    Dzakovich, Dr. John J.
He is an extremely competent dentist. He was able to help me with a problem that others had not. The dentist worked with me extensively to make sure he could identify what the difficulty was and then carried through. He is extremely good and is very caring about what he does. He explains everything in detail so I know exactly what is going on. He is extremely responsive. If I call with a problem he is right there and he is an excellent dentist. He is very skillful. My husband goes to him and a number of our other friends go as well; we have recommended him and are delighted with him.

I hadn't been in quite a while and then when I had the emergency he responded to the emergency immediately. He is very personable, incredibly thorough and extremely professional. He sticks to what the circumstance calls for and he is great. He said it would be pain free and it was pain free as ever experienced and it was pretty much anxiety free. The staff is wonderful. Every interaction with anybody in the office has always been professional as well as personable. They are a bunch of people that know what they are doing. I knew what to expect as far as the payment was concerned. I pay for what they do. It was completely an expensive procedure but it was the right thing at the right time. I have referred him to a bunch of people. I would absolutely continue to use him in the future.

    David A. Rice, DDS
Making the appointment was easy - I clicked on a 'contact me' on his website and later that day his office called me. They were able to get me in the next day and I seriuosly couldn't believe how prompt they were! Never, in any health care office was I seated on time like that! I met a few staff - they each played their part - one checked me in - one took xrays - then Dr. Rice came and talked with me in a private room before going into the back - which I liked as well. A small, but very clean office - staff was all friendly and I felt comfortable.

After oral surgery, by another surgeon (Dr. Finger), I was in severe pain and extremely swollen for several days. Upon exiting from Dr. Finger's office, it was apparently clear that they were not interested in answering questions, or helping out with complications, which I found interesting, since my family just paid $1,700 out of their own pockets for my four impacted wisdom teeth to be extracted. Looking for a knowledgeable, helpful professional opinion of my situation, I called Dr. Rice's office, and he was willing to get me right in. He spent considerable time examining me and discussing my experience, offering professional advice for adjustment in medicine and icing procedure. Not surprisingly, he would not accept payment for his advice, despite it was not his medical procedure he was helping with. As always, I am extremely impressed with Dr. Rice's work. I would not be surprised if he had several new patients, due to conversations with several friends and family members!

Dr. Rice and staff took X-rays and then reported the options that I had available to me. Dr. Rice told me he would like to save the tooth. He offered local or IV anesthesia. I opted for the IV, which was started without ANY pain. As you guessed I'm a BIG Baby and NOT into PAIN. I don't remember anything. The tooth had to be pulled and a bone graph inserted for the future implant tooth. Recovery information was explained and also supplied in written form. I returned by appointment to have the next step, which was the impressions. My last appointment was to have the implant put in place. I again opted for the IV anesthesia, and don't remember anything past counting to 1...I returned home after a few hours to ice and soft food. This tooth matches in color to my other teeth. In fact I sometimes have to look in the mirror to remember which one it is. I would recommend Dr. Rice and Staff to anyone who is looking for a Dentist who is professional, friendly, and offers and explains options in plain English. I also found out that Dr. Rice and his staff are attending classes and seminars to stay current on the lasted technologies and procedures. Give Dr. Rice a call and then go in for a consultation, you won't regret meeting him.

    Steven Muraski DDS DMD MS
The price listed is approximately what it cost per each simple root canal, molars are more expensive. He's very personable and makes you feel very relaxed. He's very attentive to your pain tolerance, you feel nothing! He will give you whatever you need. He has very high standards during these procedures and is very exacting. He's timely, punctual and quick. If you have an emergency he'll take time for you, he'll even stay before or after hours for you. I will definitely continue to see him in the future, he's fabulous!

I wish I'd waited to see him rather than waste my time and money with another doctor. When I originally called, it was several weeks before he could see me, and I was worried that my insurance would lapse. He had a cancellation, and got me in a couple weeks sooner, so there was no problem with the insurance. He was very professional and caring both in his pre-treatment exam and in his work. He didn't talk down to me, and answered all my questions. I still don't understand how these folks can understand people talking with their mouth full of all the stuff while they work. The only pain I felt in the whole process was from the initial numbing of the area he was working. The pre-treatment eliminated most of the discomfort of the shots, but not all of it. The sound and smell from the work caused more fear and tension than actual pain. I've always been dental-phobic, and Dr. Muraski was very understanding.

Everything goes really well. I've been going to him for thirty years, and I wouldn't trade him for the world, and I would highly recommend him to others.
