Considering the amount of cabinets needing refaced, it went very well. Worst part was emptying all cabinets and then reorganizing the project was done. Our kitchen is very open, a loft-like layout and we were concerned about dust being everywhere in the unit. So they sealed it off using plastic sheeting and the dust was minimal. The installers were very prompt and cleaned up after the project was completed. The Sales Rep, Laura, was professional, friendly and willing to listen to our ideas. Called after completion with a few problems and they were there quickly to make corrections.

Craig was great to work with.  From when he came out to quote to instal I dealt directly with Craig, which is great.  At the quote visit he measured, offered some suggestions, and I knew then he was who I would use for the project (I had gotten another quote.)  After product came in he was back out for the week of installation where he worked diligently and politely. After the last day a few things were off which he proactively said he would be back to fix and he did, with the same professionalism.  I came back midway through project with a few things I wanted fix, including adjusting all the crown trim out as the spacing didnt look right and Craig willingly accommodated without complaint.  Great to work with a definitely recommend.   My only two note - Scheduling was hard, much only the fault of the holidays (including my own holiday travel) but get on calendar early if you have deadline you are targeting.  2 - With trims where there will be a seam, talk before the project starts about the location on that seam.  I didnt and they ended up not where I would have preferred, but this was my fault for not talking about early. I can happily live with them, but just leave that note if you are new to the cabinet refacing area.

Jon is great.  He was a very knowledgeable about all of the work and worked through all contingencies without trying to take advantage of us.  We had an issue with the cabinet supplier, which pushed the job beyond its deadline but Jon was patient and stuck around until everything was done.  We would recommend him.

The first step is to choose the paint color of your "new" cabinets with Mark using the multi-step process. We had four color samples made and then chose the one we liked the best. Next, the cabinet doors were removed, as well as all the old hinges and door handles. Mark removed the doors (and drawers) to his work shop, painted the doors, and then let them cure. In the meantime, we chose our new cabinet handles, ordered them, and began to decide what kind of glass we wanted to replace the 20+-year-old beveled glass in four cabinet doors. Mark carefully labeled each cabinet door and drawer so, upon his return, he could replace them exactly where they belonged. Because the paint must continue to cure for a total of a month, it's essential that the homeowner take care when opening and closing cabinets and cleaning. No heavy rubbing allowed. Once the paint cures, you're ready to go full speed ahead. In our case, it was clear that we needed some new hinges for a handful of the doors. Mark ordered those and then removed the doors in question. He returned, reinstalled those doors, making sure that none of them brushed against another, making possible scratches a possibility. The last step was to touch up a few minor dings. With that completed, we had a "new" kitchen that we absolutely love.
Mark was patient, talented, and willing to do whatever it took to satisfy us. Whenever we had a question, he was available to answer it. We couldn't have worked with a nicer, more accomplished man whom we recommend highly.
Mark also paints wood cabinets and cabinets of other materials. He can change colors, design, and finish. Check out the company web site at http://cabinetrix.com/ for examples of his work and the full range of possibilities.
BTW, his price was more than fair. Replacing the cabinets would have been cost prohibitive, and replacing the doors only would have cost at least twice as much.

It was fantastic. My kitchen looks brand new! Tom pays extremely close attention to detail, and he went above and beyond to make sure his work was of excellent quality and suited my needs. He took the necessary time to get the job done well. He was very reasonable and honest about charges (showing me all receipts, etc.). Tom is a professional who knows things won't always go as planned, and he is able to adapt and find solutions to everything. In the process of completing this work, he even managed to fix faucet that has been wobbly for years! I recommend him without hesitation.

Marc was very courteous and pleasant to deal with. We had a problem with our bathroom wall getting wet from the shower. Marc went through all the possible options for the source of water with me. He re-caulked the shower and removed the wet drywall and tiles.  We will have to have him come back to see if the recaulking solves the problem and to put back the drywall. He fixed random hinges in our kitchen cabinets and he patched our kitchen ceiling.
I plan to have Marc come back to complete the work in the bathroom and to install some closet doors.

I need custom cabinets for my 2 vintage bathrooms in a condo I had recently purchased. I also needed new kitchen cabinets. My dilema was, that in the kitchen,on one one wall were existing cabinets from1925 which are actually nice(Hoosier) on the other two walls were cheap cabinetry that I wanted to replace. I called cabinet Pros and had a very nice conversaton with Rob. I sent him photos of the exsisting cabinets.
All that I got back was an email telling me they were unable to help me with my project.
In the meantime I have ordered custom cabinetry from another dealer and am very excited about my new kitchen.
CabinetPros gave me the complete brush off. I will never recomend them to anyone. My experience with their terrible customer service was enough to turn me offfor good.

The guy was not as organized as I would have wished. He assumed some things about which knobs I wanted put where, that was wrong. I had told him that I wanted these knobs here, but I am going to get a different one for this cabinet. He installed the other ones so I had to change it out. It was a little bit of a hassle. The work was fine. I do not think I would call them back.
