    Tucker's Automotive test drove the vehicle, disassembled parts of the engine looking for the issue, reassembled, test drove and the car ran fine. No charge. They said if I had any more problems with it to return it and they would look at it. I've been driving for two and a half weeks and have as of yet have not had an issue with the vehicle.

    Prices were quite a bit less than competitors. Work was good. Shop guys were very nice and the office staff were polite. They gave me a ride back to my job and then picked me up when the work was done for free!

    All in the Details
    This is not the first time she has cleaned our house; that is the reason I am putting in another review.  Sometimes housekeepers start out doing great, but then let things slide.  This is not the case in this situation.  Shamra has been working for us for a while and has always maintained a good work ethic.  She is SO conscientious and pays attention to even the smallest detail.  I am so happy that I found her.

    I chose this provider based on recommendations on this site (in fact, I joined Angie's List to find a provider for this job!). I was leery because all of the costs of service listed on all the reviews seemed high, however, there weren't other nearby options and they did have good reviews. I didn't want to drive far because it's a brake problem. I arrived this morning and they were friendly and prompt. However, they quoted me $350 to replace brake lines, which I declined because of the price. I just received another estimate from another local shop of $120. I don't see how there can be any reasonable explanation for that big of a difference in price.

    They recommend what needs to be done. If it is not something urgent, they are willing to say you can hold on. They seem to be very honest and reasonable. Their price is worth their work. They are a family owned group, they have been here for 30 years. They are a friendly group and seem to know their business.

    This place gets three D's and a F for Deceitful, Dishonest, Disingenuous, and Fraudulent. Allow me to introduce who I am: a United States Marine, a Honors Graduate from Bradley Univ, and first and foremost, an advocate for consumer rights. I have traveled to 5 Continents, been around the world, and never have I seen a place like this. First off, they are owned by Middle Easterners. It even says on their homepage ?Jidd Motors is a Family owned dealership that originated many years ago overseas.? Second, I was lied too. Thirdly, THEY HAVE 6 BBB COMPLAINTS! If that doesn't convince you, then maybe my story will. They had an ad for a Lexus Hybrid at $13,855. I called them to make an offer over the phone (since I lived several hours away). They asked me what I wanted to pay and I said $11,900. The salesman, James, said ?there is no way your going to find another vehicle like this for that price.? Then he said ?are you next to your computer?? I said ?yes?, he said ?go to and type in the make and model and year.? So I did. To my surprise up came two vehicles that were the same (but had more miles on them). One was for $11,990 and the other was $11,800. James suddenly said ?uuuuuu, let me talk to my manager?. I said ?OK? He comes back on the phone and says ?If you print out that ad, we will match it. I said, ?Look, I?m 3 hours away, don't waste my time, I'm a single parent and I have very little time.? He said and I quote ?We will make it worth your while.? So I made the trip the next day with my son. I get up there at 4 pm. and they don't even have the car cleaned! The inside was a mess. The carpet had red stains on it, the buttons on the drivers side were scratched, the vinyl for the dashboard had a 2 foot gash in it and buttons were missing for the center console. Then I pulled out my tire tread depth gauge and it read 4/32. Just in case you don't know, its illegal to sell a vehicle with tire tread less than 5/32. So...after I mention this to James, he replied ?You don't expect it to be perfect do you!? Then I asked for my sons opinion (simply b/c I been raising him on my own for the past 14 years), and James rudely said ?why you asking him, is he going to be driving it?? So then we did a test drive, the knob for the shifter was gone! I said, ?where's the shifter? James said ?I have it?, I said ?you expect me to drive it without the shifter?? he said ?Yes?. At this point my son was like, this place is a joke.? After the test drive we go back in
    and I show him the ad that he told me he would honor. Now here is were it really gets interesting. He pulls up and says to me ?I can't find it on here? I went to HIS computer and told him how to bring it up. Mind you, this was the guy who showed me over
    the phone! After I pulled it up he quickly covers up the ads by pulling up some search, and I said ?get rid of that search on there? Lo and behold, there were the other two cars for $11,990 and $11,800. Then he reneged on his offer! He said ?well my manager is
    not here and I can't offer you that price.? I said ?what can you do?, he said $13,855? I said ?that?s full price!? He said ?that?s what you will have to pay? I said ?You wasted my time and I will put this review on the web, to which he replied ?OK.? Then the manager called me the next day and hung up on me! So there you have it folks, if you like a place that is dishonest, untrustworthy, deceitful, disingenuous, and disrespectful, this may be the place for you. Oh, one last thing, I checked into their reviews, whats funny is they either have all perfect 5 star reviews or very poor 1 star reviews. You know why that is right? My manger use to do it for her restaurant, they have either the employees or someone they know right a review for them to make it look as if they are the best! Serious, how else do explain that there are no reviews with a 2 or 3 or 4 stars? PS: I found a Toyota Highlander Hybrid Limited, absolutely perfect on the inside for $13,000 at Fort's Toyota in Pekin!

    I bought a used SUV from them that leaked when I took it through the car wash, which is why I gave them a C in quality. I gave them a F in professionalism b/c Brian, the service manager was rude. Then Brenda, his assistant, said and quot;we don't wait to pick someone up with the shuttleand quot; I had to explain to her that I was the one waiting to BE PICKED UP.and quot; And the D for punctuality is b/c I missed 1/2 of work waiting on them, for the shuttle. They sent me a email conformation for 11:00 and then show up at 11:35 (after I called them).

    Just before Christmas our used hybrid started displaying multiple warning lights. With the weather being sold cold, our gas tank cover also was difficult to open. Imagine our surprise when everything was fixed quickly and no charge was assessed at all! They gained a lifetime loyal customer by helping us out at Christmas time like this. We are so grateful!

    My sales representative was very helpful and not pushy at all. I would have purchased anything from him. He was honest, factual, easy to talk to and not pushy at all.  Unfortunatey, when it came time to secure the deal, management that I had to work with regarding the price and trade in was rude and would provide no negotions. Due to the fact that at the time negotiations were at month end, he became rude and pushy to complete a sale to makd month end.
