ASuper Steam, Inc.We’ve worked with Super Steam 4 times now and have always been very impressed. After our sump pump failed last spring, Sam and his crew were at our place super quickly. Despite a huge flood, they saved all our finished basement carpet and walls, and prevented any mold from forming. Everything was put back together as though nothing had happened. They were super thorough, very considerate, and proved 100% trustworthy. All of this was true again when we had to repair (unrelated) mold damage caused by a shower leak and again when our tenants caused a huge flood recently. (Our luck has not been great this year...) In particular, after the tenant flood, the drywall repair and painting was flawless. No one could ever tell there had been a problem. And, when that last flood happened, Sam had fans and dehumidifiers on site in less than an hour from when we called. Amazingly fast. I hope we don’t have to deal with any more water damage, but if we ever do, it’s a huge relief to know Super Steam. We wholeheartedly recommend (and thank!) them!- Connie M.

ACame on time. The cleaner and pretreater were odorless as mom is allergic. Looked in every room and explained about the process to clean the stains, what furniture could be moved and to make one of the carpets looked like it wasn't faded. Told us the price, got our okay, then started the cleaning. He moved the items that weren't heavy. After finishing, he asked us to check his work and asked if we were happy. We had signed on for the additional sanitizing due to mom being 87 and Covid numbers were up in her area. He also asked if we would like it scotch guarded. He waited until he cleaned the carpet to be sure it would be worthwhile to do so. We also had it done. 24 hours later all was completely dry and the high traffic areas no longer looked as though they were high traffic. Afterward, he cleaned up quickly. We have used other national brands before with terrible, pricey work. Mom was skeptical but loved how pleasant and accomodating he was to her. We definitely recommend Clement.

AFor more than 20 years, I have hired carpet cleaning services, and have never been quite pleased with the quality of their services. They were average (some below or worst) but they were not great. Now, after my service with Matrix Cleaning Systems, I can say that I have found a truly great carpet/rug/runner cleaning company!! And they are going to be cleaning my home moving forward!! From the first contact with Patrick (the owner) to the time he walked out the door, he had a customer-focused attitude. He isn't your "traditional" carpet cleaning service, and his techniques for removing stains and ground-in dirt were amazing!! In fact, I had small urine stains from one of our kittens from a year ago on a 10-year-old couch that two cleaning services could never completely get out. It was "cleaned" but still had the circles and darkened spots in places. I was ready to toss and purchase a new one when enter Patrick. He went to work on the stains and after putting on the spot remover, sanitizing, then doing the cleaning he made the couch look brand new!!! No kidding. The rest of the cleaning, from the carpets, area rugs, and runners looked as if I had just purchased them. If you need carpet cleaning (and other types of cleaning such as clean up from a flood, etc.) then you should call Matrix Cleaning Systems. You will not be disappointed!!!
