AThe Scottish PlumberGreat service and work! We called for a quote to have our pipes routed out. We suspected that there was a root in our drain. Scottish came out and set up shop very quickly, running the machine to find the root. All in all he got it done in less than an hour. AThe Scottish PlumberI looked on line for a plumber who could come out as soon as possible to help stop the flooding of my basement. Tom Tolari came within 40 minutes after his assignment for the day. He was able to open the outside trap and rod out the drain line. The water immediately started to drain. He was pleasant and professional leaving the front yard looking clean. Thank you Tom Tolari! Jessica took my call and she was very sweet to keep me calm. AGoode PlumbingExcellent. This was a two-man job, and Mike and Mike fixed the problem with expertise and the highest professionalism. This was old plumbing, which brings its own challenges. For the last part of the job they asked me to show them the location of the main water cut-off value.(so that I knew where it was in an emergency).. BFor the most part it went okay, I have been using American Vintage Home for awhile at our old bungalow and they have always done great work. With this project, Remy, Jerry, Chris and Carl all were very professional, helpful and did a great job. My reason for a B rating here had to do with their subcontractor, who did the excavation of our basement floor to get to the broken pipe. The communication between them and American Vintage Home was not great. I never really knew when this subcontractor was going to show up and there was not great planning with the team at American Vintage Home for when they would complete their work, so that that AVH could do their job. Lastly, the subcontractor took awhile to come back after the completion of the project to pickup their garbage cans full of excavated materials.

AExcellent experience with Tim and Luke. I had initially started a DIY project to replace a wax ring, but quickly realized I had a cracked flange as well. He promptly replied to my RFQ and gave me a range of estimate based on pictures provided. He was able to come out the next day to further review and discussed the options. Very knowledgeable and creative with the solution provided, and kept me informed as work progressed. Total work took just over an hour and he actually came in at the low end of his estimate. Very pleasant experience and appreciated the transparency of the interaction. Would definitely recommend and will utilize them again!

FThey never made it to my house for an estimate. I had an estimate set up between 3-6 pm on Thursday. At 6:00 Jen called and told me they were running behind and would I reschedule for Friday between 9-12 am. On Friday I got a call and again was told they were running behind and someone would be here soon. By 1:00 still nobody was here, so I called and was told they would check and let me know where the technician was. I told them if they could not be here by 1:30, not to come. At 1:25 I got a phone call saying someone would be here within the hour. Really? I told them to not to come. If their work is as bad as their punctuality, I decided not to even find that out. Not a reliable company. I would not recommend.
