    It went great! We didn't know what to expect, but Amber was very quick, and super hands-on, with tons of practical suggestions. During the most productive 3 hours in sunroom history (on her first visit), after we looked at all the spaces, she suggested my husband go and buy new shelving for the garage while we purged and organized. Not only did he buy the shelves, but she helped us build them AND move all of the (now purged and organized stuff) from the sunroom out there. The basement had different challenges, and our experience was just as efficient with the same amazing results.

    The first time I used Mara and her team was when my mother passed away leaving me a house filled with two households worth of stuff. Mara was able to assess my needs and work within my parameters for what I wanted (needed to clear the basement so that I could finish it). She was not only able to clear the whole basement within a week but also able to sell several peices that were worth a sum of money that I didn't want to keep but didn't know what to do with. She was efficient and caring. She did a spectacular job and the only reason why I have her come back is my life gets so busy that occasionally I need a refresher. I would wholeheartedly recommend this team for any and all of your needs!

    Excellent.  Dianna gave us wonderful feedback on the layout of a large library space that we need to use as a guest bedroom.  It's always been quite awkward, and she made a single, simple suggestion that completely changed how the entire space would work when we had a guest. It was surprising how elegant her idea was, and it costs nothing to implement, just how we set up the furniture.  She helped me think through a reorganization of our mudroom (which we then executed and it's great).  She has excellent ideas and seems to know how to adjust her imagination around our aesthetics -- rather than requiring us to adopt hers.

    Optimal Organizing
    Carol is amazing. I knew I wanted to declutter and organize my home, after living here for 22 years. But I didn't know where to start. Carol came into my home, surveyed the situation and suggested we begin in my home office - I tend to avoid this area as much as I can! I get anxious every time I walk in there and see the piles of papers, bills, forms, etc.  Carol is very reassuring, confident and very helpful with decision making. Its almost fun! Especially to see the piles of paperwork recede. She has created a filing system that makes sense and is easy to carry forward. And she sits next to me every step of the way!
    Carol has been to my home 3 times already and I plan to use her expertise to help me declutter and organize many areas of my home. I always thought I could do it myself, but I guess I'm emotionally attached to things from my past and its hard to let go. Carol makes it almost easy! I would highly recommend Carol for her years of expertise, calm, reassuring manner, and great results!

    Erin showed up exactly on time. She walked into a difficult situation: a family of two with a tosser and a hoarder. She helped greatly declutter several rooms across four stories. She took a lot of materials with her for electronic recycling as well as for donations. She also made sure to mail receipts for tax purposes. I highly recommend her services.

    This company knows how to meet a customer's need and at the same time exceed their expectations.  I thought clearing out almost 40 years of the hoaded contents of a house was an overwhelming task.  Not for Organizing Options of ILL.  They expertise at identifying items that can be sold and have a large network of buyers.  They identified and sold things I would have thrown out.  For items that weren't salable they had their charity connection come pick them up on site and leave a detailed list of contributions for tax purposes.  They had a dumpster on site for trash and it was removed promptly.  Hazardous items were disposed of legally.  Some of the contents were being shipped to family out of state and they even took care of getting them packed and shipped.  Plus they were tidy about how they left the premises.
    I was kept informed prior to the job about what to expect and when.  During the job I was kept informed about where they were in the process. Afterwards I was kept informed about the sales.  Any time I had questions they were promptly and pleasantly answered.  What any customer should appreciate about this company is their flexibility to perform whatever kinds of tasks the customer wants them to do in order to accomplish the end goal.
    Their team works like a well oiled machine and the overwhelming job was done in one day and came in under budget. There was a lot of logistics involved with getting dumpsters, buyers, help ect. on site when they were needed and everything went really smooth.  YOU CAN"T GO WRONG BY USING THIS COMPANY.

    They were very professional. The woman, Gail was her name, was very helpful. Either she worked with me, she worked quickly because she was aware that I was on a budget and when it was over, she took everything with her that I wanted to give away so that it wouldn't still be in my apartment. They were very good but a little expensive.

    In 2012 I lost both parents and my Grandmother within a 45

    day period. As devastating as the deaths were I found it even more difficult to

    deal with the possessions that they accumulated over the decades. We don?t

    realize the emotional attachment to possessions until the time comes to decide

    their ultimate fate. Nearly everything sparked an emotion or memory that made

    it hard to move forward. I didn?t expect it to be so emotionally paralyzing.

    on time. They were fast and  efficient and respected my family?s property possessions

    and memories. At the end of such an emotionally taxing day, I was grateful that

    Erin arrived exactly on time and we got to work clearing out the paper, old software boxes, electronics, and just general junk from the office. We worked at it continually for three hours and Erin was a saint! She was willing to dig in with me or just sit next to me while I made decisions about what should stay and what should go. I ended up throwing away more than four large garbage bags full of unnecessary paper and junk. Erin even took my old broken electronics to the recycle center for me when she left. She was extremely helpful, very patient, and really great company! I can't wait to have her back to help me with my basement!

    I purchased "Big Deal" coupon for Erin's services, 3 hours for $99. I emailed Erin to ask if she was available over the weekends as both my husband and I work.  She emailed me promptly and said that the coupon was for weekday services only, but she had just had a cancellation for the upcoming Sunday and she would be willing to come over.  She came over promptly at 9:00 am that Sunday and immediately got to work on our box filled basement.  My goal for the morning was limited to emptying all boxes and for the items that we were keeping, moving them into plastic bins so I could see what we had.  Erin kept the process going, even though I had two little ones who wanted to "help."  She was friendly but professional and we made a great start on a big project.  I asked if she could stay for an extra hour to make a little more progress and she was agreeable.  I would definitely use her services again.
