    Honey Do Home Improvement
Excellent. They worked with us on pricing and helped us get best deal on materials. They were great about cleaning up work site every evening and locking up when we were not there. We have also used them for handyman services as needed.

    Dreams To Reality
There was a two week delay in the start date, however, once they started, they did not stop until the work was completed at 6:30pm on July 4, 2014.  They did a great job cleaning up and putting everything back.   I am very satisfied with the way that the basement now looks!  It is bright and beautiful!  I would hire them again.

    Liberty Electrical
They usually work with the contractor who is going to be doing most of the remodel work in my home. They're outstanding. Everything has been well done. They're neat, clean up after themselves and communicate well on the job and on the timeline. They're prompt, efficient and reasonably priced.

    Oberlander Electric
Oberlander gave us a bid on installing an electric panel and some lighting in a new horse arena. They beat two other Angie's list companies by a significant amount. Due to delays on our end we asked if the job could be split into two parts: installing conduit and the panel on one day and then the lights on a different day. This was no problem and did not increase the estimate at all. There were two different electricians and both were friendly, professional and hard working. They arrived on time and did the work well and precisely as we wanted it. The final bill was exactly the same as the estimate. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in a heartbeat.

    RO Properties and Remodeling
Don removed all walls (Plastered drywall), floor tile and a ceiling soffit. His plumber replaced all plumbing. He installed new walls, floor, tub, toilet, vanity, lights, and linen closet doors. He installed a new tile floor. He also installed tile in the tub area. He work was excellent. He told us what work he was going to each day, and he completed that work in a professional and timely manner. We are more than pleased with the result of our bathroom remodel project.

    Vance Remodeling and Restoration
My wife and I had been wanting to remodel our kitchen for the past few years but finally decided to do it this year. We paid for a subscription to Angie's List because it was very important to get a good contractor as we were spending a lot of our hard earned money and wanted someone who was very knowledgeable and experienced. I had Jim come out and quote the job and we decided based on his reviews to go with him. Overall, we are VERY HAPPY and LOVE our new kitchen. I decided to do the demo of the old kitchen and install the new tile floor and then have Jim pick up from there. Jim was very professional and performed his job well. Our start was delayed because of unforeseen circumstances on his end, but we was just a bit disappointing having our project delayed a little. Jim was a very hard worker and subcontracted out the electrical and plaster work to his and quot;Expertsand quot;, who did a great job also. If I had to be nitpicky and say something, it would be that he could have been a tad more thorough on the very fine details. As the homeowner, during construction you tend notice every little thing and try not to sweat the very minor details...but when you are paying a lot of money to have someone perform work in your house, we expected them to work on our house like it was their house. My recommendation to him would be to make sure to spend a few minutes each day checking over things and making sure they are and quot;finishedand quot; for the day. BUT, with that being said, I made a checklist of the minor things during the button up phase of the project and Jim did an EXCELLENT job completing all the items and making sure we were happy. As far as price, I don't have a way to compare him to others because we didn't get any other quotes. I felt his quote was very fair, so that is why we chose him. I will definitely consider using him again in the future and would recommended him to my friends and family. If you are considering a large remodel job and do not want to tackle it yourself, you can choose Jim Vance with confidence. He does quality work and always listens to and addresses your concerns. Thanks Jim!

    Hal The Handyman
Hal showed up and got straight to work. It was good I was around to help hold things and check the lightpost while he monkeyed with the breaker. Replaced photoeye in lightpost successfully. Looked at water leak over front porch. Went to upstairs bedroom and inspected roof/shingles. Didn't see anything obvious and suggested caulking certain areas, but he wasn't offering to do so. Finally started installing bathroom cabinet knobs and handles. He finished one bathroom and was packing up when I asked about the 2nd bathroom (which we had previously discussed). He couldn't stay any longer and so had to come back a few days later. Installation of knobs and handles was done well but left sawdust all over the bathrooms. I'd hire Hal again for minor things around the house when I'm not available to attend to them.

    Bathrooms Plus Inc
About average. Some shoddy work that had to be corrected, but all in all ok. Could not get them to respond to a tub repair. Mike and staff kept putting it off and then would not return a call. After about 2 years, I contacted the tub people and the technical people sent me the part and told me how to install the heater and pump. I ended up hiring someone to take out the tile to get to the parts that needed repair. I still have not grouted the tile back in as am waiting to see if it works properly. All in all, we were marginally satisfied with the job, but follow up service did not exist. The promises and dodging of phone calls got old. I finally gave up.

    Tri-County Irrigation & Plumbing Inc
We purchased this house in fall of 2011 and noted that the outdoor landscape lighting was in disrepair and quite damaged.   We also noted the in ground sprinkler system.  Yard was covered in leaves.   We requested the selling agent to 1) determine what company had installed the lighting and irrigation systems (Tri-County) and 2) to obtain quotes from that company or companies to restore the systems to function. Tri-County sent a confirming page that they had inspected the irrigation system in the summer and that it was functional.  Tri-County gave a quotation (in writing) of $2800 to restore the lighting. We took possession of the house in Nov 2011.  I called Tri-County again (with original repair quote in hand) to come out and walk the yard with me after the leaves were removed.  There were quite a few broken sprinkler heads (not in functional condition).   I asked them to requote the repairs for the lighting seeing the actual condition.   The second quote was for $3,800 to restore the lighting and $350 to repair the sprinklers (that they had said pre-purchase were fine, which was not the case).    I have all original paperwork with the quotations.   I made it very clear that I wanted the system restored to original condition. After walking the yard during which Tri-County should have been able to ascertain the condition of the existing lighting, they provided the second quote of $3800 to restore lighting plus costs to repair sprinkler system. Final bill was $5,100.    This indicates that Tri-County is unable to look at systems they installed originally and determine accurately what is required to restore them to function. I cannot recommend this company under any circumstances.   The lighting and irrigation systems work, but the company is unable to provide accurate quotes for cost planning and clearaly do not look carefully at the what they are quoting.   Caveat emptor!

Our contractor agreed to use these guys, provided they would come in line with the pricing of the other bids that we received. The work they did was fine, it was a pretty simple job. But then came the final bill. Their final bill was in the $13,000 range and then we got another bill for $1000 a month later. We were given a bill based on time and materials when pricing should have been bid out and followed according to the bids. We had 3 other estimates that were about 1/2 of what they charged. We did not add any extras. They were given the job, then had a license to print money, coming back, and back. Get it in writing from them, or be prepared for the bait and swith...
