    The actual moving of the piano was great, but the customer service was terrible. I found a company through Angie���s List for my daughter and her husband to have a piano moved on 8/20/2016. We are very dissatisfied with the customer service on the day of the move. I have copied and pasted the actual emails for your review. They have offered a $35 credit (which they never sent) and, frankly, this is a joke since their communication error resulted in our (and the seller���s) having to change plans for the remainder of the day. A simple phone call would have made a world of difference. If the movers are working outside of office hours, the customer should be given another contact number ��� this simple solution would have avoided a very chaotic, upsetting day. Seriously, a 3 1/2 hour delay without as much as a phone call!!!?? Our (my son-in-law's) email to the company on Sunday 8/21/2016: We scheduled to have a piano moved on Saturday, August 20th. The time period we were given was between 3-5pm. We we're also told that on Saturdays deliveries tend run early so that we should be ready at the pick up location by 3pm. My wife and I arrived at the pick up address at 3pm. We sat at that location (in our car) for 2 hours with out receiving any phone call. We then had to go to the door of the person we were buying the piano from and apologize because you were a no show. As I was walking back to my car I received a phone all from the delivery man who proceeded to tell me they would not be there until 6:30pm. I asked why they didn't call earlier and the response was that they "thought " the office called us to tell us about the delay. We tried to call the office multiple times (check your caller id and voicemail) but received no answer because you close at 2pm. Although deliveries run until 5, we were never given any other number by which we could contact someone. I then had to go back to the sellers door and ask if they could wait another 1 1/2 hours. They were not happy, but graciously agreed. Since my children were due home, I had to head home to drop off my wife. I then wait about 30 minutes only to turn around to go back to meet the movers at the sellers��� home . I also had to call and cancel the piano tuner who was due at my house at 6:30. We told the delivery man that we expected a large discount because this was a huge inconvenience not to mention embarrassing for us to the seller. He said he would talk to the office. Then he called me back and said the office closes at 2pm so he couldn't talk to anyone. Clearly we knew the office was closed and we told him that we assumed he would have had a different number to reach someone. Then he told us that we would have to give him a check for the full amount and then discuss it with you on Monday. The piano was finally picked up and delivered and we gave them a check for the full $350. I do not expect to pay this amount. The service was unacceptable and took up our entire afternoon and early evening. I found your company on Angie's list and had high expectations. I am extremely disappointed! A single phone call telling us you were running late could have prevented the entire situation. I understand weather and other circumstances can sometimes cause delays, a simple to call us as soon as you realize you will be late would have made a world of difference in customer service. Response from Quality Piano Moving: Andrew, Sorry for the inconvenience our scheduling caused you. This is a rare instance of miscommunication and Saturday traffic. Our discount wouldn���t be more than 10%. I am sure Joe will agree to offer this to you and send a check sometime this week. Just a fyi��� Pianos shouldn���t be tuned until it has settled in its new home which most tuners recommend waiting at least a week but on average two weeks. Joe is out today and will be back tomorrow morning. I will talk with him and he will get back to you. I left a message on the company voicemail and did not receive a call back. I then called again on Tuesday and spoke with Joe who told me that they would only credit us $35. They made excuses that the weather was bad. While I completely understand the weather was not in their control my complaint is that I never received a phone call informing me that there would be a delay. Had I been aware that they were running late I could have informed the seller and restructured our day. He admitted there was a miscommunication on their part and the men moving the piano should have had his direct number. I told him I was dissatisfied with an offer of $35 for the huge inconvenience and embarrassment it caused me and the sellers. He said he would talk to the owner and call me back before closing that day. It is now Monday, August 29, and I have still not received any communication back from them. I'm can only assume they are not going to credit me anything because they did go ahead and cash my check for $350. I would never use or recommend this company to anybody. The lack of communication and unwillingness to take any responsibility is horrible. The only positive thing I can say as the once they did pick up the piano and move it, it was moved in good condition. Again, a simple phone call could have prevented this entire situation. Also, acknowledging that they made a mistake would've went along way. I'm extremely disappointed.

    We hired USA movers to pack up our home, store our belongings over night and then move us into our new home.  The staff was incredibly professional and accommodating!  Although we had set up our move at least a month in advance, at the last minute the closing date for our new home had to be moved by one day!  USA movers were able to accommodate our change of plans and store our belonging over night since we had to close on the sale of our home on a Monday and close on our new home on the following Tuesday (originally everything was supposed to happen on Monday).
    The crew that we worked with was led my Javier.  He did an amazing job!  We were quite pleased that we were able to work with him and his crew for each step of the move (packing, emptying our old home, and moving into our new home).  In the past I have had to work with different crews for different stages of the move.  I liked the consistency of having the same crew each day.
    Javier and his crew were incredibly professional, polite, friendly and highly organized and quite efficient!!!  I was amazed at how quickly and carefully they were able to pack up our belongings and load up the truck.  They protected all our belongings so well!!  I entrusted them with all our china and our piano.  The day of the unloading into our new home they were incredible!  Javier quickly memorized the layout of the new house and accurately directed his team to put all our belongings in the correct rooms; an they put together all the furniture back together so it was easy to settle in that evening.  I had a number of boxes that needed to be stored in the basement and said they could just put them anywhere in the basement.  They found a storage room and stacked all the boxes neatly there and left be a beautiful and fully functional basement rather than the mess I anticipated dealing with!!!
    I would certainly use USA Moving again, and I would certainly request Javier and his crew as well!

    The company very easy to deal with and I had absolutely no problems or surprises. Karen called with the time of delivery and the delivery was made at that time as promised. I took a look in the truck and the instrument was carefully covered and secured. There was a three man crew who placed the piano where I wanted. I would definitely use this company again.

    Arrived on time. Main part of piano was moved from the garage to the house. No stairs were involved. (just two steps) Piano lid was brought down from upstairs. Piano was reassembled. I felt that they knew what they were doing. They were careful with our wood floors and carpets. Made sure I was satisfied with where the piano was placed. Were very courteous. Finished in about one hour. I would recommend them to others.

    The job went well. Getting the piano out of my home was a tricky task, but they did it without any problems. It was immediately delivered to its new home, which was easier to get into than mine had been to get out. Not a scratch and all took not much more than an hour.

    Very well overall. They arrived 1.5 hours early to pick it up without calling my sister-in-law. They delivered here a little early, which was fine as I had already called to ask if they would please wait a few minutes for me as I had to pick-up my kids from school. They were very "workable" and agreeable. They also moved my piano twice inside my home (ranch) as we had some confusion about where to place the piano. They were very kind and professional.
