took the call and explained to me about what the company can do. She explained that someone would follow up with me in a few days to schedule an on-site visit.
A couple days later I was contacted by an individual and we set up an appointment.
The rep came and determined that the crack could be addressed with the foam/epoxy repair. The price on his quote was reasonable (we've had this done with a prior home) and I agreed to the contract that same day.
A separate appointment was then set up via again working with

called gave me the choice of a few different time slots so it could fit with my schedule.
When the day came repair was done and everything is fine.
we've had a few rains and there is no leakage. I like the warranty that came with the repair, too. It's good peace of mind.
I'm very pleased.
I understand that these folks, like others in the industry have had a very busy season with the all the rain.

let me know that the repair would be several weeks out. when I initially called. This timing was no problem with my schedule and I appreciate the professional / polite dealing with all I encountered.

"Our 12 ft by 24 ft concrete crawlspace is only 3 feet high (after crawling through an old window opening to gain access to the crawlspace) tapering down at the far end to less than 2 feet high. I had installed

of insulation under the family room floor (as far as I could) in the past because the floor was cold. After the 9 inch rain we had a few years ago moisture showed up in the crawlspace for the first time in 20 years and mold appeared on the backing of some sections of the insulation I had installed. I removed those portions of insulation.

recommended removing the rest of the insulation and spraying foam insulation along the top of the foundation and sill plate which would seal and insulate. The technician who arrived on the day of the appointment was over 6 feet tall - definitely too tall to get into the narrowest part of the crawlspace! He stated that the tech who was supposed to come (and was the correct size to work in the entire crawlspace) had a family emergency but they could still at least start by removing old insulation and fixing the basement wall crack (which they had identified in a previous visit and planned to do in conjunction with the crawlspace work). The correctly sized smaller tech came a couple of days later to complete the work in the crawlspace (installing insulating foam and then fogging the crawlspace to eliminate mold/mildew). I was at work that day so I didn't get to meet him or see how he was able to access the low section of the crawlspace but inspected the work afterwards to see that the entire crawlspace was sealed. The family room floor is not as cold as it used to be and after the 6 inch rain that came down in the past couple of days there is no indication of moisture in the crawlspace. We are very pleased with the work performed and the professionalism and courtesy shown by the technicians.

"They walked around the exterior of the house with me looking at every inch of the foundation for any cracks or signs of stress using a high intensity flashlight to examine the entire surface especially the top of the foundation up under the bottom of the siding. Inside they examined the basement walls top to bottom, again using the high intensity light to view the top of the foundation to see if there were any issues where the frame rested on the concrete walls. We had previously had some repair work done to some cracks in the basement walls. I appreciated the thoroughness of the inspection and honest assessment that the repair work we had already had done in the past was done well and therefore no additional action was necessary. We were very satisfied with the quality of the inspection and professional, personable way that the technician performed the inspection and patiently answered my many questions throughout the process. This is actually part one of two because we also have a crawlspace for which we bought a Crawlspace Mold/Mildew Fogging Treatment from

through Angie's List. They inspected the crawlspace during this visit to get an idea of what they would encounter when they came to do the treatment for that area.
