Clean Tech A HR Production Company
The work was fantastic. I have two shih Tzu dogs that do not like anyone. I was so surprised when Amber and her husband was allowed to pet them without being bit. Right then I knew they were one of a kind. I had four surgeries since they started and I am so lucky to come home after each one to a clean home. They are left to clean in our absence or while we are there. Either way they do each with a passion, missing nothing. With the last cleaning company we had before Clean Tech a hr pro com. the cleaning would take much longer. The company did not have as much of a cleaning routine or a client satisfactory request after. I was so surprised when I seen a store set up that I could actually pick what was cleaned at the price I wanted. I could go on and on I absolutely love having them manage my home.

Lots of miscommunication right from the start. But 4 months after the order, the door was installed. Two weeks later it came time to install the window, The installer dropped the old window when installing and dented the new door. Also the window had obscure glass when we had clearly ordered clear. Home Depot promised to make it right. And committed to 2 to 3 weeks to resolve. That was 18 weeks ago. WIth broken commitment after broken commitment, we still have no resolution with no end in sight. So we have paid approximately $7,000 for a dented door and shower glass window, spent lots of time following up on the phone and suffered embarrassment with the neighbors for our wacky obscure window. The entry remodel is on hold waiting for the final resolution. I should have done this myself, saved the money, and been done months ago. I don't know if this is a local problem or systemic for all of Home Depot installation services, but this is the worst performance/service I have ever experienced in 25 years of home ownership.. Hope this was helpful to you, and that you have better luck with your project.

    Rob's Construction
The subcontractor stated that he would bring a crew with him to do the job. His crew was two people. The job was supposed to take 3-4 weeks but turned into 7 weeks. The subcontractor repeatedly used my bathroom several times throughout the day. I was unable to leave the house as they stored their equipment in my garage. At one point, the wrong material was delivered by the subcontractor's mistake, and he tried to make us pay a higher price for those materials. My husband had to take 4 weeks off work due to repeated phone calls throughout the day from the subcontractor. He spent those 4 weeks at home ensuring the job was done right; however, the subcontractor left the job unfinished, stating it was complete. The day after he left, several pieces of siding fell off the house. We had to clean up a great deal of trash left by him, as well as several items getting broken on the job. We called the owner to come inspect the job. He was unhappy with the quality and settled with us on the final bill. He asked that we not file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, so we did not. Three months later, we received a letter in the mail stating this company placed a lien on our property for an unpaid balance. We have a receipt showing the job was paid in full. The owner of the company has not returned any of our calls thus far, so we will be seeking legal counsel.

Champion Windows and Home Exteriors of St. Louis
They out do their competitors. They installed new windows in our sun room in the past. I like their whole crew. They were very respectful of our property and knowledgable about what they were doing. Outside of the sun room they put all the other windows in our house. They did an excellent job. They were in and out. We have not had any problem with their work. They are very responsive and are a total package. I highly recommend them.

He did an excellent job. He was not afraid of a more complicated job and rose to the challenge. He is very skilled.
