AMASTERCRAFT MARBLE AND GRANITE1. From the first contact, I knew that the Customer-Experience is extremely important to Mastercraft. They’re extremely responsive, provide quality work, very nice, extremely knowledgeable, with great pricing. This was important to me because I am a single mom, and I have had other companies talk advantage of my situation. I have never worked with a company like this before and didn’t even know it was possible anymore. 2. Mastercraft is a family-owned and operated company that focuses on Countertops and Cabinets. This was important to me because of my situation. Denise, Ken, and Alex are the nicest, most reliable people ever!!! 3. Denise and Ken walked me through the whole process from beginning to end during our first meeting. They explained the differences in Countertop choices with pros and cons of each. They never pushed me in any direction. They provided the facts based on 30 years of experience and repeat business and feedback from past customers. That right there says it all. They have a lot of repeat business and it’s for a reason. They genuinely care. 4. Denise and/or Ken (their married so they both know everything about every customer) met me at various Countertop Places and walked me through each isle explaining what all the terms on the labels meant and even pointed out what to look for,.. for example some Countertop Slabs had a stain that I would have never noticed. It was truly an amazing experience. 5. They kept me updated every step of the way and either answered my texts or calls immediately or called me back ASAP. Mastercraft is the most responsive company ever. They provided ideas I would have NEVER thought of! Denise said, “Have you ever thought of having a Breakfast Bar?” My eyes lit up... I have always wanted one but didn’t think it was possible with my kitchen setup. Her solution was SIMPLY AMAZING AND DIDN’T EVEN HAVE AN AFFECT ON PRICE!!! I am the happiest person ever, and my son and his friends love it. 6. I now have the most beautiful Kitchen ever. If you want an Excellent Customer Experience with No Delays, want to work with Smart, Kind, Knowledgeable people, want Quality work at a great price, then you have already found your partner... and that’s Mastercraft! In fact, I have just hired them for 4 more projects... a wall backsplash above the Granite Countertop and Granite 4 inch Backsplash, (between Granite Backsplash and Top Cabinets), my main floor bathroom Countertop with a replacement sink and faucet, my master bathroom, and my son’s bathroom.- Linda Z.

Askyline construction llcIt went extremely well. Kyle the owner was exceptionally polite, broke down every detail so we knew exactly what we were doing and how the pricing worked. He was very efficient on time. His employee he had working with him was also very polite and a hard worker. There was a ton of little details he did and it turned out amazing, you could see that he custom makes everything to your wants and needs. AConstruction Remodeling GroupI was fortunate enough to find a great remodeling company named CRG. In october of 2011 i decided to redue my bathroom and kitchen. I looked for a reliable company for about two months and could not find anyone that i trusted and likes until a friend of mine refered me to CRG. I have met with Lukasz the companies owner in early january 2012 and decided to hire him. He gave me a great deal and promised to finish the remodel in three weeks. During the three weeks Lukasz helped me with picking tiles, fixtures and other extras for the spaces. To my surprise they finished one day ahead of schedule and the final result was amazing, beyond my greatest expectations. ASuperior Mobile Home Service, Inc.I have a manufactured mobile home and I had used their services for almost 25 years. I used to have them come every year to clean the furnace and one time I had damage to my floor due to a leak in my laundry room, they replaced that for me. They're great! AI submitted my request at 10PM in a Saturday, he called me that night to make sure it wasn’t an emergency. He gave me a quote over the phone and showed up on Monday earlier than stated since the drive was not as far as he expected. The heater was replaced in 2.5 hours, the bill was paid. I was in the process of remodeling my bathroom and had asked about super slow leaks on the plumbing in the bathroom. He took care of that while he was here, I would absolutely hire Joe again for all plumbing needs,

AMy Aunt passed away and her apartment needed to be cleared out. It wasn’t the cleanest since she hadn’t lived there in awhile. Rodents and bugs didn’t stop Jason’s Company, didn’t hesitate to take on the job! The apartment had 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, back porch an extension room and all rooms were furnished! Between Jason and two of his employees the completed the job within 3 hours, two trips to the landfill! He gave my family the closure we needed when other Company wouldn’t take the job on. And Jason, can’t say enough nice things about him! I will highly recommend him to my family and friends! Can’t thank you enough Jason!

AI met with a few contractors and received estimates for an exterior painting project on our 118 year old home. Joe came in with a fair estimate and provided pictures of the work he had done around the neighborhood. His crew performed power-washing, scraping and painting and completed a large project in under a week's time. Joe's crew were professional and courteous. Joe was very professional and responded to calls very timely. The paint job looks fantastic and has transformed our home and added some major curb appeal. I would recommend Joe and his crew to anybody who asks. Keep up the good work fellas.
