We hired Terry, Jody and Brian to remodel our master bath and second upstairs bathroom. We have worked with them before and loved their work. This experience was just as good. They are the most professional and pleasant contractors I have ever met. They and all the subs they used are excellent craftsmen. They are great communicators. They were on time everyday and once they start the job they finish it. The bathrooms are absolutely beautiful. I feel like I have a brand new house! I highly, highly recommend them.

It went exceptional, Danielle and the team here were really nice and easy to work with. We had an initial meeting in person at our house and discussed our needs and they took some photographs. In discussing the project we covered our budget, must haves, wants, and their team was so nice to talk to and really helped ensure we were covering everything based on our needs and helping guide us on what might be a good fit for our growing family. We did send some updates on additional thoughts we had after our initial meeting, they were well received and some were an ongoing conversation, where Danielle was really patient, helpful, and responsive. Our second meeting in person was at their showroom and office, it was absolutely beautiful and really showcased a lot of different product, styles, and great layouts. The results of the initial meeting and ongoing discussions were absolutely stunning. I really can't speak highly enough of Danielle. They provided us two different options that we went over in their cutting edge and really beautiful digital presentation format, where we could look all over from any angle and even change things around on the spot. Danielle and their team's design was absolutely beautiful, you could really tell they spent a lot of time putting everything together, no detail was spared, and everything we wanted, was fit in to our budget. It couldn't have been a more perfect process. We felt the pricing was fair, it was in our budget discussed, but found out we were expecting a new arrival, so unfortunately we are still holding on to our old house with a few minor projects to avoid major renovations during pregnancy, toddler going to preschool for first time, etc. etc. We absolutely intend on going back to Danielle when we're ready to move forward. The work done on my father in law's house; absolutely beautiful. They basically tore down the entire house and rebuilt it (I think they actually did do that, except for one wall or two). I wasn't very active in the project or process but did get to see it from start to finish. My father in law is a born project manager and "extreme" DIYer, so I know he was very demanding and "detail oriented" throughout the process, he knows what he wants and notices everything. This team really knocked it out of the park, the house went from old ranch to modern, elegant, and absolutely stunning. Raised the roof, beautiful ceilings, removed a room, an absolutely beautiful kitchen, baths, tile, flooring, doors, garage, attic, you name it; it was all absolutely perfect. I know he was satisfied with the process and project, his only frustrations were in village codes that wouldn't allow him to do certain things he wants, or forced him to add some things he didn't want. I highly recommend this company and would high suggest you check them out. The services they provide are an incredible value, you can't put a dollar amount on the expertise and peace of mind they provide.

I didn't feel very welcome. They don't offer to take your coat. They must be used to contractors and not dealing with customers. They also have a full service coffee bar, but never asked if I would like a cup. It looks more like it is just there for show. I didn't like the quartz I had seen on the internet, so I was then shown some pieces in the show room. When I had made up my mind, they started tacking on fees: A 3% fee for using your credit card, then another fee of $80. Haven't got the slightest idea what that fee was for. It was just a very edgy experience. I decided to think about it. It was such an unpleasant experience, I went elsewhere. So glad I did. Found a company that was very personable and helped me find something I really liked which cost less. It was rock Heaven.

    Cabinets City
Cabinets City team was professional and on top of things right from the start! They listened to what we wanted and worked with us to get the kitchen of our dreams within our budget. They also did countertops in a very professional way and affordable price. We made several design changes during the planning process and they were great to work with on each item. From the salespeople to the cabinet installers to the office personnel at Cabinets City we had a wonderful experience and are thrilled with the finished look and quality of our new cabinets and Granite Countertop and kitchen. My husband and I usually never write reviews, BUT the service we received from Cabinet City was wonderful. The designer Derek was "superior"! Their Cabinet lines are owsome. They have more options then anyone. Cabients City's PRICE was for sure almost 40-50% less then anyone. Thank God we found Cabinets City on google.. Over all, there was only one hiccup, one cabinet on tot of the fridge was small. However, Derek was over to my house the next day with the correct one. Because of their professionalism the job was completed on time, and we were able to cook our Thanksgiving dinner in our new kitchen! Thanks to Cabinets City and their team. CCCM Inc

CCCM did our kitchen 14 years ago so when we decided to do our 2 bathrooms back to back, we didn't hesitate to contact Terry.

We have heard of several contractors who require a deposit before beginning a project.  We did not pay CCCM anything until all the work was done.

This project went exceptionally well.  They finished the first bathroom on a Friday and gave us the weekend to make sure no tweaks were needed before gutting the second bathroom on Monday.

Terry and Jody opened up the shower area by removing the existing soffit.  They suggested we go with a no frame glass door and fixed panel to make the most of the space.  The difference from the old shower is amazing.

When we ran into a building code issue with relocating the drain, they were very concerned about the best and most cost effective way to handle the issue.  They made every effort to minimize the cost of both parts and labor.

Everyone who worked on this project was very professional and very pleasant.  Terry and Jody consistently checked on the progress and asked if we were happy with the way things were going.

When I needed a sample of the granite remnant I chose for the vanity top in order to choose a paint color, Terry contacted the supplier right away and I was able to pick up the sample very quickly.  He was also able to negotiate a fantastic price for the top.

We are extremely satisfied with the work done on this and our other bathroom!  We have had multiple compliments on how nice they look.

Here's the good and bad; They are very friendly and helpful people. I dealt with Bob and he was very professional, responsive and courteous. The installers were prompt and courteous also as was the service person. Actually the service person was outstanding. All of them cleaned up after they were done. If this were just a rating on personal it would be an A all the way.
Unfortunately, the person that took the measurements brought some pretty impressive laser measuring equipment ... then had 2 pieces cut wrong. There was 5 pieces total, two were cut right, two were cut wrong, one didn't get cut on time for the installation (in fairness it was added on - but early enough that it should have been there).
Anyway, once all the pieces showed up and the service came out to fix a seam, I was pretty happy ... until I put the under cabinet lights in. I understood that granite may have some natural pitting and again, Bob didn't hide that fact he was very honest, but once the under cabinet lights came on, its very noticeable and a lot more than I anticipated. I was wondering why it always feels like there is a little gravel on the counter top no matter how much I clean it ... it not on top its all the little marks.
I think the people were helpful and honest and the pricing was better than anywhere else I looked, but I was disappointed with the final product. My advice would be to go and look, but 1.) Educate yourself on what to look for 2.) Inspect the slab personally and closely 3.) Mark and insist that your counters are cut from that exact piece 4.)Inspect the pieces again before installation.
I would shop here again but I would also be very careful before purchasing.

    Masters Kitchen & Bath

They had a large selection of materials to pick from especially in the quartz at their showroom in Park Ridge.  They also have sinks and faucets at the showroom.  I purchased the new sink from them along with the counters but once they install the new sink you have to supply your own sink cups/drains.  They also will not do any plumbing so you have to  hire some else for the new sink and faucet hook up, which they tell you ahead of time.  I was very pleased with the work performed. One glitch came up after they were done with the job and left I  realized that they did not haul away the old counters and left them on my driveway.  After calling Masters they got a hold of the two man crew who then returned and removed the old debris which they were supposed to do before they left..  Masters apologized for the error.

Very pleased with the new quartz counters.  I had a lot of counter surface to replace including an island and backsplash.

    LT Granite, Inc.
This is the first time I had worked with LT Granite, Inc. Luke did a fantastic job, he came and measured and within a few days my counter tops were installed. I even had leftover granite so I had my powder room counter top done too! They look fantastic, I'm very happy.
I would highly recommend LT Granite to everyone.

They were a very good company to work with. Everything went smoothly. The workers were very professional. They cleaned up everything. They were in and out as promised. They came out about a week after I purchased the deal. I paid an additional amount. The price was fair.
