    The crew arrived exactly on time as promised. All work was done efficiently, completely and safely. The final cleanup was done more impressively than I have ever seen from any other tree service I have contracted. The entire crew were friendly and very professional. I will definitely use them again for any tree services in the future. I have recommended them to three neighbors already.

    This is the third time I have used this Company.  They are wonderful.  Today it was miserable and snowy outside.  Before they came in house, they covered their shoes with paper boots!  They worked quickly and efficiently!  When they were done, he noticed there was a little bit of dirt on the floor, so he asked for a cloth or mop.  I told him I would take care of it, but he insisted so I gave him a Swiffer and he mopped up the floor!!!!  They are a great Company and I know for a fact that I will use them again & again.

    The service went very well. They were flexible with my schedule. I paid a small additional fee for them to remove a battery. Two technicians came out and worked very well together. They were efficient workers and nice guys. They were also hard workers and I had no problems at all.

    I was interested in purchasing a heart shaped ruby/diamond pendant. I found a picture online that was a good starting point and brought it to Donna Jewelers. Donna and her team offered multiple ideas to create a design that met my needs and price point. Donna is GIA certified/trained and, I know from past experience,  she and her family/team have many years of experience in creating one-of-a-kind pieces that are fairly priced and are of high quality (e.g., Tiffany level). 
    Because I was requesting a custom piece , it required multiple iterations to review the design, stones, etc. At all times, Donna and her team were professional and responsive.  When I was unable to visit the store in person, Donna emailed pictures (e.g., waxes) so we could discuss and I could approve. When I visited the store, there were often returning customers (e.g., young couples with families) who had made earlier purchases (e.g.,engagement rings/wedding bands). With each iteration, Donna asked thoughtful, probing questions to ensure the final product would meet my expectations.
    In the end, I received a beautiful, one-of-kind piece that was fairly priced and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Donna Jewelers.

    Working with Kelly Teninty from Bling Me Accessorites, turned out to be a terrible experience. She designed and created a beautiful copper ring with a moonstone and a citrine for my mother-in-law's birthday/Mother's Day gift for a great price. Each stone represented the birth of one of her sons. My mother-in-law lives 3 hours away from me so I did not see her until the beginning of June and was not able to give her the ring until then. Therefore, I had the gift sitting in my apartment, in a box until then, for a bit over a month. (this is important to the story) I gave it to her this past Tuesday night after dinner. On Wednesday night I met her for dinner after work. She did not have the ring on. She told me, "oh, I am so disappointed. One of the stones fell out. It looks like there was glue under it. " I was so embarrassed and disappointed, too. I said to her that the designer was great to work with and I would write to her first thing in the morning, assuming she would either replace and fix the stone (without charging me, of course) OR offer to refund me the money. I was stunned this morning to receive her abrupt response email, refusing to replace the stone or repair the ring free of charge AND refusing to refund my money. Here is our disappointing correspondence, in case anyone is considering doing business with her: Me: "Dear Kelly, My mother-in-law came to town this week and I finally got to give her the gift on Tuesday night. She was ecstatic and loved it. However, on her first day wearing it, one of the stones (the moonstone) fell right off. It looked like it had been glued, rather than sautered (sp?) on. The stone is now gone. She thinks she was at the zoo when she lost it b/c she only noticed it on the bus on the way home. I was so disappointed. What should I do now? Send you back the remaining ring? Have it redone only this time not gluing but sautering? Please let me know and thanks." Kelly: "Val, I am so sorry to hear about the stone coming off. Did the stone fall off or the bezel? You can't solder a stone. Also since the band is copper and the bezel is copper, the solder would end up being silver, and that can't be changed. I can certainly purchase another stone and reset it for you. But that is all I could really do for you. I am sorry I can't do more." Me: "It seems like both of them came off, the stone and the bezel. If you re-made it in silver, would you solder it then? I know I requested copper, but I didn't realize this might compromise the security of the ring. Would you re-do in silver or, if it is not worth your time/$ to re-do it, would you prefer I be refunded? I really did love the ring and your design. And I know that $135 was an amazing price." Kelly: "I completed the project and you had the ring for almost a month. I am sorry about this but charging you for another stone and resetting it is the only option I can give you on this. Remaking the ring in silver would cost you more money. " Me: "Dear Kelly, Yes, I had the ring for almost a month. It was sitting in the box waiting for me to give it as a gift. My mother-in-law lives 3 hours away and this is the first time I have seen her since I ordered the ring. Completion of a project was not what a paid for- only part of it- I paid for a quality product. A stone was glued and fell off in a day. If you do not want to re-do it, you can refund me my money and I can return the remaining portion so that you can assess what happened and perhaps avoid it in the future. Let me know which you prefer and thank you." Kelly: "Valerie, I am not refunding any money. I set you can send it back, and pay for another stone, which I will reset. That is all I can do for you. Thank you, Kelly" Me: :Are you really refusing a refund on a product you created that broke the first day it was worn? Why would you do that, as a business person? I would like to give you one more opportunity to change your response before I write a review. I spent good money for a gift that is useless. I imagine this is not how you want to run your business. I am your customer and extremely unsatisfied--as anyone would be-- with a broken product. I should not need to pay to replace something that was not adequately created, or made to be wearable. I expect a full refund." Kelly: "Valerie, You did not receive the ring broken. Not only did you have it for a month, your mother wore it. I cannot tell what happened when she was wearing it. I am sorry but there will be no refund. I stated you can purchase another stone, send the ring back and I will reset it. The other stone is still there and fine. They were set the same way. Thank you. Kelly" Me: "Ok. What do you think I am trying to do here? Be dishonest? THis is ridiculous. So, I am out $135 and I think every future customer should hear about this decision. I was very embarrassed that my mother-in-law's ring broke after one day. I would not lie about something like this for $135. You had been so good to work with up until now I never imagined you would not instantly offer to replace your product free of charge, or refund my money. But if you want your name on that story over $135 that is understood." Kelly: "Valerie, Please submit a dispute with Custommade. They will communicate between us from here on out. Thank you. Kelly" And that is that. So, now I need to submit a dispute. Very bad business. Embarrassing product, disappointing customer service, terrible.

    Rick was an amazing DJ providing excellent DJ services for our wedding.

    He was professional, had a nice clean setup and had the crowd dancing all night long!

    I was told on the phone that they would do an estimate at no charge if a brought my laptop in. When I went there, they told me that the evaluation would be almost $100.00. Either they errored in what they told me on the phone, or they just wanted to get me to come in. I was not happy, I did not have them do any work.

    When I called initially, I spoke with the owner Tony, who was very curteous and accomodating about scheduling. Although my location (Hickory Hills) is quite a distance from Joliet, Tony said that wouldn't be a problem at all. Tony arrived very promptly and worked quickly and efficiently to pack as much as he possibly could at that time (he had 2 more stops after my house). He couldn't get everything that needed to be hauled away loaded onto the truck during that first trip, and so he had to came back two additional times after that. Tony never complained about the job being so far from Joliet. I'd say the only wrinkle was that I didn't completely understand YMWCU's pricing system, and so was surprised to learn on that first trip that I could only fill 1/3 of the truck. But, Tony crammed in as much as he possibly could, and so it probably wound up being way more that just 1/3. All in all, I was very pleased, and definitely would hire YMWCU again. Tony clearly knows what customer service is all about!

    I have had a claim that has been going on for a few months.  They have denied my claim even though I believe it to be reasonable.  The price is fair, however I will probably not continue to use Progressive due to the problems trying to get the repairs necessary for my boats.

    They have been horrible.  I have had problems with the service dropping calls and the service going down completely.  When I try to solve the issues with them they unhelpful.  They are initially responsive, however they are not consistent with followup.
