    CCCM Inc
We hired Terry, Jody and Brian to remodel our master bath and second upstairs bathroom. We have worked with them before and loved their work. This experience was just as good. They are the most professional and pleasant contractors I have ever met. They and all the subs they used are excellent craftsmen. They are great communicators. They were on time everyday and once they start the job they finish it. The bathrooms are absolutely beautiful. I feel like I have a brand new house! I highly, highly recommend them.

Illinois Energy Windows & Siding Inc
Installer was very pleasant and very professional. He had to do unexpected repairs to the floor under the door and he did a great job with no extra charge. The door they brought is very high quality and very attractive. We are very pleased.

Greg was very professional. He met with our insurance company representative. Gave us an estimate and completed the work on time and on budget. All the work was done to the highest standards. They went above and beyond to complete the job. Everyone that worked on our home were hardworking and friendly.

    Holda Construction Inc
Very satisfied with the quality and professionalism of Holda Construction. Great communication from the very beginning. Mariusz just came across as a fair and honest, and caring guy - more so than several of the other contractors I'd met. My intuition was proven correct by not only Mariusz but his entire team. Great window/door installer named Mirek - courteous, professional, great handiwork. Would highly recommend.

The owner Gus is a phenomenal guy and very responsive. We shopped around and they gave us the best value out of all the companies we spoke to. The installers were really good guys and the stuff was installed within one day.

The work went very well, but no information was given at the estimate which created more work for me after the work was done. Such as the bedroom door being hung. it was a wood grain door, when all the other doors in the house were painted white. So now I had to paint the door, The tub caulk was never smoothed out to look professional, so It had to be removed and done properly, the cleaning of the gutters and painting of the rooms were very good. I would just ask questions if you need stuff done so it doesn't cause you more work when he is done. After the work was done it was also very hard to get a hold of him to ask about the door and caulk repairs I had to do. Once he had his money he was gone in the wind.

    DESIGNfirst Builders LLC
It went exceptional, Danielle and the team here were really nice and easy to work with. We had an initial meeting in person at our house and discussed our needs and they took some photographs. In discussing the project we covered our budget, must haves, wants, and their team was so nice to talk to and really helped ensure we were covering everything based on our needs and helping guide us on what might be a good fit for our growing family. We did send some updates on additional thoughts we had after our initial meeting, they were well received and some were an ongoing conversation, where Danielle was really patient, helpful, and responsive. Our second meeting in person was at their showroom and office, it was absolutely beautiful and really showcased a lot of different product, styles, and great layouts. The results of the initial meeting and ongoing discussions were absolutely stunning. I really can't speak highly enough of Danielle. They provided us two different options that we went over in their cutting edge and really beautiful digital presentation format, where we could look all over from any angle and even change things around on the spot. Danielle and their team's design was absolutely beautiful, you could really tell they spent a lot of time putting everything together, no detail was spared, and everything we wanted, was fit in to our budget. It couldn't have been a more perfect process. We felt the pricing was fair, it was in our budget discussed, but found out we were expecting a new arrival, so unfortunately we are still holding on to our old house with a few minor projects to avoid major renovations during pregnancy, toddler going to preschool for first time, etc. etc. We absolutely intend on going back to Danielle when we're ready to move forward. The work done on my father in law's house; absolutely beautiful. They basically tore down the entire house and rebuilt it (I think they actually did do that, except for one wall or two). I wasn't very active in the project or process but did get to see it from start to finish. My father in law is a born project manager and "extreme" DIYer, so I know he was very demanding and "detail oriented" throughout the process, he knows what he wants and notices everything. This team really knocked it out of the park, the house went from old ranch to modern, elegant, and absolutely stunning. Raised the roof, beautiful ceilings, removed a room, an absolutely beautiful kitchen, baths, tile, flooring, doors, garage, attic, you name it; it was all absolutely perfect. I know he was satisfied with the process and project, his only frustrations were in village codes that wouldn't allow him to do certain things he wants, or forced him to add some things he didn't want. I highly recommend this company and would high suggest you check them out. The services they provide are an incredible value, you can't put a dollar amount on the expertise and peace of mind they provide.

    Sliding Door Repair Service
When I called Alex, he mentioned his charges are as follows: 1. $75 for repair without parts replacement 2. $300 flat rate for repairs with parts replacements 3. $375 if parts need replacment AND track needs repair He was professional and responsive during the appointment - HOWEVER, I felt he overcharged for the work involved. All that was needed was to remove the door and connect the panels properly using new screws. This was the scope of work, however without asking me, he went ahead and replaced a roller ($8 part from amazon/home depot) and added a door handle/lock ($25 max at HD or amazon). These are great add-ons, but he should have consulted me and gotten my approval before doing this. He spent about 1.5 hours max for all this work. At $75/hr labor, this shouldn't have cost me more than $150 MAX. He charged $300 - I asked him what his lowest rate was and he was not willing to negotiate. For the next customer, I would be very careful about the conditions you agree on - don't agree to a flat $300 rate and make sure you talk to him BEFORE any work is done and agree on rate. Amateur mistake on my part. Regardless, not a great way to earn repeat business on his part.

    Stone Gate Enterprises
They were able to do all the extras I decided to add to work after the remodeling started that I had not considered prior at little cost. One thing I regret was to dismiss the idea of open concept that Stone Gate Enterprises has offered at the beginning which I haven't considered and did partially open concept but now if I could have I would have listened to them and did the completely open concept. They are very kind brothers that work together great and have great ideas to offer. Like I have mentioned before Stone Gate Enterprises has done the whole project from start to the end as any type of tile, counter tops, doors, drywall, electrical, flooring /installation/repair, framing, glass & mirrors, painting - exterior/interior, plumbing, remodeling - basements. After performing those major job Stone Gate Enterprise company became number one and they perform all the work that needs to be done in the house and around. They are my handyman or so called golden hands I would have never replaced. I would recommend them to any one and when ever any one ask me about any projects I hand their cards out.
