    It was great!  They arrived a bit early which was fine since they called ahead, they charged a competitive price, and they did a much better job than we expected.  They did so well that we had them back to clean the grout in our kitchen and our bathroom and on our landings.

    Excellent results!  Jason arrived exactly at the time he promised.  He used professional equipment and performed a thorough job  in a very short amount of time.  The carpets were noticeably cleaner after the service.  The most noteworthy result is that the carpets were nearly dry when the process was completed.  Other carpet cleanings required about a day to dry.  Mine were dry in about half that time.  Throughout the job , Jason was polite, accommodating, and took care not to harm any of the baseboards or furniture.  I was very pleased with both the service and results.

    They called 1.5 hours prior to my arranged time and asked if they could come early, which was fine with me.  They were very professional.  They took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all my questions, and explained what they would do.  They were able to remove a number of pet stains that a competitor had previously not gotten up.  The carpets look like new!  I will definitely use Steam Green for all my carpet-cleaning needs in the future.

    We had just completed a major remodel, so there was a lot of drywall dust embedded in the carpets and the upholstery.  We also have several pets that are well behaved but had left their tracks on the carpet.  The team came out and did a very thorough cleaning of the carpet and the upholstery.  The house smells very clean and everything dried very quickly.  Special attention was paid to all of the spots.  We are very happy with the results and would use their services again.

    Initially, I called and set up the service with Cody. I called the day they were to come and he said that they were about an hour out. I met them at my home. I pushed the only chair that I did not want cleaned, into the foyer. The guys that came to clean were very nice. I explained to them why I needed them because my carpet was not dirty. My baby had spilt part of his bottle of mile on the carpet in a 2 foot by 2 foot area. I told them I wanted it cleaned really well and to remove the smell. I have already patted it up and diluted it with water when it happened. I also had some medication on our ottoman that had spilt our of my diaper bag. You could not see it but it could be felt as the medicine had dried and it was a little sticky. This was in a small corner of the ottoman. I was there during the cleaning. The guys said they could take care of everything and not to worry. I asked them if they could place my 8x10 rug outside to dry. They said that it would be almost dry when they were finished so they would place it downstairs while the upstairs carpet dried.
    I had to go to my daughters school so I left. When I returned about 2 hours later, I opened the door and there was a horrible smell. It was the smell of spoiled milk. Then, I went downstairs and I was going to move the rug upstairs...it was lying over my couch and was really wet- so wet that it made the couch wet and a portion of the carpet it was lying on. I felt the top of t rug and I could clearly see it was not thoroughly cleaned. I called Cody immediately. He responded that typically they can get out odors but he would come by and "redeordorize" the carpet with a special spray. It would be $15. As far as the rug needing recleaned as well as the ottoman, he would send them back over the next day.
    What ended up happening is, he sent the guys back to redo the rug and the ottoman and the area of milk odor on the carpet. This time, they agreed to place the big rug outside to dry. 
    Cody came to my home and said that "Typically they can get out all odors and this was unusual." I asked him about the 8x10 rug and he stated that "Typically, Freesia rugs are difficult to clean" He left a bottle of deodorizer to use. As far as the medicine on the medicine on the ottoman, they recleaned it and it is still crunchy in that area.I had told Cody before he even arrived how upset I was about the odor and that my big rug was placed wet over a sofa and nice carpeting downstairs. He said that he wanted a good reputation and would fix anything they did not do well. He asked if that was what I directed them to do and I said I suggested
    We have 3 children all busy each evening so we don't sit in the living room regularly. The day after they had left, I knew that the medicine was still in the ottoman but I did not want to mess with calling him again.
    I went into the living room about 5 days later and sat on the couch. The couch has a large coffee table in front of it that sets out about 2 feet. I looked down and saw ripples in the carpet, not just one but several. It looked to me like the carpet had been oversaturated and rippled- then dried that way.
    I called Cody and was going to leave him a message for the next day. He answered the phone, I explained what I saw. Once again, he said "Typically this happens when carpet is loose. We see this happen to people when they need their carpet stretched. When customers call about this, we tell them to have the carpet stretched...it is nothing we did." I told Cody that our carpet was not in need of stretching, it only was rippled in front of the couch...he then said "Typically it happens in a high traffic area. I said " Cody, you have an excuse for everything, my carpet got oversaturated." He said he would send someone to stretch my carpet. I told him that I would call someone to do that for me. He said- have a good day and hung up on me. Right before he hung up on me, he said," I will just refund your money if you are so unhappy."   I had no chance to say anything else- he said Have a Good Day and hung up... and then he called back and said, " I am not refunding your money! You signed the waiver and you were happy when I left." I replied that I was nice to him when he left because I trusted all was going to be better since it was redone. He said that I had moved my furniture around and that caused the ripples! I also need to mention that the waiver he was talking about was signed by me. However, there are boxes above where you sign that are to be filled out by the people cleaning. They are to mark the box if there are ripples already on the carpet as well as anything else they notice that they don't want to be held accountable for.  I DID NOT move my furniture. I moved one chair that was no where near the couch. He would not listen to me and said "GO HUSSLE SOME ONE ELSE- I HAVE DEALT WITH PEOPLE LIKE YOU AND I WILL NEVER CLEAN FOR YOU AGAIN!" . As if Iwould have someone who calls me names come into my home again? I am so appalled that this is what he considered good service. I did not want to fight with him. How did I hussle him? I DIDN'T- he got his money- I even had agreed to pay to have my carpet "redeodorized for $15 more dollars the first time I called! There is never a reason for a business to call a customer ugly names EVER. I would have paid him just t be nice to me if that was an option.

    I called Josh Harris (Owner) one evening to inquire bout having my carpets cleaned,  he was able to come by the very next evening to give me an estimate.  He was very friendly, informative and really seemed to care about my home.  I felt the price was fair, so he put me on his schedule for the following Monday at 10 am, he and his help were here at 9.55 am.   They came in , carefully moved a few items and did a very thorough job. Left my home smelling great and the carpets look soooo much better. He was even able to remove a stain, that the last guys glossed right over.    Thx Josh !!!!   Ill be using his service again and again.

    This was our first experience with carpet cleaning, and we were quite satisfied with the job done by Stream Green and would most certainly use them again. Kodie and his partner (sorry, I've forgotten his name) were highly professional, competent, honest, and respectful of our furniture (and dog :). They did a very good job cleaning our carpets. (They also cleaned our dining room chairs and did a good job at that as well.) Most all of the stains came out and the carpets look very good. We also had the carpets treated with a protector. I'm not sure this was worth it. Only time will tell, I guess.
