  Ken was the first company to come out and actually investigate how the water was getting into the basement.  Spending more than 2 hours with a hose and waiting until the water came into the basement.   Then he came up with several solutions. The one we chose was the one that didn't include tearing up my remodeled basement.  The solution fixed where the water was coming in. But a week or so after we had another heavy ran and water was coming in again but in another spot that wasn't fixed.  Ken came back and at no charge fixed that too.

  Pierce came out and gave me a reasonable, fair estimate for the job. Moses the mason came to the house on time and did a great job plus did work Pierce noticed that we did not even discuss but needed to be done. I am extremely happy with Kerry Masonry and Roofing and would recommend this business to anyone who needs these types of services performed.

  Well after talking with the crew leader Felipe, i knew  he took pride in his work and i felt that the job was going to get done the right way the first time. They were respectful to my home and periodically i would talk to Felipe about the work that was going on. Everything that the salesman Jim said was going to get done DID. In the process of  getting the walls in the crawl spray foamed .  We had one good rain so far no water at all. Time will tell but  as of now i 100% recommend this company.

  Overall Patro Construction Inc. did very good quality work for a fair and honest price.   Mike came out explained the problem and how he would fix the crack. He came out and got the job done fast and also recommended a good sidewalk raiser, since that was also part of the problem. We have had heavy rains since the repair and there is no leaking any more. Great Job.
