    It was a difficult problem to diagnose and fix. Mike had to do a lot of research and had to try a number of things to find the cause of the problem. But he stuck with it and figured things out. I admire his dedication. And the billing for all his time was more than reasonable.

    They are consciousness when telling you whats wrong with your car. I like the person I deal with I know him and he knows me, I trust him when he tells me something is wrong with my car. They are really timely and let you know how long the work will take.

    They are very fair. Took about 2 hours for maintenance work. They called later to be sure everything was going well. There were no issues. They are always very familiar, they remember your name. They are like family, they remember you.

    I had an issue with my car, it was a lemon. I was an all American car purchaser and now I don't purchase American cars anymore. The car kept breaking down and they kept giving me excuses. I could not depend on my Lincoln Mercury, it would leave me everywhere.

    I think they are dishonest or expensive.

    I had some issue, I bought the car there I was having trouble with some of tires. It wasn't until I went to someone independently that I found out that one some of  the tires have been replaced and other have not which is in violation of Infinities as manufacturers says don't ever replace one tie and one axle without replacing the other. 


    He didn't tell me when he replaced it so I asked someone else to tell me why I was having trouble with the tires. It was just bad all the way around.

    They didn't charge me for that, but I think I also did an oil change at the same time.  They're honest guys, I like the guys there. They do their level best and charge a very reasonable price for it.

    They always do a good job. I trust their work because I bought my car from them. They are a dealer and a service center. One thing I don't like is that sometimes you have to wait for a long time because they are always busy. The dealerships are a little bit more than any other garage services but they are reliable.

    New to the area last year. You need a good Doctor, Dentist and Mechanic when you move, right? Have had many things done including minor and major work on different family cars. Actually told once on a pre-trip inspection everything looked fine and only a minor charge for inspect. Honest? I think so. Services done in timely manner, yes. Price? I felt I paid a fair price for some good work. I'm fully satisfied.

    The service techs are good but the dealer refuses to stock parts except for lubricants and filters etc. for scheduled maintenance -this results in multiple trips to the service center to fix one issue

    What was originally sent and got the run around from Motorwerks:

     A few days ago I had a light bulb go out and went to get it fixed.  They said the rear springs and the ball joints issues just like you had told me.  The problem is when the light wasn't an issue, but they had to replace the complete lighting unit and found the problem.  Attached are pictures of what you called a little oil.  I was informed it had covered the engine almost completely on the passenger side.  As you can see the oil is just caked on there and dripping.  So either when I had my oil change done they spilled a lot of oil or something is spraying oil out.
    Next issue, is that I had my check engine light on, and found out what is was.  The mechanic said it is the light due to air flow.  It has to be reset after you check the air filters.   You told me air filters were fine and they were checked.  If so then how come they haven't been opened and reset?
    So I have filters not checked and oil either leaking or spilled in my car.   The mechanics wont be done with my car until tomorrow, but I want a time to have this engine checked by someone who can fix diesels.   I have a warranty  I purchased with the vehicle and I want this fixed right.
    I came to the dealership to get a good used car with no hassle and it seems I should of had an independent check your work.  It didn't even come with 4 of the same tires, but these issues were the last straw.  This is unacceptable, and I want this fixed as soon as possible.

    They replace the oil leak parts ($1300 not under warranty), and the air hose($700 dollar air hose) so the engine light will go out.  I go home park the car after all of this and the next day the light comes back on.  I take it back to the dealership and they say we didn't look at the light and that was the other dealership.  I then ask then why did you replace the 700 dollar air hose and get nothing. I had to scream in the dealership to get a manager who just placated me.

    Finally:
    I ask for my money back because they can't be trusted. Final email says we made mistakes and offered me a car wash (WORTH 250 dollars they say).

    I know enough to know I was being lied to.  I fear for all the people out there that don't have any automotive knowledge, and how many times have the replaced parts and charge people.  This is sick and needs to be fixed.
