My home warranty company sent a licensed plumber to fix , I paid My deductible , he spent three plus hrs in my home , and left with my sink still clogged with NO access to use my kitchen sink. I googled and ran across RJ who told me over the phone what they thought the issue would be , assured me that they would attempt to avoid the more costly and extremely messy service I was Told I needed. Steve showed up timely , professionally , and very personably and was able to clear my drain very quickly , without the recommended hydro jetting! I am definitely a very happy customer !! AThe Scottish PlumberA very nice and very professional Andy responded to my call quite quickly. Unfortunately no work could be done on my end, I live in a condo and it turned out to be a building issue. Andy took the time out to explain everything very clearly. Turns out the building had received an estimate earlier in the week from a few places including The Scottish Plumber, needless to say I urged the board to go with them based on my experience. I will call them again in the future to have some other plumbing projects done in my unit, they are now my go to!- Theresa L.

AIt went fantastic! Gilberto was very professional and mindful of COVID-19 safety standards. He diagnosed the problem almost immediately and returned with the piece to fix it within a couple of hours. We now have a working wall oven instead of spending hundreds on a new one. I would highly recommend La Costa, ask for Gilberto!
