These guys our great! They built a sun room on existing patio slab to give us a 4 season room. The communication from them was clear and constant. They kept to the schedule and the job was finished on time and end result exceeded our expectations. They even did a great job cleaning up daily and removing all garbage

    1. Pre-purchased 2 hours of electrical work, Angie's Deal... They complained that the job should have cost twice as much. The job took less than two hours with less than 6 ft of BX wiring, plus to circuits breakers 2. I clearly pointed out on both walls where I wanted the outlets and yet some how I ended up with two holes in the wrong place... one I had them move the other I was too frustrated to care at that point. I had to patch and paint the hole they left me. Job done, they charged me $20 in extra supplies. This was 2.5 years ago. Recently I had an HVAC guy look at my circuit box and discovered they had used the ground wire (green) as the return wire on the two circuits... no established ground. Shoddy work that now has to be rewired. I get the wrong placement, but shoddy wiring from "professionals" is inexcusable.

We had eight recessed lights installed with new dimmer switches. We also had some additional lights switched out. It is an 1890's house with lots of challenges. Jake and his team worked for a couple days getting it all done, and kept drywall/plaster damage to a minimum. We were very pleased with their work.

    TRIVIC REMODELERS INC
It was a dream of our mom to have the kitchen renovated, but that dream didn't materialize due to her passing in March. To honor our mom, our dad wanted her dream to be fulfilled, so we looked for a remodeling company that we could trust with such a special project. After reading through the reviews for Trivic Remodelers Inc., we contacted Ned for a consultation to renovate the kitchen, replace the flooring throughout the house to match the living room floor, and add canned lights to the living room. We decided to move forward with him because he was very personable and knowledgeable, and his estimate for the job was fair. From the very start and throughout the entire renovation process, Ned was extremely involved and responsive. He was in constant communication with us to make sure we knew what was going on and with his team to make sure that everything was done right. He was flexible with any changes we had. He even went out of his way one night to help us fix an urgent water heater problem before out-of-town guests arrived the next morning. Everything he did for us shows that Ned is a good person with a big heart, and we are grateful to have him lead this project. We were also impressed by the different experts that Ned brought on for the job. They were all kind, professional and efficient. Gustavo was on Ned's team and was at the house for the majority of the renovation. Not only did he do a good job with each project he worked on; he became a friend to our dad and family during a very difficult time. The kitchen is beautiful, bright and open! It meant so much to us to have a new kitchen that is everything our mom would ever want, and we are so thankful to Ned and his team for making it a reality. We had a positive experience and are very satisfied. We highly recommend Trivic Remodelers Inc. and would love to work with Ned and his team on any future projects!

After discussing the job, I let them work until I noticed them put a hole in the wrong place. Come to find out the we're installing the wrong place, even after I pointed at the wall where I wanted the outlets. They claimed they were following my directions. Anyway, I had them move one. Once done, they charged me an extra $25, when I asked them to comp me the bill, they complained about the Angie deal being to low. Not my problem. So, the work was done, now I have a hole that needs to be fixed.

The cost was very fair and he stuck to what he estimated. Everything came out perfect. There was no increase in price. Anytime that I asked them to do something, they got right on it. They also provided me with options continuously throughout the project. At the end they hauled all of the debris away. I recommend them very highly. They are very friendly as well, and very attentive.

He was very nice, put it up in a very timely manner, cleaned up what little mess he made and it was a wonderful experience.  I'll call him again when I need something else fixed.  Note: house built in 1932 and I keep finding things that have to be fixed.

He is my second choice to do this project. This project really is just about demolition of paneling and putting up drywall. There also is a little electrical work. They sent their quote over about a week ago. In comparing their quote to my list of things there were one or two things that had to be added on, which I am trying to avoid because I would like not to deal with add-ons and just deal with what we are working with. They have not done any work yet. They came out, looked at the job ad I spent a great deal of time with them. They are professional. I have no problem in the process right now.

I think they were great, but I have not gotten a quote from them yet and I do need one. They came out and saw the job. I had a great deal of faith in them. I called them over the weekend and said I really would like to see them get this because I saw a great deal of knowledge and planning in what they were doing. They just did not look at a wall and say, okay, we are just going to take this down and put this up. They really did know a great deal about what they were doing. So I hope they do come back with a good quote. If they don't I am going to have to go with another company because this project really is just about demolition of paneling and putting up drywall. There is not a h*ll of a lot more than that to it.

after contacting multiple electricians from Angie's list and from different sources and  getting different opinions, (from most not even a call back or reply to email) Miroslaw steeped up to the job and did the job right. Over all there is not much to complain about, from the work he did and I also had few other people look over it and all of them sad that the job was done real well
