  My experience with Willow far exceeded my expectations.  From the moment I walked into the showroom until they walked out of my house at the final installation everything was handled professionally but relaxed.  The owner and her staff listened to what I had in mind and then made their suggestions as to what might be improved on for a better outcome.  They were right!  The choice of fabrics is perfect, and the fit of everything is phenomenal.  The cornices have sharp corners where they meet the walls and rounded corners to fit the molding.  The workmanship on everything is beautiful.

  3 Day Blinds Chicago

  They were great, but they were expensive and it took longer. It really was not their fault. It was during that strike out in California when they had the goods come in from Europe. The price was really more than what I should have vouched. I can get it cheaper. It was good quality. They have a designer that comes and then, they have an installer that comes. The designer was very professional so she gets an A rating. The first installer was also an A for the January visit. For the March visit, the designer was still good, but the installer was not so good. The second installer could have done a better job.

  My husband and I recently had our shower floor refinished in our master bath, and purchased clear glass shower doors that needed installation.  Mike made room in his schedule earlier than the original appointment, since he knew we were eager to start using the shower!  Bottom line, the shower doors were installed flawlessly, and open and close with ease.  I'd like to add we've used Mike in the last few years for other jobs, including installing a vent fan in our master bath that involved time in our attic and on the roof.  He's also fixed a few stubborn leaks, installed a toilet, hung blinds, fixed a window we somehow jammed, and several years ago at our old property, Mike built a fence and garbage enclosure for us.  Wonderful work that is made to look effortless.  We would trust Mike with any job, inside or outside our home and highly recommend him.

  Bill and his wife were fantastic, and we truly enjoyed having them in our home.  They were professional and courteous.  We interviewed and received quotes from 3 other companies, and Image Custom Blinds were able to give us a higher quality product AND lower pricing.  There was a problem with one blind at the initial install, but Bill came out again as soon as a new one was ordered to replace the defective blind.  We have a few other rooms to do, and we will definitely be in touch with Bill again in the (near) future!

  Jerry Block was professional and very helpful in my selection of design & fabrics.  He has a very good eye and made good suggestions.  He also was understanding of my budgetary constraints and was willing to go to "Plan B" when our original plan was over budget.  He is pleasant and easy to work with.  I would definitely work with him again and have recommended him to friends.  We are very satisfied with the final results of his work!
