    My wife ordered shelving for a small pantry 4 months and 28 days ago and still don't have a completed pantry. They wait 2 months to give you an appointment to install. That includes when they make a mistake and have to come back. We ordered in March, they came to install in May. They made a mistake and had to come back. We paid extra to have them cut dividers to fit a change in depth in my back wall. They don't custom build the dividers at the shop like the other parts. They were hand cut at my home. The cuts are rough and unfinished, not at all like anything in the website or catalogs. It looked very messy like I installed and cut it with a handsaw, so my wife said forget it. She ordered a backboard creating a flat back wall so they would not have to cut to follow the change in depth. My wife had to call and follow up because they were not calling to schedule a return visit to fix their mistake and finish the installation. Like the other review, they had filed our pantry as complete. Even after these 2 mistakes, they didn't schedule to return for another month and a half. They didn't install the shelving with the dividers correctly back in May. Too short to fit what we had planned to put in the dividers so they needed to redo that entire section because they don't bring extra parts. It was mid July when they finally came back. They did not have the backboard we ordered. My wife asked them repeatedly to have the pantry completed as soon as possible. After 3 mistakes you would think they would try to accommodate us. We didn't even get a call back from Kathy the sales rep or Yvette the customer service provider for days after the error. After several texts, emails and phone calls, it is now August, almost 5 months after the order was placed and still they have not come back to complete the pantry. The pantry parts that they did install back in May also had damaged parts in 3 different areas. After several emails, phone calls and texts, Kathy the sales rep and Yvette the customer service manager are evasive and make no commitment to replace damaged parts and makes no effort to have the pantry installation completed in a timely manner. This company does not stand behind their product or their service. Don't give them your money because you don't know what you will get back.

    Rich came out and looked at our space.  He was punctual, professional and had creative ideas.  He didn't push when we told him that we didn't want to spend an enormous amount.  His ideas were practical and the space looks beautiful, I couldn't be more pleased.  The installed was efficient  and it took no time at ll.  Overall we would rate Closet Organizing Systems and especially Rich A+

    As moving day approached, I became more nervous about getting everything done.  Jason was always quick to respond that I shouldn't worry--USA would take care of everything. I really appreciated his quick responses and his desire to calm my fears. Packing was scheduled to be done in one day. When it became clear that the job was bigger than anticipated, extra people were  immediately dispatched to help with the packing. They were able to complete it all in one day.  I had done a lot of packing and organizing ahead of time, which I feel helped the process along.  I knew it was a complicated move--some things were going to storage, some to our apartment, some to a garage sale, and some things were staying in the home for the new home owner.  I think USA did a great job of keeping everything separate.  Santiago and his team could not have been nicer or more professional.  Nothing I have unpacked in the apartment has been scratched or broken.  I have high hopes the same will be true for the things in storage.  If I had any "disappointments", I would have to say one was the estimate.  Our cost ended up being about $2000 over the quote.  Another would be the way the boxes were labeled--they basically said what room they were from with no idea what was in each box.  The last would be that some things that were supposed to go into storage ended up at the apartment, and I'm hoping some things that were supposed to be at the apartment are in storage, and not lost.  Jerry was very responsive about picking up the things from the apartment that were supposed to go into storage and moving them back there.  I don't understand, though, why parts of things would be packed in one box, and other parts in another box--for instance, I have my ice tongs, but no ice bucket!  Again, I know this was a very complicated move--it wasn't as if everything was just being moved from one location into another, and all in all I thought it went really well!  I know 3 people who are moving soon and I told them they HAD to call USA!  I'm really glad I chose them, and I look forward to an equally positive experience when we move out of our temporary living situation into our new home.

    I had three different areas in my home where I kept my personal papers and files. Linda showed me how to weed out unnecessary papers as well as show me what should be filed together and where. She gave me an easy to use system that allowed me to put my hands on what I needed quickly. When it came to my business I needed her help developing a filing system that would allow me to keep track of vendor visits so I could quickly find when they were in my office and what we spoke about. This was trickier than it sounds as I needed to be able to put my hands on their information based on date of visit and not by name. All I can say is that Linda is brilliant.  Within a day I had both my personal and business files up to date and in a new filing system that actually made sense. I felt more in control than I had in a long time. I felt empowered.. 
    Linda listened to my goal and helped me achieve the end result I wanted. My office now feels like an office again, without piles of papers on top of my desk and credenza., not to mention the overstuffed files inside the drawers. What I appreciated most was her non-judgmental approach to what I considered  to be an out of control and somewhat embarrassing mess. She is simply great to work with and great at what she does. She dove right in to help me gain control and create order. More importantly, she showed me how to keep it this way. It's been a couple of weeks and I can proudly say that not a piece of paper is out of place. Thanks Linda!!

    We went room by room in my house over the course of a year. Every time Linda was here it was a pleasure to deal with her. You cannot believe how much you can get done with her. She helps you make decisions of what to keep and let go, and done with dignity and total respect for all of your feelings. I feel like i have a new house now, free of clutter and so organized! I recommend Linda 500%!!!

    Chaos to Order
    I have used Chaos to Order many times over the years and have always had an exceptional experience! The providers are professional, efficient, helpful, patient, and fantastic organizers. Recently, I had their help organizing my office, garage, and a large storage space. Not only is everything beautifully organized, items that could be donated were taken from my house and brought to the appropriate charity. I had the pleasure of having both an organized space and the knowledge that someone else might be able to make use of things I no longer had use for.

    Erin was very punctual and efficient, but I felt like she was too aggressive and lacked sensitivity in the way that she compelled us to get rid of things. There were times when I felt like she was mocking us. Someone who is helping people declutter should have better people skills and work with a firm but kind hand.

    From the minute Linda entered we were working on the organization of my basement. We got rid of many items that I didn't need--organized the items to throw away, give away, and repair.
    We also organized the items we kept in a way that made more room and ease of access. Folders and bins were labeled. 
    I have used Linda many times. She has organized my office when it was in dire condition. We have organized closets and pantries.
    Linda is quick, hard working, and pleasant.
    She is worth every penny I have spent because the quality of my life is so improved when she leaves.There is not a minute wasted.
    She organizes our time so there are things I can work on while she organizes the rest. She never leaves without me feeling that everything is so much better than it was before she came. Linda never leaves a mess behind.
    Linda is so pleasant that my husband, who usually wants to do everything himself has consented to have her help him organize his office.
    My daughter also used Linda . She moved out of town and wished she could have brought Linda with her.
