AIt was Holy Saturday (the day before Easter) Dr. Foss received a call from me, I was in excruciating pain. Dr. Foss Prescribed some medicine for me, advising me he reserved his first opening Monday for a root canal. 2-3 hours later I received a phone call from the Dr. asking how I felt. I told him The pain had worsened, and I was planning on possibly going to the emergency room if I can find one where a doctor knew how to perform a dental block to kill the pain. The doctor put me on hold for a short minute and came back to the phone to let me know that his family insisted that he drive 2+ hours to see me. (He was out of town with family for Easter) . When I got there he and his assistant were waiting for me. He advised me what he was doing step by step, and in less time than I expected he was done and I was a new man! Best dental experience I’ve ever had, even without him going the “extra mile”. Incredible Doctor, with extraordinary medical ethics !

FEsse Health DROPPED/FIRED my elderly mother after over 10 years because they--in particular Dr. Robert Byrne--were afraid to give her refills of her pain medication and she made the mistake of asking "why." She had been Dr. Byrne's patient for many years and at the beginning he was very good with her. She has bad diabetes, blind in one eye, heart disease and massive neuropathy (nerve) pain in her legs. For 10 years Dr. Robert Byrne gave her 60 pills of generic "Vicodin" per month for her nerve pain. The official name and dosage of the medication is: Hydrocodone/APAP 5/325mg. My mother refilled the 60-pill prescription only about once every 2-3 months....HARDLY a frequency of someone who is abusing the medication. In mid-2017, Dr. Byrne began to only give her 30 pills and would not respond when my mother asked why the change. By late 2017, they refused to refill her pain medication, along with another medication (non-narcotic) for her pain called "Neurotin". When she called the office to discuss the situation, she was only allowed to speak with a "nurse practitioner" who said that Dr. Byrne would contact her. Several days later, my mother received a letter in the mail from Dr. Robert Byrne which said she was being dropped as a patient--from both Dr. Byrne AND Esse Health in entirety--due to "disagreements between doctor and patient." Of course with the current US opiod problem, my mother's new doctor will not prescribe her anything more powerful than Ibuprofen while I watch her suffer in agony almost daily with her chronic neuropathy pain. I was also a patient of Dr. Byrne's at one time, but left on my own after he told me to "go to an urgent care facility" when I called the office (during the day, midweek) about a sudden hearing loss I had. That issue is covered under a separate review of Dr. Byrne. I would highly encourage senior citizens to avoid Dr. Byrne at all costs as he apparently likes to punish patients who question his judgement and is a prime example of how health care in the United States has gone downhill during the past 25 years.

AAnderson, Dr. Keith F.Dr. Keith Anderson and staff were simply amazing. Who knew going to the dentist would be so fun? I hate the dentist but Dr. Anderson and Carol put me at complete ease and getting a filling wasn’t so bad. Karen and Linn who are the Hygienists have taken their time and yet punctual. I enjoy visiting both of them during my 2x’s a year visit. Melissa and Maryann are very warm and welcoming when I arrive to my appointments.- Melissa K.

AAnderson, Dr. Keith F.Dr. Anderson possesses a warm professionalism, my husband and I became patients when he first opened his office. He has also taken care of our son. The good Doctor is always willing to discuss our needs, and performs them in a timely manner. We have never had had a complaint. His staff of Hygienists are thorough, gentle and friendly and we are greeted with warm friendly smiles by his reception personnel . Dr. Ander-son has equipped his office with the very latest equipment all to the advantage of his patients. He has responded to emergencies, and in all services has excelled. He definitely has been the right provider for our dental services.- Jawanna S.

AAnderson, Dr. Keith F.I have been a patient of Dr. Anderson's for many years. The quality of service he provides is truly excellent. He always makes you feel completely at ease and explains the procedure before beginning. I've never once been in pain when in his chair, and that is saying a lot, as I think I've had at *least* 14 cavities over the years. In addition to being a consummate professional himself, Dr. Anderson's staff are highly trained and incredibly friendly. I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else with my teeth!- Kelly M.

AAnderson, Dr. Keith F.It went perfect. The doctor worked me in to hi schedule, and repaired the tooth in less than an hour. I've been going to Dr. Anderson for 33 years and he and his staff have always been wonderful. The cost of service listed below is a best guess, because it was submitted to my insurance company and I will be billed for the difference.- Mary K.

AAnderson, Dr. Keith F.I was very nervous due to the extent of work that had to be done to make my smile recognizable again. Dr. Anderson assured me that it was going to be fine. It took a lot to repair, but I knew that going in. Because I was told he was meticulous, I expected it to take a lot longer than it did. There was no pain at all, in fact tugging was all I felt. 53 years of painful experiences now all gone. I will never go to another dentist. See the attached pictures of the before and after because it is a noticeable difference. When he handed me that mirror, I was very pleased, and touched with the work he had done. I went to my car and sat in the front seat and looked at it in the rear view mirror. It really hit me and I started sobbing. I had to go back in and thank him and his staff for such a wonderful experience and beautiful outcome. It made their day - but not nearly as much as it did mine! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and TRUST, Doctor Keith Anderson and his staff to take exceptionally good care of you, They certainly did me! Darlene Herrell- Darlene H.
