    When I called their office I was told that it would just cost me $59.00, but when the Technician came out he was charging me $79.00. He looked at the inside of the refrigerator, did trouble shooting, but still the ref was not working. Called them the next day, they said that he would comeback the following day, but he did not show up.

    I had called another company that had done work for us before but he did not want to do the work because the large Thermador stove (6 burners) would need to be pulled out in order to fix it. Nick came, determined the issue and had to purchase additional parts which he did and was back within an hour to complete the job. He also fixed the ice maker that a Kitchen Aid preferred repairer couldn't fix. His pricing was also very reasonable. I would call them again if needed for any appliance and have recommended him to a few friends who were very satisfied.

    This is the 2nd time I used their service. Nick was out in a couple of days and had it fixed in a few minutes. Great service, fair pricing and he knows what he is doing. He replaced the original ignition device for variable burner in a Thermador Stove.

    He arrived the same day I called, was able to diagnose the problem immediately and get the refrigerator working on a temporary basis, then returned the next day with the appropriate part for a permanent fix. The part cost less than he had anticipated and he passed the savings on to me. He was professional and courteous at all times, thoroughly explained the problem (which I appreciated), and was willing to work outside of ordinary business hours to get the job done. I would definitely use his services again.

    washing machine was not working. called several weeks ago and phone number was out of order. i did not get my machine repaired because i had to go out of town. i finally got around to calling today and saw their was another review that was dated just last week. so, i tried calling again. someone came out right away. the repairs were going to be over $300 dollars so i decided to get a new machine and only paid for the service call. the repair man was not from R & L appliance, he was from ace appliance services. i did not find this out until he wrote up the bill. I think the service should be more upfront about this since the number i called was for R & L.

    We have an LG refrigerator that was getting an error code for the ice machine. Svilen came out the next day, explained exactly what the problem was, and had the part to complete the repair on the spot. After the repair was complete and he had left, he called later that afternoon to ensure the ice machine was working. Who does that? GSR does! We'd absolutely use them again.

    My wife called Priority to explain that our garbage disposal was not working. They wanted to make sure that it just wasn't clogged so they asked if we used the L wrench that came with disposal to help unclog the disposal. My wife said she tried on more than one occasion without success. They were scheduled to come out the next day between 2:30 and 5:30 PM. We got a call the next day during our service appointment time that the technician who was scheduled for our appointment needed more time to finish work on a current call that he was on and that he was going to be late. They asked if they still wanted us to come out or could we reschedule our appointment. We decided to reschedule for the following day during the same time frame as before.
        Jeremy, the technician, came during the scheduled time frame. He was quite personable. He tried to repair the current disposal but it became apparent that the motor had burned out and that we needed a new disposal. Jeremy had another disposal in he truck that was the same brand that we had. The disposal that we had was old and it took Jeremy awhile to get it out. He put the new disposal in. and made sure that it fit properly. More importantly he ran the dishwasher to make sure there were no leaks.
        This is a company I have used before and like before their workmanship was terrific. Plus, once we mentioned we belonged to Angie's list he immediately took 15% off of the entire bill.

    Phil (#1899) came right on time and fixed both problems we had within an hour. He was extremely professional and took the time to explain to me what he was doing to fix both issues. We called late in the evening and by 8am someone was there. With water leaking to our basement timeliness was important. Very pleased with their service and highly recommend!

    My dryer stopped producing heat. Unfortunately the dryer broke down on the 4th of July.  My wife called Priority Appliance on the 4th of July to find that they did have a live person taking calls !   The company called back Monday morning and we scheduled an appointment for that day between 6:30 PM and 9:30 PM.  It turned into a stormy evening and as it got closer to 9:30 PM I was expecting a phone call asking us that they would like to reschedule our appointment due to the poor weather.  We were surprised to see the service truck pull up to our house at 9:15 PM  Steve, the technician, diagnosed the problem, and in deed it was the heat element. He quoted us  a price for the part and his service and then offered  a coupon worth $30 dollars off of that price. Steve installed the part and in about twenty minutes the dryer was back working properly again. Steve was very polite and professional. I told him that I will call his company the next day to tell them what a fine job he did. I also said that I would be writing up a review on Angie's List.  I called the company the next day to praise Steve's work only to find out that Steve is the owner of the company ! I think that is fantastic that the owner also works on repairs as well. A company we will definitely be using in the future.
