Be careful as this company will promise you anything to get your business on the spot, namely in terms of timing, then they will take FOREVER to schedule everything else and actually install the windows. I am now on my 8th week of what was falsely promised to be a 6-week project, and the windows are still on drawing (!!!) stage and I have no idea when they will be installed. The project went smoothly from start to finish. We ordered the windows & they were ready to be installed within 4 weeks. Our installers, lead by Luke with Fox Crew were very good. They arrived by 8:00 A.M. & were very neat & hard working. They covered furniture throughout the house to avoid what could have been a messy job. We had a very large window replaced by Renewal by Andersen. Replacing this window was an incredibly demanding job and quite tedious because of the unique dimensions.
