They were friendly professional and cleaned up after themselves. All my questions about the unit were answered so I understood what they were talkin about. Their pricing is reasonable. They promptly provided info I needed to get the permit from the village for install. There is nothing negative about my experience with them. AAll Temp Heating & Air ConditioningTechnicians are great at All Temp. Totally worth having them come out to look over the equipment prior to upcoming winter season. They changed out a minor part that cost less than $10.00 on the igniter unit. I think it was more preventative maintenance that anything else. Every time I've used them, the technicians are always showing me any concerns & discuss a solution. Considering the honesty that I feel coming from the guys that are out in the field performing the service, I'd strongly recommend using this company anytime. It's got to be a company culture thing.
