ICA also came in and demo'd the old kitchen cabinets and salvaged the good ones to make a small kitchenette in our basement. Our kitchen is now our dream kitchen and looks absolutely stunning. Sonny was the main lead on the install and we appreciated how meticulous he is and gives great attention to detail. I was able to get all new cabinets and counters at a fraction of the price that other contractors were offering to paint my cabinets and the entire project was done in less than 5 weeks (would have been done sooner but we were in the process of having floors refinished). We can't thank ICA enough.

The Basement Men & The Concrete Man
We had a great experience with the basement men. Steve was very communicative and the crews were wonderful. It was a big project with a lot of unexpected issues, and they still managed to finish a few weeks early and go only a smidge overbudget. A summary of work: -Repitch and pour new sidewalk to prevent water damage -Repair small crack in concrete foundation -Basement finishing (electrical, framing, insulation, drywall, 7 new windows, etc) -Partial rebuild of stairs -Creation of hybrid kitchenette/laundry room -(Unexpected) bathroom remodel -Vinyl plank flooring installation -Install two metal sliding doors -Paint ceiling We would definitely use them again. The one thing I would note is that I sourced most of the finishes (floor, tile, cabinets, countertop, etc), which I would recommend if you have the time. Some of the suggestions TBM provided ended up being pricier and, in my opinion, slightly more basic looking. But Steve was super helpful answering my questions so I could find what I wanted and had no problem installing what I purchased. I've included some pictures. Note that several were taken before the project was fully completed.

Kamil was terrific. The job was completed on time and within budget. Kamil was responsive, polite, concerning and overall wonderful to work with. I have already hired Kamil for another small project which was also completed on time and with high quality work.

    Ddk Kitchen Design Group Inc
When I decided to renovate my kitchen last year, I visited numerous companies and chose to work with Anne Dempsey at DDK. Anne was fantastic - I highly recommend her. My space was a little challenging - about 9' x 15' and every wall has at least one doorway or window, none of which could be modified. I gave Anne a list of what I liked and didn't like about my old kitchen and she used it to create two alternatives (including detailed drawings &costs) that I reviewed before committing to the project. My new kitchen has everything I wanted thanks to Anne's creativity. The installation was done by ED Enterprises - DDK often works with them. They were great, too.

Eddie and his crew were terrific to work with! We had several things that needed to be done for a kitchen update (adjusting the size of a few cabinets, construction/installation of farmhouse sink frame, new crown and cabinet molding, installation of a tin ceiling). Eddie did a great job and was very efficient at re-using/recycling existing materials we had and was creative at installing our tin ceiling (lots of angles to deal with). Highly recommend these guys!

Terrific experience with Frank and his team. Frank was great at helping me pick out a countertop material that would work best for our family, cooking lifestyle and budget (we chose a white quartz with light grey veining). Saul then stepped in and managed the entire process in a professional and efficient manner. Indeed, when other subcontractors were delayed or impeding the timing of their installation (on more than one occasion), Saul graciously rearranged their schedule to accommodate the delays on our end even though I know they were super busy with other jobs. They also came back to check the counter once things had settled and added more caulk and another couple of coats of sealant to make sure it would be durable for the long haul. I highly recommend working with this company - excellent service, reasonable pricing and they are a local company.

    DESIGNfirst Builders LLC
The project went very well. It took longer than was estimated, but my wife and I were very pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the folks that did the work. We used DesignFirst a few years ago for a basement remodel and were happy with that project as well. They are certainly not the cheapest, but I would say that they are committed to having happy and satisfied customers.

Amruss Inc & Isabela Skalna Inc
The first guys who came were very nice. The primary problem was that they left mold in the area they grouted so it showed clearly through the silicone. Secondly, they weren't careful to apply silicone to all the areas I mentioned. I felt I needed to hover. The company sent another guy to remedy the problems. While very nice, he applied far too much grout. I now need to pay someone else to redo the work.
