    FRITCH HEATING & COOLING INC
The original service technician arrived on time as scheduled. He had some trouble diagnosing the problem and called a more senior technician for assistance. They determined that my unit was old enough(1988) the it was not feasible to repair. Owner Joseph Milton then came to my home to assess my needs and helped me select the right unit. Installation of the new unit was completed in one day, as promised. The entire experience was professionally delivered.

It's the same service we used for 20 years now.

    They had excellent service.

We got no charge because we bought a contract a few years ago that I actually get everything free. And they've always been very good about it.

They come when they say they will, n time, professionally.

    Bratcher Heating A C & Geothermal Inc
We learned about Bratcher Heating and A/C at their stand at Costco. Bratcher and Costco had a limited time agreement to install certain Lennox systems at a 10%-20% discount. Since our existing system had been ailing, we signed up for a free estimate. Project Engineer Terry made an appt to come to our home and discuss our options. Terry was courteous, helpful, and informative, walking me through our options. He agreed to work up a "good" and "better" system quote, and sent it by email the same evening. Terry also offered to meet again -- this time with my wife present so she too would understand the options better. Though he showed me the top of the line equipment, he did not recommend it because the capabilities were really beyond what was needed, given our home construction and our needs. This spoke well of the integrity of this company. Terry also worked with me to schedule the installation so I could receive the Costco discount. We arranged for the ducts to be cleaned prior to furnace installation. This was done by a different part of the Bratcher organization. Bratcher's gives a discount when duct cleaning is part of a furnace installation. The man who did the duct cleaning was very proficient at what he did, and very pleasant to work with. The work took the greater part of a day. Each register and return air opening was cleaned. The system we chose was a Lennox EL296V 96% 90,000 BTU gas furnace with an XC13 14.5 SEER 3.5 ton air conditioner. On installation day a five-man crew arrived early, and quickly set out removing the old system -- furnace, A/C, line set -- and installing the new. Every member of the crew was courteous and friendly, something that meant a great deal to my wife. We checked in from time to time to look at the progress, and were pleased that team members were more than happy to answer our questions. I was very impressed at the way the team handled a glitch interfacing the new system with our existing ducting. A custom sheet metal box needed to be fabricated in order to complete the installation. Dimensions were sent to the home office, and the piece was manufactured back at the shop. It was ready by the lunch break. Installation was complete by mid-afternoon, and we were educated on the new system. The team did a good job cleaning up and removing the old furnace and A/C. I felt that Bratcher's was willing to do a little extra with the installation. At my request, they relocated our thermostat, and connected a return air duct that had not been connected when our home was built. I'm pleased with the overall job, and very thankful for how well the A/C works with the July, 2016 heat! The new system not only works well, but it looks great -- something we'll be glad for should we decide to sell our home.

    Staats Service Today
On Friday, July 10th, Staats sent out there technician, Don to look at my A/C unit. Don showed up and I took him downstairs to allow him to see the unit and then outside. He checked the Freon levels and advised me that we were indeed low and that there was a possible leak somewhere. I asked if he could look for a leak and was told that it was to costly due to length of time to look for the leak. He told me that we needed a new unit and that he could put the Freon in and see if it holds. Since the temps were supposed to get bad we allowed him to put the Freon in for an agreed amount of $305.00. When he left the unit was starting to cool, but the within 5 hours our unit was blowing warm area again.

On Monday, July 13th, I called a highly recommended company to come out and see what they felt they could do. With this gentleman being in my home for less than 5 minutes and looking at not only my inside unit, but also my outside unit. He told me that it was the shreader (sp) valve and any person that looked at mine would have known it was this valve failing to pop back. He said when he took off the cap it was bubbling. He quickly went to his service truck and within 5 minutes my unit was repaired and the A/C is now working wonderfully. He also advised me that I did not  need a new unit.
On Tuesday, July 14th, I telephoned Staats and asked for a refund. I was told by there office manager, Beth that they would not grant me a refund because "they don't offer a refund on service work that has been agreed too". I was also told that their service tech, Don looked at the valve and didn't think anything was wrong with it. Looking at it and testing for a leak are two different things. This company in my opinion are horrible and I will never call them again nor recommend them to anyone. I fully believe that they are rip offs.

iI purchased a furnace inspection special through Angie's List earlier this year.  During that inspection, a problem with condensation water leaking inside my furnace was discovered.   He attempted to repair the problem by resealing the condensation collector,, but the leak was still evident the next day.  I called Bob on Friday and we mutually agreed that the best course of action was to replace the furnace.  Bob rearranged his schedule to fit me in for the following day.  He also recommended that I upgrade to a larger furnace based on the square footage of my residence.  I agreed to that, but later in the day, I started to worry about the noise level of a larger furnace.  I called Bob at his home in the evening and asked if noise factor of the larger furnace.  Bob said it might be slightly louder than my old one.  He then proceeded to tell me about another option for a quieter furnace.  He was upfront on letting me know that option would cost more, but would definitely alleviate the noise concern.  He asked me to give him a few minutes to calculate his best price for the furnace.  He called back shortly with an estimate that, although considerably more than the original replacement plan, contained a significant discount.  I told Bob to go ahead with that upgrade.  He informed me he had already loaded the original furnace in his truck, but would swap it out early the next morning and still try to make it to my house at the scheduled time.
Bob and Dave arrived at my residence on time the next day right on time.  They removed my old furnace and replaced it with the new model in approximately four hours time.  They were very courteous and professional in their work.  I took note of the fact that they made an extra effort to keep their work area clean and protect the flooring around the work site.  Upon completing the installation, Bob ran through a series of tests to make sure the unit was operating properly.
As far as the result, I couldn't be happier.  The new furnace (97.7 % efficient!) is whisper quiet.  In addition, it has made a big difference in maintaining a constant heat level in my house.  Gone are the cycles of a big rush of hot air followed by a cooling off period.  This model of Coleman smooths that out so you barely know if it is running or not.  It did cost more, but my early evaluation is that it was money well spent.
In conclusion regarding Morris Heating and Air, I can say that they are very knowledgeable about their profession, perform good quality work, and deliver on what they say the will do.  Those are characteristics that " get you in the HVAC service game".  Their differentiation, however, is in their attention to giving the customer the most timely service possible.  In this case, Bob went out his way to get the job done quickly even though he had to readjust his schedule and handle late minute changes of direction.  I will definitely continue to be a customer.

    Holderfield Heating & Cooling
Not only did he have speedy service, it was on a weekend no less! Very reasonable pricing and very professional to deal with. He went out of his way to make sure our toddler and my pregnant wife were not uncomfortable in late summer with no A/C. He offered to show me what he was checking out as he did his job to quickly get our unit working again. Very knowledgable and certainly rescued us on short notice, and at a fraction of what other services were offering to come out nowhere near as soon as he did! The results and service speak loud and clear! A+++

    Pro Air Heating & Cooling
Everyone at Pro Air was wonderful, they all very kind and answered all our questions. Just like clockwork they installed our new furnace and air conditioner in one day. They also explored rebates options for me at the local power companies, recommended an upgrade to the system to take advantage of those rebates, and even completely processed one of the rebates for me.  Customer service was outstanding. I called a number of other dealer in my area over the holidays and left telephone messages, but never heard back until after the holidays. With Pro Air, Denise Mayes answered the phone immediately, sent technician Andy out that same afternoon to inspect our furnace, and emailed a proposal that evening - on New Years Eve. Then she answered my email questions with 2 fast replies even on New Years Day! She provided the best customer service I've ever seen! Andy was great too, and so were the installers Ryan and Darren! So I am really impressed by Pro Air!

    Armstrong Heating & Air Conditioning
Excellent. I have been using Armstrong for the past firve years to service my AC and heating system. Both are a Trane and were installed in 2005 with a warranty. I have been pleased with the professional service and prompt arrival of the techs to preform the semi-annual check ups. This service costs but is well worth the peace of mind if something would go wrong. Like an insurance policy for the heating system.

    Morris Heating And Air Inc
One of 3 contractors selected to quote replacement of my heater and central air unit.   The owner came on a Saturday to look at the system and provide a quote.   Very knowledgeable, honest, and professional.   He dug into the system to see if repair was possible - and consistent with other contractors, strongly recommended replacement and took the time to specifically explain why it would be more economical than attempting repair.
He spent a lot of time walking me through the options and differences between them.   Price and installation timeline was competitive.   We ended up selecting another contractor based on the specific brand of heater / AC unit I had researched and wanted.
Highly recommend Morris to provide an honest assessment of your heating and cooling system.  If you want the peace of mind that you're get a straight story on any heat or air conditioning problems, and an honest repair - call Morris.
