I had an appointment scheduled for a HVAC service today between 9am - 11am. I received a call the day before to confirm and let me know that I would get a call/message 30 minutes before the technician would arrive. After years of struggling with the A/C drainage out of the furnace unit in the house, I switched vendors to one that I've used in past years in my townhome, and in fact to one that the property manager of the same townhome I rent out uses.
