Furniture was removed and replaced on our deck. Our flower beds were covered. The utmost care was taken to avoid damaging our property. One never called back, 2 were ridiculously expensive and A& D came in slightly above the last quote. But their professionalism won them the job & they lived up to their excellent rating. They asked questions, made recommendations & did a great job of cleaning up after they were finished. I didn't pay a dime until the work was completed and I was satisfied. AA&D Exteriors IncIn May 2020, A&D Exteriors completed 2 large projects for my wife and I: 1) they replaced our asphalt shingle roof, and 2) they installed vinyl siding to replace our cedar siding. We are extremely pleased with how both projects turned out! Kevin Kowalski was the project manager for both projects, and he was a pleasure to work with. He came to our house to evaluate what we wanted done, and he emailed us detailed proposals for each project. The prices were very competitive, and we signed the proposals to move forward. From start to finish, Kevin kept us informed about the status of things, and he always answered our questions promptly. A&D Exteriors also has a designer, Heidi, and she came out to give us her ideas, including helping us choose colors. The roof replacement was done first, and it was completed in 1 day. Eugene was the foreman of a large crew of 7. They came at 7:30am and were done at 3:30pm. Importantly, the crew did a terrific job of cleaning up. Something we particularly liked was that they didn’t put a fixed dumpster in our driveway, they used a dump trailer on wheels to avoid doing damage to the driveway. The dump trailer was dropped off the night before, and was taken away the same day after the roof replacement was finished. The siding project was next, and Arthur was the foreman of a crew of 2. The 2 of them did an amazing job putting up the vinyl Board and Batten vertical siding and the LP SmartSide engineered wood trim to closely match the existing look of our Tudor style house. The work was completed in 4.5 days, and the house looks great! They also did a thorough job of cleaning up. We give A&D Exteriors our highest recommendation!- Peter S.

Chris did an outstanding job of keeping us informed on timelines, explaining the project in detail, and answering any questions we may have had. Heidi was extremely helpful and knowledgeable once we entered the design phase, too. The projects were completed quickly and were done with a high degree of craftsmanship. They even went above and beyond with a secondary "clean-up" of the yard to ensure no nails or particles were left behind. All in all, a great experience!- Matt R.

AIt was excellent and seamless. Picking the material was also easy. Eugene is very responsive and easy to work with. Workmanship was excellent. I have a brand new roof, oversized gutters, downspouts and gutter guard which were installed. He also replaced the plywood in the areas where it was damaged.

BIf possible I would give them a B-. An A for the work requested and I paid for, which was the debris removal and temporary tarp installed. They were prompt and professional but I give them a D on follow up, because after the work was done they failed to follow up to with an 2 estimates requested for the repair and to most importantly to send an invoice that is needed to submit to insurance. Seemed they only wanted to send the estimate once they found out what insurance was going to pay. No responses to follow up texts either
