When we were baffled by design challenges, JPro suggested ideas that fit our lifestyle, were beautiful and functional. Their ideas have stood the test of time from a family with five children to now just the two of us. Our home “works” thanks to JPro. After working with this two-generation family business we would never consider hiring another company to do whatever we need done. JPro stands by their work giving us peace of mind that whatever has been done is correct and will serve us well. Our current bathroom remodel was done so that we can "age" at home. It was designed with JPro's help to be handicap accessible and easy to manage and maintain. Demolition was completed the day before our nation's Covid-19 shutdown. ABri-Co ConstructionHarold and his crew did an amazing job! This was a medium sized wall in a tricky location with multiple obstacles to be conscience of and work around (propane and septic tanks). The project went quickly and smoothly. Best of all, years of experience and the systems Harold has in place allowed for affordable answers when other contractors only saw problems and expenses. This project ended with nothing but respect and gratitude for what was accomplished. There is no question that Bri-Co will be a part of any construction project I do moving forward.- Mike S.

AQuality Carpentry and Remodeling LLCI've already told a dozen people about Tom's service, so I might as well tell you. "Nice guy" is a big deal, but trumped by a superb work ethic and a tenacity toward excellence. I especially appreciated that the estimate to contract was very specific, so there were no surprises and my expectations were spot on. After he rescued a deteriorating wall on my balcony, he accomplished something else I needed though it was not his specialty--he bird netted my carport ceiling to prevent bats from nesting there at night. Haven't seen a bat since! Call Tom, primarily for carpentry needs, but also for a great contractor experience.- Jan B.

The install team was fast but did quality work. They had to come back to install a gate and were on time and did the job right. AI received 3 bids to replace the old HVAC system on the condo I purchased in September 2018. I was most satisfied with Missouri Furnace's bid, taking into account the price, the brand of new system (Trane), and the efficiency of the new unit. Also, as I live in a 4 story condo building, a crane was required to remove the old air conditioner and replace with the new unit. Once we had agreed on a price and the contract was signed, I was scheduled for installation the following week. I like that my new furnace has a 4 inch filter, so that I do not have to replace it every month, In May the weather was not so hot that immediate installation was required. I was extremely pleased with the promptness and professionalism of the team. The new HVAC system was installed quickly and with no drama. It is also working great. I will no doubt call on Missouri Furnace to check on my a/c next spring before the summer of 2020.

AWith a slight delay due to COVID, the work was very well done. Plaster repairs were completed, all furniture was moved away from the walls, the floors were covered. The colors were exactly as I requested, including the crown molding. The work was completed in the time quoted and for the estimated cost.

I am a small business. I do most of all work myself with the help of one or two laborers. I do use other contractors on some of my larger projects,but I deal with them and you will only have to deal with me. I do a lot of service work nights and weekends. I do not accept credit cards. I have found that each job and customer require different payment options,and I am flexible to various payment options.
