AGARAGE FOR YOU INCBob was super responsive in meeting with us and helping design the garage. They will make custom garages. We wanted a room built into our garage to shelter some feral cats we take care of, and they were willing to do that. They also installed a cat door that we purchased. They build good garages. Our old garage was falling apart, as are many others in the neighborhood. We wanted a garage that would last. All of the crew were highly-skilled and tremendously courteous. The quality of work at every stage was excellent: preparation of site, concrete pour, framing, roof, finishing/gutters. They took extra care to do things right. The job did take longer than expected. Part of that was due to issues with the site (excessive mud under the old garage that had to dry out and additional site preparation) but it seems the COVID pandemic generated a lot of home projects - we were in a work queue. Demolition started mid-September and garage was completed early January. (Our furnace guy had a similar situation with a different garage builder, so it wasn't just this company. We learned to be Zen about the timeline - it was less stressful that way.) In the end, we have a beautiful garage that should last for years. Very pleased.- Michael M.

AI called David to inquire of his availability to do a small job. As it turned out he lived very close to me, and the timing was right, he came to my house within 10 min! Fantastic, as our front door was no longer latching and we were unable to keep it closed. He was very pleasant and very willing to dig in and rectify the problem. Our door shifted over time and our latch strike needed to be lowered, however there was no good way to do this as the old latch strike hole would need to be filled first so we could drill in new holes. He fixed the problem by cutting a bigger hole in the new latch strike. It solved the problem, but the new latch strike had some scratches, bent from the cutting of the metal. No big deal as no one really sees it. I'm happy we are effectively able to close the door again. I did think his price was a bit high, $100/hour, he was here about 1/2 hour, so the cost for this small job was $50. But overall was very, very grateful he came as quickly as he did and fixed the problem.

AWe had a small leak in a really high part of our roof. Couldn't see anything from the ground. Called a few places and they said they were scheduling for weeks out for inspections and even farther out for repairs. Ed of C&S said he could come the next day, a Saturday. He took pictures, showed us we were missing a couple shingles, and went to pick up some replacements and fixed it the same day.
