    Blankenship Movers Inc
    It was horrible.  They showed up prior to calling me first.  I asked them to call me within 30 minutes of showing up.  Eric said he would give 30-60 minutes notice before they showed up.  I arrived at the storage unit.  They looked in the unit and said it should be no problem getting the job done in 2 hours.  They started loading up my coats and other wardrobe.  I asked them if I should stay and look over them or leave?  They advised me I could leave and meet them at the new unit.  They called me as they were leaving the storage unit at 9 a.m.  It took them about an hour to load the truck.  I gave his directions on how to get to my new apartment.  It was supposed to be a 15 minutes drive.  I called him 30 minutes later and asked where he was.  They advised me they were driving slow so nothing would be bouncing around in the back of the truck.  They finally showed up and started unloading.  They were throwing fragile items into that wardrobe cart.  They weren't being very careful with those fragile items.  I had some items that were going into another storage unit that was in my apartment complex.  They were just throwing things on top of other fragile items.  Danny, Leroy, and Felix were the 3 movers.  Leroy and Felix were the ones who were bringing the items upstairs to the apartment.  They were very kind.  They weren't being rude or anything to me.  They were just careless with my belongings.  I had a leather couch, love seat, coffee table, end table, mattress, 2 box springs, and the bed frame.  They bed frame was never put together.  It was just thrown into the room.  An antique curio cabinet, from World War I,  was lifted by the legs and broken.  The leather couch and love seats were dragged.  It caused scuffs and scratches on the arms, corners, and bottoms of the couches (front and back).  There was no damage to the coffee or end tables.  Everything was already wrapped with moving blankets before they ever showed up to the storage unit.  Eric insulted his employees and said "not a bad job for a bunch of drop outs."  On my way from from the condo, I received a voicemail from Danny that said "I forgot to talk to you about the gas (money)."  I called Eric after I received that voicemail and asked if I owed money for gas.  Eric said, "Absolutely not, that's included.  If he mentions that to you again, call me immediately and I will fire him on the spot.  My son called and spoke with Eric.  My son told Eric he has never seen such a horrific moving job in his life.  It was just a terrible experience.  I spoke with Eric after the move and advised him that my couches were trashed.  He said he had a great leather guy to come out and fix my couches.  Finally on August 10, Eric called me and offered me $100 "out of good faith."  He advised me if we followed the contract (that was never explained to me) that I would only get $6.  He also asked me not to talk about this on social media.  He wanted me to sign a paper agreeing to it.  I opted out of that, because I feel like people should know about my experience with this company.

    Once I retrieved my bags, I called 303 taxi (I had the number programed in my phone). The dispatcher told me the approximate wait time (5-10 minutes) and the taxi number that would serve me. I asked if it was coming from off property or if the taxi was on the O'Hare property (their staging area). The dispatcher was pleasant and stated the taxi was on the property. The taxi arrived within the time-frame and the driver was as expected. The driver was respectful and took me to my destination directly. Although he programed my destination in his GPS I was backseat driving telling him shorter and quicker ways to go. I liked the idea that he used a GPS, and he wasn't upset or questioning me when I rerouted him.
    I also used 303 Taxi when I went to the airport to start my trip.That driver too was professional.

    Our driver was Gino. He was not only punctual but early for our pick up. He picked up me and another lady at one location and then drove to a nursing home to pick up my relative. Gino was very professional in dress and manner. He was very attentive to my relative in the wheelchair. He was also interesting to talk to. When we came out of the concert, Gino was right there waiting for us. Got back to our respective locations in good time. Gino is a wonderful representative of A-1 Airport Limousine Service. I would certainly use this service again when another occasion arises.

    Going Green Limousine LLC
    Yes, this type of car service is going to cost you slightly more than say a shuttle service or taxi, but it is hands down worth it. I requested a service quote online and received feedback very quickly. The driver was actually early and waited down the street until he saw several of us outside getting things out of the car. The SUV itself looked and smelled brand new - the epitome of comfort and luxury. The driver was definitely one of the best that I have experienced and got us down to Midway in great time. With some of the shuttle services I've used in the past the driver has almost made me nauseous with how they ride the brake and gas. No such issues with Going Green. Great driver. I had originally booked a return car service as well, but ended up not needing it. I called to cancel that booking and the gal on the phone was great and made the process easy. This is definitely the way to travel if you want a comfortable, convenient, and more luxurious way to start off your travel right.

    Kimberly Peters My Airport Ride
    We spoke briefly confirming we were on schedule on Thursday morning.  Kim was prompt.  She arrived in a new model Chrysler, very nice car.  Kim introduced herself.  She is very professional and pleasant.  She was flexible when I was out of my appointment early and offered to adjust my pickup time but she would be about 45min or seek another individual to do the pick up.  Kim was so pleasant I decided to wait for her. 

    Kim will be taking me to the airport on Tuesday.  I know she will be on time and that is critical.  Kim is very dependable and I will definitely use her transportation services when the need arrises.  She also has a van to provide transportation.

    we called 4 hr ahead of time to scheduled a pick-up for my wife from work. My wife waited, then called the dispatcher to confirmed the job pickup. The dispatch said that they do not have a driver yet. After 20 minutes of requested time of pick-up a call from dispatcher. That a taxi is ready and waiting. As soon as my wife got in the taxi the driver complained wright away. Not sure what it was about so my wife pretended not hearing it. She gave the city & street of the destination. The driver suddenly complain and said the driver wanted to take the highway and not side streets because of traffic he said. So my wife gave directions, and they continued on. The driver keep complaining saying" see its traffic its going to cost you more money". From this point on my wife felt unsafe and unconfortable being in thi driver taxi. This driver pretended not knowing how to go to point of destination. when my wife try's to give directions he keeps saying" it will cost you more money". My wife has a poor vision that is why she can't read the street signs very well and the driver took advantage of it. They went out of route. When they got loss the driver did not even offer to look it up at the GPS. Which my wife desided to turn around. The ride from work to home was supposed to be 35 minutes with traffic.But it took more than an 1 hour minutes. I hope this company choose their driver wisely. A driver that loves his/her job dearly and a driver that will treat his or her passenger/customer the way they want to be treated as well.
