    We were very pleased and impressed at how honestly and professionally Muller Honda treated us. When we brought our 2007 Honda in because of the airbag recall, they told us that the oil signal sensor needed to be replaced. We agreed to that and paid $200. When we returned home, oil began to leak. After some investigation, Muller Honda told us that the engine block was damaged in the process of replacing the oil signal sensor. Muller Honda replaced the engine (a $4500 job), at no cost to us for either parts or labor. They stood by their workmanship 100%.

    In 2016 my son's 2010 Scion needed a new transmission. After many (new/rebuilt/used) estimates I decided to go with AutoLab. Sherman found me a 2yr old replacement from a car that had been in an accident. Car with used transmission is still running great. I like to be involved in the details of my car repairs - I appreciated the honest upfront detailed explanations, options & recommendations provided. I purchased a classic BMW 2-seater in 2016. AutoLab has serviced & maintained the car consistently and given me a hierarchy of items to consider doing to keep the car in top shape. AutoLab provides quality work at a fair price.

    All in all, it went very well with the assigned carrier. Only issue related to a last minute request not to pick up vehicle at agreed-upon location but rather an alternate location. We worked through it easily. I was very happy with the service and would highly recommend the company.

    The first oil change from them after you buy a car is complimentary. Actually it's about 2 years old, but we don't drive much. 

    We've been buying cars from them and having service from them for maybe the last 30 years so I guess we like them.

    Firstly, I've been a long time customer and previously always got the greatest of service. This last time was totally opposite. I went in with a high speed slight vibration, wanting inspection of wheels and suspension to be sure the wheels were not bent and to see if any suspension components needed service. They assured me that these things were ok, but the front tires showed some feathering of the tread probably due to alignment, they recommended to replace the tires. They sold me a new set of identical tires and filled them with nitrogen per my request, balanced and installed them, and did a 4-wheel alignment. I drove off onto the highway which is very close to the tire dealer and immediately had very rough vibration. I called the shop and since it was almost closing time they told me to come first thing the next day, Sunday, when a sister location would be open. On Sunday, they found that all four tires were out of balance, so they balanced them again. The vibration was less but still very noticeable. I sent an email requesting that a manager or owner review my complaints about the work, and that everything be checked by senior staff to discover why things were not working correctly. I was contacted and assured that corrections would be made properly by their most experienced staff and we made an appointment for the following Saturday. They found that 2 wheels were bent, one of which could be balanced but the other was too far out of spec. This is a major problem!! If the bent wheels were noticed on the first visit NO TIRES WOULD HAVE BEEN PURCHASED! I would have had the wheels fixed or replaced and then buy new tires and wheel alignment. You can't align the wheels when any of them are bent because the measurements change when the wheel is rotated, so that money is wasted. Also, the money spent for mounting and balancing and nitrogen is wasted because it'll have to be done once the wheels are fixed. Moreover, since this car is 13 years old (it's a Porsche), when the wheels are fixed they will look brand new and I'll want the other two wheels to match and this is why I would not have bought new tires yet if they had said that any wheels were bent. The manager agreed that finding out this bad news on the third balancing is troubling, but offered nothing to me other than finding out how much refurbished wheels would cost. I sent him a email expressing my dissatisfaction and again was offered nothing except that he got the price for refurbished wheels which would cost double what I'm paying a different company to straighten and refinish my current wheels. So now the wheels are being fixed and repainted, then I'll need another wheel alignment. I won't go back after this experience. I've gone far out of my way to go to this tire dealer simply because they were very good, but when multiple staff members produce this many errors on one sale over three separate appointments then this is simply not acceptable.

    They go out of their way to be nice and help you. They give you a loaner while the work is being done, and are very accommodating. They really take accountability for anything that isn't done properly. They have a state-of-the-art facility and are on top of the game.

    Everyone was great. They did exactly what I asked and stuck with their estimate. They even diagnosed and fixed an intermittent rattle on the first try. And the prices were very reasonable. I am recommending Auto Lab of Libertyville to all my friends!

    They installed the new bumper at an angle so that it is not attached on the passenger side.  THEN they refused to correct it!  Very shoddy work, a completely unprofessional refusal to take responsibility for their substandard service.  DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

    The service is very good.  The workers are very good.    They are pretty prompt.  The waiting room has coffee, doughnuts, and some other stuff.  I would tell a friend that they are very professional.  They are polite and courteous.  They are all about connivance.
