    I had high hopes that Rose's would be my go-to company for pest control, they were recommended by a friend I trust. I first contacted them through their website. When I didn't hear from them, I called them directly and set up an appointment. The gentleman who came out on a Saturday was great, examined the situation, gathered bug samples, but surprised me when he didn't treat immediately--he wanted to take the bugs back to his office to positively identify them. He told me there would be no charge until they came out and treated, and he said he'd call that Monday to let me know what the next steps would be for treatment. 2 weeks later when I still hadn't heard from him I called their office; the receptionist was very apologetic and told me she'd contact them and get back to me that next Monday. A $150 charge had also appeared on my credit card for the service they hadn't performed yet. Around this time I finally got a response for my initial inquiry through their weeks later they were finally responding to that, incredibly slow. A week later when I still hadn't heard from the receptionist or the original guy I called and complained to a different receptionist who said I needed to talk to a different office. When I called that office, they finally scheduled someone to come out and spray. I decided I didn't want to pay monthly for their quarterly service if their customer service and scheduling was so spotty, so I called and cancelled at the beginning of July. Now just days after I cancelled I see a new charge for $70 has appeared on my credit card. I called again to cancel and ask for a refund, they'll hopefully reverse the charge without my having to call again. I'm not sure what's happening with their customer service department, but it seems very disorganized with nobody steering the ship. I would advise anyone dealing with them to pay only with check, once they have your credit card information charges will appear on your card from them regardless of what they've said to you about charges.

    Great, they are gone despite multiple efforts by myself and another company. Charzjon was a great technician and worked hard to get them out and went out of his way to make time for our issue. He was here several times after 6pm. He's fearless! We installed a fence after the skunks were removed and so far so good. The skunks are attracted to the prior dens already dug under our porch and so it has been difficult to keep them away

    great! ken was professional and thorough. He found the entry point, and installed heavy wire screening to keep it from happening again. He also did a full inspection of the loft. On top of that , Ken saw a screw for the garage door on the floor, and put it back on so the door would function correctly. That was a real bonus!

    Great! The price was fair and they said they will return as many times as needed for re-treatment if necessary to fully get rid of the bees. The workers were professional and very nice guys. I have used them in the past for vole eradication and have always been happy with this company. I like that they do not make you get some package that you do not need and will just take care of what you actually need.

    Very well. It took a couple of weeks for the ants to disappear (which Conquest advised us when they did the treatment). Conquest was correct - a few (sometimes more than a few) ant stragglers were around after treatment, but within 2 weeks, the ants were gone.

    Very well. Ants were gone about 4 days after treatment. Conquest was honest and said that if the ants came back by date x, they would do a 2d treatment for a reduced price. Some ants came back, and conquest did the 2d reduced-price treatment.

    They are easy to communicate with.  They don't make you sign a contract and they will come any time we want.  They are supposed to do it three times annually, but sometimes it's already past and we have to call them to make the appointment.  They need to keep better track.  They are supposed to keep track of what they have done and what they need to do.

    Billy Bed Bugs Preparation Service
    As a building manager, I'm not only concerned about the people with the bug problem but their neighbors and the building. Billy was an incredible find. We were so lucky to have his team. He took care of the infestation with such expertise and care, but was also so helpful and caring to the people who had the infestation. Billy was recommended to us by the owner of Men in Black exterminators; another really good outfit. We had no idea how important and involved the prep work was. We quickly learned that if someone tells you "just bomb the room and you're done", they've never fixed bedbugs. Billy handled the situation; identified hot spots, found nests, protected the belongings, took steps to make sure the spray would kill the nests, and most importantly, he took steps above and beyond to CONTAIN the situation so the bugs wouldn't run and spread to neighbors during the cleanup and extermination - SO important. Without Billy there, we wouldn't have had a prayer of fixing this problem and might have had a much much worse case on our hands spread through the building. Billy is very professional, very thorough and incredibly knowledgable. He studies his craft. Billy is really impressive in all ways. Yep, I really said that. I can't recommend him enough. This was a huge job. I hope I never encounter the bugs again, but there's no question Billy's Bedbugs is the company I'd call, recommend and even airlift to other cities. Thank you Billy!!

    Work went well. Technician was courteous and explained the process. He worked quickly to spray down areas, they provided an electronic sheet that was useful. On day 29 of the 30 day guarantee I saw a couple bugs in the basement, they promptly came back out for a courtesy follow up visit. Very impressed with their responsiveness.

    Busy Bee Pest Control
    Greg called me right back, had a cancellation and was able to come right over. When I got home from work, the bees were gone and the carpenters had continued working. A week later, I got a bill in the mail. When I first called Greg, it was about a wasp nest. On the phone, we determined the nest was not active. Greg said I didn't need him and no need to have him over and get unnecessarily charged. The next day, the other bees nest was discovered.
