AA&D Exteriors IncIn May 2020, A&D Exteriors completed 2 large projects for my wife and I: 1) they replaced our asphalt shingle roof, and 2) they installed vinyl siding to replace our cedar siding. We are extremely pleased with how both projects turned out! Kevin Kowalski was the project manager for both projects, and he was a pleasure to work with. He came to our house to evaluate what we wanted done, and he emailed us detailed proposals for each project. The prices were very competitive, and we signed the proposals to move forward. From start to finish, Kevin kept us informed about the status of things, and he always answered our questions promptly. A&D Exteriors also has a designer, Heidi, and she came out to give us her ideas, including helping us choose colors. The roof replacement was done first, and it was completed in 1 day. Eugene was the foreman of a large crew of 7. They came at 7:30am and were done at 3:30pm. Importantly, the crew did a terrific job of cleaning up. Something we particularly liked was that they didn’t put a fixed dumpster in our driveway, they used a dump trailer on wheels to avoid doing damage to the driveway. The dump trailer was dropped off the night before, and was taken away the same day after the roof replacement was finished. The siding project was next, and Arthur was the foreman of a crew of 2. The 2 of them did an amazing job putting up the vinyl Board and Batten vertical siding and the LP SmartSide engineered wood trim to closely match the existing look of our Tudor style house. The work was completed in 4.5 days, and the house looks great! They also did a thorough job of cleaning up. We give A&D Exteriors our highest recommendation!- Peter S.

Chris did an outstanding job of keeping us informed on timelines, explaining the project in detail, and answering any questions we may have had. Heidi was extremely helpful and knowledgeable once we entered the design phase, too. The projects were completed quickly and were done with a high degree of craftsmanship. They even went above and beyond with a secondary "clean-up" of the yard to ensure no nails or particles were left behind. All in all, a great experience!- Matt R.

ABest Windows IncI can't say enough good things about John. If you research across various review sites you'll see he has nearly 5 star ratings (w/tons of reviews) everywhere. That's due to the high level effort he puts in making sure his customers are happy. He truly cares and that's reflected in his ratings. This year we had round 2 of window installation (11 windows), during the COVID-19 era, I was concerned if their team won be good about wearing masks. Steve and his crew were extremely good about this and whenever I would see them in the house they had full masks on - no noses appearing where they shouldn't be. I was so happy about this and made me feel comfortable and happy I had selected them for the job. Overall, John's prices are fair, he can be relied on and if there's something that's not right (that you have concerns about) he'll address. And the windows perform very well! We contracted them for two projects - to replace our roof that was damaged by a hail storm and new siding, gutters and soffits. AJoe and his crew were fantastic! They were all very professional, kind and polite. They came early in the morning and worked until the end of the day each day until completed. Joe (the owner) explained everything he was going to do and the price was great. It was a lot of work to have to build up the areas where the cedar was to be covered and his crew took their time and did everything as if it was their own home. My neighbor had used Joe's crew two doors down. I have already recommended Joe's company to some friends of mine. You will not go wrong using this company they are TOP NOTCH!! ASal, did a superior job beyond my expectations. I was contacted the same day I requested a quote and he came out the next morning and did the work the same morning after quoting me a price. I had deep mold stains in the wooden ceiling, pillars & wood under the gutter of a roofed in front exterior porch that affected the curb appeal of my home (caused by a clogged plastic pipe leading from the downspout that I had unclogged by another contractor).. Sal used a mixture of bleach and soap sprayed on to the affected area and then scrubbed it with an extension pole scrub brush. He then power washed the area clean and it now looks like it was newly painted. In addition he cleaned the entire front of my home including siding, windows, overhangs, and the entire 25 x 5 ft..stoop which was additional to the work requested without additional cost and all for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this contractor to anyone for his skill and superior work all at an honest & reasonable price. I was never happier dealing with a contractor than Sal.

DI used their website to book my appointment. As they requested, I provided my cell number and my email address. They gave me a first (Friday), second (Monday), and third (Tuesday) choice and were clear on the site that no appointment was booked until they contacted me. I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM. On Thursday (not one of the choices they provided to me), I came home to find a man on a ladder cleaning my gutters! He had started work even though no one answered the doorbell. I had received no communication from Prime Time and had received no estimate. I asked him how much it would cost, he said $180. As long as he had started I let him proceed. When finished, he charged me $204!! What a scam. AVOID THIS COMPANY. NOT AT ALL PROFESSIONAL IN ANY WAY!
