    Grey's Appliance Repair Inc
I couldn't have asked for better service. I spoke with Mario the day before I made the appointment to confirm that he could repair our old Roper dryer that stopped working (the drum didn't turn). I gave him the model and serial number and he was able to determine the year (around 2001). I called a couple of other places but came back to Mario. I made an appointment for a Saturday (today, actually). Mario called in the morning to let me know he was going to arrive in 10 minutes. He met my husband and I at the door. Took off his shoes. He turned on our dryer and immediately said it was the motor. He took apart the dryer and checked the belt, which was fine. He replaced the motor and was done within a half hour. GREAT for a Saturday morning! We're looking forward to being able to dry our clothes. THANK YOU, MARIO!

    Empirical A/V
They were very professional, they took time to explain what they were going to do and made sure that all the settings were correct. They made no mess and were very respectful of our property and we are very happy with the quality of the TV picture.

Excellent. Mario came within 24 hrs, knew exactly what the problem was, replaced the closing screws in a better location and the whole thing took about 30 minutes. Mario is knowledgeable , reliable, punctual and well priced. I highly recommend him for appliance repair.

    Always There Appliance Repair
My fridge was warm. I called and a guy (Josh, who was crazy high and shaking - I should have known just from that - this is the kind of person they hire) came to fix it on October 4. He charged me $150 for the visit and $175 for a new motor and said it was under warranty . I attached photos so you can see that "30 day warranty" is checked and that their letterhead is on this. Two weeks later, the fridge is not working again. The company won't fix it. Here's what they will do: apply half of what I paid for the motor ONLY to a new fridge! Are they kidding? They are complete crooks. I spent $325 on absolutely nothing, and they won't back up their warranty or their service 16 days later. Please, please run from these guys - believe the other reviews on Yelp about getting scammed. They should be ashamed of themselves. I reported them to the BBB and Angie's list.

    Perrin Gas
Once I'd stated where we wanted the permanent gas line to end, for connecting to the grill's hose, Eric took seconds to decide how he'd deliver and began work. He installed a gas line straight into the ground from the meter. It emerged about 50' from there, at the corner of the bldg., climbing the wall to the floor at a corner of the deck on the 2nd floor. We can easily connect / disconnect our grill's hose at this point. Shutoff valves were included at each end of the new line. He painted the visible part of the pipe and smoothed where he'd dug, so it's as if he were never there. All in under 3 hours! Eric is ALWAYS cheerful, and I told him he could charge more for his labor and materials because his work is perfect.

    Karen Westling
Ms. Westling was fantastic. She arrived right on time, was intelligent, personable, and calm--and best of all she tuned the piano to perfection. I recommend her highly, and will absolutely ask her to come back when the piano needs tuning again. But it still sounds great!

    Sears Holdings Corporation
I have a service agreement with Sears, a protection agreement that I had for 30 or 35 years. It's a protection agreement because I'm a very old customer and I kept 20 agreement 35 years ago where 20 of my appliances are covered for one fee every year. It's called the "Kept 20 protection agreement. I'm on my second call, after my third call if they're not able to fix it, it is replaced. I give him an "A" he's efficient. It was free, I paid my yearly fee. The person prior to him, who could not fix it, I would give him an "F" he couldn't fix it. He was on time however, I do work, and had to work around my schedule for nine days. I couldn't take off any more time to repair my appliances, I am a physician. The service tech is someone that I've known for many years.

Chicago Appliance Service Co - Chicago Suburban
Their service technician Manny came out and diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was thorough and excellent. He brought the correct drain pump with him in case that part had failed, but he found it had not so he didn't need to replace it. He showed me how to maintain the washer to prevent similar problems in the future. He had previously repaired our electric oven and that repair was terrific also.

    C & R Service Solutions LLC
American Home Shield contracted C&R to have a replacement oven delivered and installed. Delivery portion was excellent but the installation company they subcontracted to was awful! Didn't show the first time and were hours late the next (day later) time. Never contacted us about the delays. I had to call to get any update, and I know some of the answers were lies.
