Like some of the other people have stated.. they are pricey and they are also extremely busy. We worked with Andy as the sales rep and he was a great guy. We told him what we were willing to spend at most and he made sure we got everything we wanted for that price. I think people who are new to construction work might see these guys as a hassle but in all honesty.. the men they had working for us were some of the hardest working and fastest working men I’ve ever met. Everything was done in a week and a half.. and it is STUNNING! My only complaint is that we were supposed to get it started 8 weeks after signing and it didn’t start til about 12 weeks.. like I said though.. it’s a very busy time of the year. COVID-19 has everyone at home with their honey-do list and EVERYWHERE is booked. I would absolutely recommend Cronkhite.. always negotiate on price.. and make sure to check the work being done. Don’t watch them do something wrong and complain about it after.. If you have questions then ask them!

Back in 2018 i had this company come and do a siding repair around my back patio and lay down flashing at the foot of my patio door on the upper deck of my house. Rain was pouring in through the patio door on the bottom from the top because whoever built the house had failed to lay the flashing down on the upper floor deck. The water pouring down from the top had destroyed the mold sealing the bottom patio door. Flashing had to be put down and siding needed to be replaced. George said there would be a problem matching the siding on the house since it was no longer made. He indicated if he couldn't find a similar match that he would take the siding from the chimney and swap it with the siding that needed to be replaced on the back of the house since typically the chimney draws less attention from viewers then the rest of the house. They came out did the work...no complaint there....never thought anything else of it. I didn't even bother to look at the chimney. Fast forward almost two years to the date and my neighbor on the north side of the house is trying to filter the gutter spout through a fence we share over to the side of my house. I rarely look over at this side of the house...almost never. I go to see all what he's doing and i notice extreme discoloration when looking at my siding. I literally thought my neighbor had stripped the siding off my house. I was ready to call the police. I check with George and asked if he and his crew took siding off the side of the house without notifying me and furthermore replaced it with siding that looks nowhere close to what the color of my siding looks like. He acted like he didn't have a clue...which if i have to be a judge of character, I'm pretty sure he did. I was almost about to start a war with my neighbor because i couldn't imagine anyone else committing such a heinous act. Finally i continued to press George about it and he finally admitted that his crew took siding from the house and 1) didn't tell me 2) replaced it with siding that almost make it look like an incomplete siding job on that side. The worse thing is that if they had been straightforward and honest from the jump they likely would have made more money off the deal as i could have went to my insurance company notified them of the problem and they would have at the very least paid for that side of the house to have everything replaced or the whole house, but George and his crew robbed me of that option. Now the insurance company wont cover any of it. They acknowledged they would have addressed the initial repairs, but it was no longer their issue with the construction inadequacy. The only reason I don't sue them is any attempt to would be premature since i cant tell for certain what, if any, impact it would have on the sale of the house. Its more of a principle thing at this point and i plan to tell as many people as possible about it before it's all said and done. Its a despicable act..even more so since I explained to him that I was at odds with my neighbor over it and he still wasn't coming forward with the truth. Here i am embarrassing myself and creating conflict with my neighbor because he's too coward to admit his wrong and come forward with the truth. People need to know about this guy and his company even if i turn out to be the only one he has done this to.

He is easy to work with, very respectful of ur property and cleans up everyday before leaving, will not leave until job is done. He is very skilled at his job and it shows in his finished product.

    Siding By Steve
Had used this same contractor previously in 1/2011 to complete the siding job we contraced for as it was half way complete and the original contractor went into rehab. Steve came in and finished the siding job and was awesome! We hired him back in 5/2011 to do complete windows in the house and had also hired him to do window and door frame wrapping on the house as well. Four of our neighbors have used him as well for siding, windows, doors and wrapping and all love him. This is one of the most professional contractors I have ever had the pleasure to do business with as he is honest, timely, meticulous, reasonably priced (not the highest and not the lowest) and takes pride in his work and his word. Would recommend him to anyone.

He was on time, worked full days to get the job done within the timeline he gave. Price at the end of the job was what was quoted, no extra. And we were happy with the finished product!

Project initially planned for July but do to some unexpected issues on my end, had to to delay and requote project several times. Michael was very helpful and pleasant to work with adjusting to our lowered budget. He was able to deliver my wife’s vision of the perfect deck in weather of 20-40 degrees despite cold rain and other hurdles along the way. Looking forward to working with Michael and his team on next project

    Williamson Concrete
Wonderful. Paul and his crew were the hardest working group of contractors I have seen. They moved with perfect timing and professionalism that is not always seen these days. They arrived on time and began the removal of the old concrete immediatly..The crew worked as a team and were very organized. Any situations that needed discussion, were done among the fellow co-workers untill the decision was reached as a group to solve the issue. Paul was on hand throughout most of the construction to ensure that everydone was done for customer satisfaction.Although the weather was harsh that day, wind and rain, his crew overcame these problems using plastic to cover the work area to make sure the weather would not cause issues with the pouring and smoothing of the concrete. The construction began on Wednesday, Paul stopped by on Thursday to explain the process of the curing and when we could walk or drive our car on the new concrete. He also explained the clean up process that would begin on Friday. The crew fixed the yard next to the new concrete and sowed grass seed with the new dirt installed. They also arranged the landscape rocks that had been disturbed. When they were finished everything looked like it had before the construction began, actually it was better with new stoop and pad! I would reccomend Williamson Concrete to any homeowner who may want to beautify and increase the value of their home. Good job Paul.
