AAmerican Asphalt Maintenance IncWonderful experience from beginning to end. The representative (Frank) who came to provide an estimate was knowledgeable and informative. The estimate was competitive and the work was completed in a very professional manner. I selected this company because they have only one crew which includes the owner of the company. He in fact works side by side with his team. They are a fine-tuned crew and it was interesting to watch how efficient they are. Everyone knows exactly where they need to be and what they need to be doing. The experience of each of the members is easy to recognize. Interestingly, they do not ask for any payment until the job is done supporting the fact that they have confidence in their work product. I watched over the process and there was nothing that I felt needed to be addressed as the work was completed. In fact, they did more than I expected. I have one walkway off the driveway which was not level with the old driveway and they altered the pitch to ensure that it met the level of the walkway. The project was not simple in that I have a three-car garage and driveway is curved as well as very steep. Perfect job by a great company.- RONALD R.

AFinnegan Paving IncI am a General Contractor is South Florida who bought my wife's family house in the Chicago area. I researched for a paving company to replace our 30+ year old driveway and picked Finnegan Paving to complete the work. I would not hesitate to recommend them. They did an excellent job in replacing the driveway and were very professional. Being a General Contractor, it was more than just the excellent installation they performed, but it is the service after the job is completed. For some unknow reason, a small area of the driveway settled and started ponding. Finnegan Paving came out and removed that portion of the driveway and repaired the ponding, no questions asked. There are many companies out there that can do a good job, but not many that go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. I would highly recommend you contact Finnegan Paving for any of your paving needs.- Frank G.

AI had an old claw foot tub that was refinished by someone that didn't know what they were doing. The finish failed and was peeling terribly. It was peeling so bad that it would clog the drain. NuCoat said that they would be able to refinish the tub so that it looked like new and they did just that. They showed up on time, explained the process, and started working. I was dreading the clean up that most contractors leave you with but when they came to get me there was no mess and it looked like they installed a brand new antique style tub. I am so happy I was able to save the tub at a fraction of the cost of what a new one would cost. I would recommend to call NuCoat before you call a remodeler. That way you get to keep the quality cast iron tub instead of a new flimsy fiberglass one. You end up with the best of both worlds at a fraction of the cost.

AThe job was to inspect the exterior of the house, caulk, seal and repair brick, windows, mortar etc. on 4 sides of a 4 story building. Tony and his team started quick and finished even faster. Armour took the time to review my concerns, inspected my homes exterior, and then laid out the options they felt they could accomplish to spec. It was exactly what I asked for, no upsell, no BS. The quality of the work exceed my expectations. Not only did the team meet the contract requirements, they fixed issues they found on their own, at their expense, and educated me on what to watch out for in the future. I would not hesitate to use or recommend Armour for masonry/exterior work at all. In fact, I'm mostly likely going to be hiring them again for some new projects that I have this summer while we have some good weather again!
