    Palatine Complete Dental
The appointment was wonderful. This was my first cleaning with a new hygienist, Alice, and she was very gentle and knowledgeable. I have not had a bad experience with any of the staff members or Doctor. I highly recommend them. They take the COVID pandemic seriously and the office is very safe for treatment. I was not concerned at all for my health and I really appreciated that.

    Moats, Dr. Michael E.
Dr. Moats and his team are exceptional! I've had a lot of dental work through the years and no one is as knowledgable, thorough and as skilled as Dr. Moats. He takes the time to get to know you as a patient and includes you in the decision making process so you feel in control of your care. I needed a new crown while pregnant and he was simply the best. I'll be going back post-baby for more care, including some cosmetic work. His entire office is wonderful, from Janet the hygienist, to Allison his assistant, to Moana at the desk. I appreciate them all and am grateful to have found this amazing dental practice!

    Domenella, Dr. David
Good. The doctor provided me choices and likelihood of each option surviving for a period of 5-10 years. In the end I opted for an interim solution until a more permanent solution becomes necessary.

    Moats, Dr. Michael E.
Dr. Moats is an excellent dentist. He’s very caring, fully explains all procedures, doesn’t push stuff you don’t need, offers alternatives that may be more economical, and is extremely meticulous in his work. His office staff is very friendly and his dental hygienist, Janet, is excellent as well. There’s no waiting for your scheduled appointment and I appreciate that they are considerate of my time. I highly recommend Dr. Moats.

Craig S. Kohler, DDS, MBA, MAGD
Craig Kohler uses advanced technologies to provide innovative solutions. Recently, the post in my upper front bridge broke the root of the tooth to which it was attached. Craig used the microscope and video recording equipment (along with the usual rubber molds) to remove the broken shard, trim the two teeth associated with the bridge down to the gum line, add fillings to them, and then provide the lab with sufficient information to allow them to configure an extension to my existing upper partial which was, at once, both tight-fitting and comfortable. This leaving of the roots in place will act to minimize future bone loss in a 74-year-old mouth which, unfortunately, includes soft teeth and a 600 pound bite. Craig keeps me going in spite of my inborn dental weaknesses!

    Philip Goduco DDS
Dr. Goduco Pulled 6 front teeth. I went in for 1 infection. Pulled 2 of my good crowns off with no consent all he has on his mind is $$$ . (implants) Why else would a dentist pull so many teeth and want to keep pulling? Thank God I stopped seeing him before he pulled them all.

    Affordable Dentistry Today
Appointments are scheduled for weeks apart because of Covid my warranty ran out before they were fixed they . My gums started bleeding so I knew it was time to purchase another pair. but this time I am not satisfied, gums still bleeding the uppers are too big for my month. Know one seems to care. I just left their with them once again dentures are not fixed to my mouth. I spoke with Dentist he listen and then walked out saying gums have shifted leaving me with buck teeth for upper plates. The technician said you will need to use powder to hold in place. So i am wearing my old uppers and my new lowers and my gums are still bleeding. I am so disappointed in this process because as a senior i really did not have $2,619.00 to throw away. At this point I will need to save up money to go somewhere else. My name is Joseph Phelps

    Wadas Dental Center - Munster
Upon arrival I was taken to in for my X-rays after I declined the services I was sent to the front desk. The person I normally deal with was not there, so I was meet with a young blonde girl whom told me that this may not be covered under my insurance. I stated I was upset and if I knew that this was not verified with the insurance company prior I would have canceled the appointment. The receptionist proceeded to say hun it’s your responsibility to find out if it’s covered and shrugs her shoulders. Correct to an extent, however I’m ****** at her attitude. I ask to speak to my normal person, she proceeds to get the office manager . The office manager (Debbie McCarthy) comes to the front hands on her hip, aggressive tone over talking and refuse to let me speak. I’m looking at her still ask to speak to my normal person and then ask to speak to my dentist. She refuse threw up her hands, walked away. The office manager and receptionist behavior was unprofessional, rude and aggressive. As a African American women I wonder if was another nationality if she would have spoke to me in the same manner and be dismissive or be allowed to act in this manner. We are in the middle of a pandemic you do no have the right to assume that it’s okay for you to over bill someone’s insurance or bill someone for unnecessary services. Also, in the mist of the nation dealing with social injustices Ms. McCarthy is a perfect example of how if the police were called on me, how I could be put in harms way if it was not for cameras or witnesses. Shame on this office manager of being in a position of working with the public!
